Staff were great. The breakfast bar was constantly being refreshed and maintained. I'm giving two stars because the rooms are insanely loud. the road noise was constant all through the night. They might as well not have had windows in the rooms, they could have saved even more money if they had just made a solid wall and hung a picture of the road with cars driving by.
The noise also came from the people talking in the room below us. I don't think they were being excessively loud even though they didn't go to sleep until 4:30am, I just think mouse farts are heard through these walls, floors and ceilings.
The bathroom needs a deep clean on the shower floor and corners. if it weren't for the loud noises from other guests and road noise I would happily stay here again. For the price of the rooms it should be much quieter.

Didn't utilize the breakfast, but area was large and accessible,

Check in and out was a breeze,

Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows on a king bed, rooms needs more light.

I've never done a review, but I've never been treated like this before. Not sure why, but the person checking me in was determined to make sure I wasn't going to be happy. I'll just list a couple things. I had just finished a 17 hour drive to get there and she charged me $25 for checking in an hour early. Claimed it was company policy and she couldn't do anything about it. I booked it online and my room ended up on the second floor, I have a 15 year old dog that can't do stairs, but she wouldn't let me change rooms to first floor. Again, company policy. Hotel was almost empty during my stay, so there were plenty of rooms. I just got the feeling she wanted me to just say forget it and leave. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have. Looking back, I should have. My family and I stay there several times a year because we have family in the area. We will not be staying there any more.

Room was nice, and it was clean and quiet. All staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect spot to where the family wedding was held (4 minutes away). Helped us immensely.

Would return there again sometime. Room rate was higher than expected but was reasonable when booked thru 3rd party (which I’ve never done before).

check in was so easy and the front desk person was nice and seemed happy to visit with me for a few minutes. The room was clean and spacious and the air worked great. I loved the breakfast and coffee options saying that though they did run out of breakfast meat which was a little disappointing for the kids other than that i was good

Our 2nd home!

We stay here at least 4 times a year as we come up to visit our daughter and her family. We have never had any issues with our stay. Awesome staff!! Clean rooms. Well stocked bathroom!

Looked nice outside and in the main lobby area. Our room was not clean-bathroom floor and shower were visibly dirty (popcorn/hair), as was the sink/countertop (whiskers/hair). Notified front desk staff right away and she said someone was coming up within 5 minutes to clean the bathroom-nobody ever showed up. We left for the wedding we were in town for and it was still unclean when we returned. Will never stay there again.

I stayed here on a business trip. The first room I had was dirty. They hadn’t vacuumed or cleaned the bathrooms. They switched rooms me rooms but it still wasn’t super clean.

We would stay here again!!

We had a nice stay here and would stay again! Clean room and lobby, excellent air conditioning in the room, very friendly helpful staff. Cons are traffic noise off hwy 65 which probably depends on the side of the hotel you are in, but they do provide ear plugs at the front desk. Breakfast has a good variety but they tend to run out of fresh hot breakfast items (tortillas in specific for a breakfast burrito) if you aren't there before 7am. Plenty of the standard cereal, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, or you can make fresh yummy waffles too. Many options really.

I was there during the dog show, while not be a part of it. It was so fun seeing all the dogs looking their best.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy and filled to capacity, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. Exceeded my expectations.

We love staying in this hotel when we come to town for dance competitions. Love the location and parking. Rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast is always good and the dining room is nice. The outdoor seating areas are a nice touch.

This is property is immaculate. I’m not sure if it’s brand new or newly renovated, but it’s clean and bright. There is a large lobby area/dining area that accommodates groups staying there (e.g. late night pizza, games, chatting). There is water with lemon and a fancy coffee machine 24/7. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!!

Might give it another try one day

The hotel was clean and in good condition. We did stand in an empty lobby for a while, with no bell, waiting for an attendant so that we could check in. We were about to call on the phone when their phone rang and someone came. The pool was smallish, but very nice, and the hot tub was very nice. We didn't notice the sign telling us that we needed to ask for pool towels at the front desk (I've never seen that before), so I went back to the lobby in a wet swimming suit and stood shivering while the desk attendant finished typing something on the computer for a few minutes. The attendant should have mentioned towels when I asked where the pool is during check-in. We were told not to bring pool towels to our room. Being so close to the highway was a little noisy overnight, but not terrible. Breakfast was mostly good, but the coffee had a funky, moldy taste that made it undrinkable.

Power outage

Hotel is great to stay at. Power outage is the reason for the stay. Everything is clean and wonderful staff.
Hot tub was out of order which was a bummer. We could have used it after cutting up trees. FYI our house is intact.

Nice newer hotel

The room was spacious, clean and quiet considering we were next to the elevator. Breakfast was typical for a hotel. I would have like some sausage or bacon rather than fixings for a breakfast burrito. Overall it is a nice hotel.

We booked a suite for six people, and when we went into our room, there was already someone in there. The manager did her best to find out what happened, but they couldn't figure it out. Fortunately, they found us a room to hang out in and ended up getting us another room for free. Although it would have been nice to have us all in the same room, the sleeping situation ended up being better in the end, and we weren't so crowded. Plus she gave us a free pizza for our troubles. The breakfast was great, and beds were comfy. All worked out!

Like most hotel/motels, the showerheads are ignored and need to be descaled and cleaned. Cleaning staff should make sure that all items are filled such as the tissue holder. There was a tissue box but it was empty.

Hotel appeared to be a bit u restarted for having 3 weddings in town. Pull out bed had no bedding on it or any available in the room. We had to go ask at the front desk for it and it was just sort of “lobbed” at us. When my daughter asked for a couple of pillows as well, she was told by the front desk gal, “I’m busy right now.” She just came back to the room and we got pillows about an hour later.

Check out was at 11:00 and we were running a few minutes behind. We were called at 11:06 am and reminded that checkout was at 11:00 and I just felt that was very unprofessional. I do understand the need to get rooms cleaned but a 15-20 minute grace period wouldn’t be unreasonable in my opinion. 6 minutes was a little quick to call us out in my opinion.

Either way, it was a one and done night as we were in town for a wedding, there really is t any reason that we would end up back in Isanti, MN.

I love how clean everything is. I love the design of the entire hotel and the breakfast area. The rooms are very roomy and comfortable. I was able to do work at the desk so that was so helpful.

I do wish there was a bathmat available. I didn't read the directions on the towel basket to get towels exchanged by placing the basket in the hallway so that was my fault.

I had been working in my room at realized at 11 am that it was time to go. As I got up to leave I got a phone call from the front desk to check in to see if I was able to check out of my room. The phone call was so friendly and a great 'check-in'. I appreciated that since I wasn't paying attention to the time, the call was still so polite and nice!

This was a beautiful property and right off the highway which was nice. Only issues we had were a missing shower curtain and there were holes in our sheets. We would have also liked if breakfast started earlier than 7am on the weekend.
