Las almohadas eran terribles fui a la recepción a pedir una nuevas y no tenían más a la recepcionista sintió una pena. las instalaciones estaban sucias, el ascensor daba asco de lo sucio que estaban las paredes y no contarlo sucio que están la puertas de entrada a la habitación de paso el olor ha comida que se siente en la habitación cuando sirven el desayuno te despierta y es tan desagradable eso sin contar los vidrios de las ventanas sucias ósea nada recomendable este hotel

Staff was great. When I got to my room some towels from the previous guests were left hanging in the back of the bathroom door. I had fresh towels, so I left them there. Also, the body wash container was empty, but I had soap with me and used it. I also had to go to the front desk to get a remote for the TV.

The beds are super comfortable and clean. There was an issue with the wall thermostat, but the wall unit worked great. A few cosmetic issues and a questionable stain on the chaise part of the couch. But overall I slept well and it was a good stay.

When we first walked in at the reception desk there was a half cigarette laying on the countertop the receptionist had to move it to the back evidently it was not hers. The aquarium in there was so green I don't see how the fish were living. The room bathroom floor was dirty and there was a footprint in the shower switch to another room and there was pee on the toilet seat.

We had a pet. Every LaQuinta we have stayed in except this one has been great. Our end of the hall had teas on the floors and never picked up. I saw where a small pet had used the bath yon te floor and it was never cleaned. We will not be using this place again.

Our main complaint was with house keeping and the front desk. There is no where you can hang a bath towel in the bathroom. Our room was not serviced, trash was not picked up, dirty towels were left on the floor and the bed was not made.

Regarding the front desk staff. They are too busy talking to each other to help guests, they are allowed to smoke too close to the front entry, with one staff literally exhaled in our face as were leaving and she was coming in the door. For the price we paid, there are better options almost next door.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel but the room was just not very clean this time. There was some unknown substance on the wall next to the bed and next to the nightstand. Additionally, there was something actually stuck to the sheets that could not be removed.

Property entrance from the street is a little challenging to find in the dark. The motel sign lights well, but unless you’ve seen the entrance in daylight, it’s hard to tell which side of the sign the street runs. An “enter” sign might help.

Couldn’t find my reservation…

They couldn’t fin my reservation from hotels.com… They asked me to call them and fix it after they called hotel.com and they hung up on the front desk clerk… it was a mess trying to check in finally they gave us a room even though they still could not find my reservation. The key they gave me was for an occupied roo. So I had to go back to the front desk to get different room.came back at night and our key wouldn’t open the back door of the building so we had to walk all the way to the front… besides that the hotel was clean and comfortable…

The beds were decently comfortable. The pull out couch was not comfortable. The food was good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and a potato mixture, muffins, waffles, and cereal. Regular and decaf coffee, and juice.

The room had lots of bugs. So we had to change rooms. The noise level was very high until about 3am. I had to ask the neighbors to bring down the volume of noise in the hallway. The breakfast was not good at all. It was terribly inconvenient.

Just needs better housekeeping services... our floors were sticky & wet; improvements in everyday maintenance with painting and things worn out; beds slept great! And they had a decent spread for breakfast. I wouldn't call this a 4* hotel but maybe 3.8*. And certainly wouldn't take much to get it closer to a 5* with Cleaning, repairs and maintenance.

The property was in a great location for our needs. We were there multiple days and I requested clean towels every day. Each night I had to go to the front desk and get clean towels. Also the 1st night a large group of teenagers, I believe with chaperoning, kept us up until midnight slamming doors and calling out each others names. Those are the reasons for a 4 rating rather than a 5.

With a pet friendly hotel. I think they need to get rid of the carpeting inside the rooms. My room and the hallway smells like wet dog. It might be fine for those who have animals and take their animals everywhere they go, but for those of us that don’t, it was gross. Also, the pool being indoors was very cold and the bathroom in the pool, the door was busted so you couldn’t lock it and it wouldn’t close right. Breakfast was good. All the basic stuff that La Quinta hotel chain usually have. The staff was wonderful. Absolutely fantastic. They just needed to do something about the smell in that place it’s nasty.

We stay in a lot of hotels for travel ball and college visits. This was our first/ last time at LaQuinta. Stains on the bedding, curtains in room ripped, random trash bags laying where no trash can around, broken window, sheetrock repairs, bed skirts not correct. To top it off, the only person who ate the breakfast got food poisoning later that day.

The girl at the front desk was not very kind at all. She was very short and rude. We did not get the king bedroom that we booked online but instead received a different room with double beds that we paid the same price for. This hotel needs a complete remodel. It is atrocious. The bathroom was grossly unclean (shower was filthy), the entire hotel smells like an old restaurant, the towels were old and dingy, the bed was uncomfortable and vents are full of dust. I should’ve known that the room would be gross when I saw how dirty the elevator was. However, the lady at the front desk was very nice.
