We stayed because they have a waterpark. After booking we were notified summer Waterpark hours were Thurs-Sun and wasn’t open the days we booked. It felt similar to a Holiday Inn.
Melissa
Definitely kids kind of place. I don’t know how any hotel can keep up with the wear and tear of children. It’s pretty visible.
Jessica
Friendly staff, the waterpark is a lot of fun for all. Nice hotel!
Tammy
The Lobby and room were very clean. Our room was comfortable. The restaurant on the property was a pleasant surprise. Our complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Edith
Property is clean and staff very helpful. I think it is in the process of being updated. Our room looked recently updated, though some things looked like they could use a refresh.
Juarez
My room was close to the highway so it was very noisy. The room itself was remodeled but it still had a feel of an older hotel room. The breakfast was okay far from exceptional and the drinks for breakfast weee watered down. Not a bad location to find places to eat close. This is not a terrible place but I will most likely choose something else in the area. The water park slide is only open on limited days.
Holly
Great stay
Joseph
This place is a great little waterpark and hotel.
Lana
This is a very friendly, clean hotel. My only wish is that the waterpark opening at 10am is a long wait in the morning & checkout is 11am. This is our 2nd time staying here. And we will stay again next year. Very quiet peaceful hotel too.

The king bed in the Jacuzzi room had a very noticable dip in the middle. the electric blinds didn't work worth a damn, and the screen on the blind control has a crack with an lcd bleed. The water park is nice apart from the walking areas, which really need some resurfacing and since it's closed 4 days a week there's really no excuse for it not to be in 100 out of 100 condition. My biggest complaint is it's a 300$ a night hotel so charging 14 bucks a person For glorified Continental breakfast is pathetic.
Rhonda
The water park DEFINITELY needs to have a bigger window of hours!! Closed at 9pm on a Saturday and didn’t open until 10am on Sunday. Huge let down!! Didn’t even get to experience it because check out was 11am. They should be available longer for hotel guests at least!!
Amanda
The water park was lots of fun!
Matt
Room was dirty.
Katie
Great waterpark for the price, overall a great experience. Some noticeable wear on the room, but nothing major
Marina
Bartender at night was very rude.
Billie
Our room was dirty and the water park is rundown a little. The Staff at the hotel did help get us a clean room so that was great but they didn’t have the room we booked.
Robert
The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water…
Fahrudin
A room temperature was hard to control
Thomas
The waterpark was awesome! The 5 year old and the 35 year old both had a BLAST! The only downfall was breakfast was not free :/
Blake
Our suite was horrendous! For the money we paid there should not have been fruit flies a massively stained couch dirt all over the floor spelled coffee when we first got in there it was gross! The waterpark was OK, but there were kids running around in diapers that were not meant to be in the pool, the bar staff at the Mississippi Grill were so rude and oddly enough they ran out of cheeseburgers, which is not my biggest complaint, but I find that really weird the noise and the level of disgusting took this place to a whole new level and I I went on vacation in Wisconsin Dells and I thought that was bad. It does not compare to this place!
Amanda
Hot tub could have been hotter felt like a warm bath. Pictures of the water park is different and mess new looking. Also it said we would have a full size fridge with plates and things and cups in picture we did not. It was odd to pay sit and eat buffet then try and find an waitresss to pay for it after we was done. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t great Other than that we had a good time and so did the kids. Would we stay again absolutely the kids had the best time.
Caryn
The room was clean and everyone was friendly during check in and out.
James
The Family enjoyed everything they had to offer ' the kids loved the hugh indoor waterpark'
Sally
All good

The experience was honestly amazing. The staff every single one was so kind and caring. They treated everyone amazing. They went above and beyond for me when my rental vehicle key fob was not working and 5 staff member included the front desk manager came and we put our heads together an opened it. When that didn’t work they gave us free food and allowed us to wait for roadside assistance comfortably. I will definitely recommend and will be back for sure. They were in such good spirits too with spring break and craziness happening! Keep up the great work! Ps food was great too!
April
The kids loved the waterpark
Jenny
Room was clean. Was kinda loud one night but you can’t control others.
Sarah
Water temp in the water park was perfect! Nice and warm. Bed was a little hard.
