I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. I forgot my phone charger and the guy behind the counter provided me one to borrow for the night. The room was clean and did the job. The only bad part was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable. It was pretty worn down and I could feel the springs and the bar in the center. Because I didn't sleep well, I laid awake listening the person snoring through the wall in the room next to me.

Despite the property name that sounds vaguely like a chain hotel, I found out later that this a family business and I am so glad to have stayed here for that reason alone. The owners are a delightful couple who are attentive to their guests and work very hard for the success of their business. I made a reservation online at the last minute so when I arrived only a short time later, they didn't have the room linens ready for me. To allow me to check in immediately, they offered me a different room and I very much appreciated it. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I was only in the area for two nights, and this hotel was the perfect home base for my activities. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast here due to my schedule, but I got a cup of their brewed coffee from Ember Coffee Co. each morning. Staff was amazing both prior to arriving and upon arrival. Room was fine there was just a strong odor that was a mix between musty and cleaning supplies. I have bad allergies so it was overwhelming for me but it was a decent place to stay overall I’d stay again. Staff again was amazing.

Don’t let the outside fool you! The outside definitely needs help and I hate saying that but I was a little worried when we pulled up. The inside is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everyone at this hotel was amazing and the rooms were large and clean.

Everything was great! I stayed in #214. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. You can tell she really cares about your stay. I had a small dog with me and that was not a problem. Although this is a pet friendly hotel, it was quiet when I was there. No excessive noise from pets. The breakfast consists of bread / bagels, yogurt cups, Jimmy Dean microwavable sandwiches, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee. There is cream cheese, jelly, peanut butter, and butter. Basic but good.
