The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They let us have our room a couple of hours earlier because we needed to get changed to go to a wedding at a venue nearby. There were no extra charges for the early check in.
The room was a good size and clean.
Parking was easy.

All of the employees are very nice and accommodating.

Tout était excellent. Merci
Mary
Clean, big room but not impressive for the price. The room had a noisy heating/cooling system and was missing microwave.
The breakfast was ok but could have been part of the room rate.
The inside of the elevator doesn’t match the hotel quality, it looked like the elevator is not well maintained.
But overall it was a good stay and beautiful hotel.

Nice stay and friendly happy staff . Jacuzzi tub didn’t work in signature suite . But a nice room, not exactly as photos . One small elevator, long wait at times . For approx $260 a night they may wish to just also include the $21 breakfast for those who book on Expedia’s. The parking, was super .. great location near a waterfall and nice bar and restaurant .. would recommend again for sure
David
Wry clean and comfortable!!! Amazing service
Elizabeth
Clean. Quiet, even with a fun wedding reception happening.
Anne-Marie
I thought it was very expensive for the quality.
Corinna
Wonderful hotel and room. We were there for 1 night for a wedding. My only complaint would be that we got charged for the breakfast buffet $50 which I believed was supposed to be included with our room. That sucked.
Shannon
Nice location near the river and falls. There was a fire on our floor so it was terribly smoky and no communication from staff. And not many vegan options.
Metin
Great location. The room was clean. Lobby looked modern and renovated. It is great that they offer dinner and breakfast at the property for an additional charge but I didn't use it. The room was relatively small. They only offer complimentary coffee in the room. I would have appreciated if they offered some tea. Overall, I felt that it was a little over priced.

We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Our room was newly renovated. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant and also some nearby dining options which were just a short walk. We would happily stay here again.

Oversized foam pillows are WAY too big. Could not sleep well. Hard on the neck. Other than that, the place is very nice.
Mark
Room with a not so view
Was told there was an extra charge for checking in 45 minutes early. Also, even though the hotel was not busy, was placed in a room staring at the a/c units. Could’ve been better.
Sylvain
Very nice and clean hotel. Nice restaurant and gin bar with a beautiful terrasse next to the river.
Thomas
Very satisfied.
Nathalie
Beautiful location
Only issue is no recycling.
BRAHM
Room had a beautiful view of the river. Lots of parking.
Very quiet property.
Very quiet property.
Richard
Average but clean three-star type property, that is starting to show its age. Much overpriced for the value. Obviously this is a case of high demand vs little or no competition. Furniture in \"suite\" was subpar. Lighting was horrible, using bright bluish bulbs suitable for a garage, not a bedroom. Only one smallish elevator that gets crowded rapidly. Nevertheless, clean and quiet.
Andrew
A very good hotel, nice room and in room facilities. As we arrived on a Sunday evening no food was available, which was a little disappointing for a large hotel.
Daniel
Claudine
Wedding and grad going on , noise stopped at 2:42 am
Philippe