Joanne
It was clean. Extras were expensive. Chips , food
Elizabeth
Beautifully updated hotel rooms and common areas! Friendly staff that is very accommodating with requests. The water park could use updating, but that didn’t stop us from having lots of fun. The poolside restaurant had a good food and drink menu with fast service. Our room was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast buffet was perfect for families and very affordable. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay!
Nacaria
First time staying 2/16 and was very impressed. Nice pool area with slides, reasonable food, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. 10/10 WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
Nacaria
Love this hotel now for my kids and nieces/nephews. Our second time staying, despite bad white kids playing ding dong ditch on our door all night we had fun. Great place to bring the kids.
Sue
Parking was easy. Room was clean. We didnt like being up on 3rd floor. We could have been on 1st, because it wasnt busy. Staff friendly and informative
Trista
The check in was smooth and quick, front desk staff seemed friendly enough. Get to the room, coffee rings left on all surfaces, puke stain on the carpet next to the bed. Awkward furniture and layout. Everything was loud and echoed. My daughter caught a hairball in her mouth, she is 1, we tried avoiding the floor crawl but failed after hours of trying to keep her off the dirty floor. The park is so busy, standing room only. After our swimsuits dried out, they smelt like straight urine. After many runs to the bathroom with my small children, it is not convenient. Guarantee kids are not making it to the bathroom due to the poor location out of site of parents and fall risk. Frustrating with how many families you serve, lacking changing areas for babies. The bathroom by the pool was absolutely disgusting. I almost lost my marbles with how much hair and water and questionable things on the floor in about a half inch of standing water. We waited 2 hours for towels. Especially how much we paid. We felt like we needed to go home and disinfect everything. Lots of young children are out in floaters and left unattended. I had to save a random kid from drowning that was approximately 3 and unattended. We have given this place 2 visits now. First was just the water park visit and then the overnight stay. Both left feeling gross, overwhelmed by how many people, and relieved to be leaving. We will not be back.

Great spot right off the highway. Safe, close to gas and food opens. About a mile to otsego park and the Mississippi River which has many walking/running paths.
Chenge
Clean Rooms, friendly staff. We come every year for the kids Spring Break!
Luis
Very nice
Cassandra
Clean room and I called to make sure the water park would be open on Wednesday… they said yes as they have spring break hours and that we could come check in at 2pm and start swimming right away. Normal check in is at 4pm. You can buy food and beverage in the water park area. The fried pickles are seriously the best I’ve ever had.
Nicholas
Our room smelled bad and the couch had noticeable stains. It didn’t really have that “clean” feeling. Kids had a blast at the waterpark.
Evangeline
Yes, staff are very friendly and the room was clean - we had a blast - thank you
Kathleen
It was so incredibly expensive for the value. The room we stayed in was over $300 including taxes for a room they only charge $164 on a weekday. The hotel was over crowded and I truly dislike that you can only use the stairs in an emergency. If you won’t let people use the stairs then you need more than 2 elevators.
Bradley
Room was decent size. The couch had some stains on it and also the rug. Walls are very thin and can hear people/kids running through the hall. Waterpark was the saving grace. Hours are weird but we stayed during the weekend. Staff was very friendly!
Roxanne
Staff was very helpful
Sue
Very clean. Staff very friendly. Beds were comfortable
Annemarie
Room was awesome - loved the set-up with the front \"living room\" style and a back bedroom.
Only thing I didn't love was the waterpark was very dark - very little lighting beyond the natural light coming in thru windows.
But overall awesome.

Bri
Great waterpark! My kids had a great time. My only suggestion would be, if you’re going to be strict on not letting outside drinks and food in, customers shouldn’t have to stand in line for 45+ mins to order.
Sabrina
Room was great, I didn’t talk to the staff much. But it would have been nice if we could have had breakfast instead of paying for it. We paid a lot of money for the room should have been breakfast with it
Rachel
Very clean and spacious.
Jeremiah
Staff was wonderful and friendly. Kids had great time in waterpark.
Kaitlin
Great water park for kids. Rooms were remodeled surface-level but felt a bit grubby (rust, water stains, stained grout). We would come back, yes, but the images online made the rooms look totally refreshed when they were only partially lipsticked.
Sharon
Check in was late. Took 2 hours for the room to be ready. Staff was helpful. Hotel was very loud.
Laura
Staff was amazing! Room was a bit worn but they were working on improvements.
Kathryn
The noise was horrid. Constant stomping, dragging, dropping of items and running from above. CONSTANT (4 plus hours and as esrly as 6 am). Broke chair, phone, and below cleaning standards for a hotel.
Courtney
The hot tub was not warm at all. And I did not like the fact that my son couldn't be in there since he was under the age of 16, even if I was sitting in there with him, the water part does need some areas touched up that are breaking also, we as well as several other children I saw had Some rug type burn looking things on their body from the sides of the lazy river being rough
Mai
Cleanliness was an issue, called the front desk and staff remedied it promptly. There were other small things like the trash can in the bathroom had stains on it. Couldn’t bring pool towels to room so hallways were wet. Shower water temp was inconsistent. Husband said beds are more comfortable than average. Overall we might stay again if there’s a deal but it didn’t give that luxurious hotel feel.
Angie
Water in shower was almost room temp, wouldnt get hot at all.
Otherwise place is great
Otherwise place is great
Linda
The water park was great and that was is. The ice melt wasnt pet friendly for my service dog. My mattress was completely sliced open on the side. For how much paid for a suit the matress being destroyed and painful is completely ridiculous. Can tell since the sheet didnt even cover it that it was seen by multiple hotel staff long before my stay in that room. The couch was filthy with stains. If it wasnt for the water park I wouldve left entirely.
Natalie
We were there over Christmas. I think a couple of things are confusing if you haven't stayed here before. The waterpark is ONLY open Friday-Sunday. The breakfast is free when the waterpark is closed, but there is a cost when it is open. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but the bar/restaurant was closed while we were there. We had to change rooms because rambunctious children in the room above us sounded like they were jumping around. The floors are not carpeted, so it was loud. We got an upgrade to the top floor and we very much enjoyed our stay. We would come back again!
Melissa
I reserved a room for my sister to stay on Christmas Eve. The front desk and cleaning staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, per my sister.
Chantal
On Saturday, it was very busy. there were no luggage carts when we arrived and only one elevator was functioning, making each trip up the elevator take about 10 minutes. The pool area was very busy, there was no where to put our things, there were no clean towels, there were not enough tubes. On Sunday morning everything was great.
Tony
Nice staff, but not the cleanest rooms and building.
David
Very good food at the resturant abs bar was good
MEGAN
Staff and size of room
Brian
Nice area
Sue
The staff was very friendly when we checked in and when we checked out. The rooms were clean. The beds were uncomfortable. The morning staff told us we could have breakfast to go. Otherwise, overall everything was good.
Sherry
Nice handicaped room.
edward
My kids could not have been happier. Room was very comfortable but of course the pool was the big hit.
Taneisha
I had a suit the room was nice found some trash under the bed left behind from the previous guest. House keeping could have did a better job with that. The room a had a little smell but not bad. Other them that the hotel waterpark staff and stay was amazing. My family and I will be back in the future
Jennifer
I love the improvements made to the rooms. These were a lot more modern. The staff was very accommodating to us (front desk to the cleaning service). We will definitely be back as the kids had a blast!
Julie Ann
Aircon is not working heater even the bathroom the heater is too low you have to wait for 10mins until the heat will be ok. The fridge is not workingtoo!
colin
tv was not working, ac/heat was not working, brown stains on besheets
Dennis
No complimentary breakfast as promised.
Made reservation over a month ago and was told there was a complimentary hot / cold breakfast during the week and charge on weekends. I confirmed the week prior that breakfast was include with our stay Thursday night. Went to breakfast are Friday and discovered $13per adult and $6 for children. Our group of 10 guests were very unhappy and went to McDonald's instead.
Jen
Pool was great. Pet friendly policy was great too. Staff were wonderfully
Heather
The room was clean and bigger than expected ( big plus) but they were knocking on our door at 9:15 am to see about checkout. I responded to their text and let them know we were not leaving til the checkout time given, 11am and they again proceeded to come knock on our door a little after 10 am. I wasn't happy feeling like I had to rush to leave. The price was $9 higher than we were told, wasn't bad but still more than our Expedia confirmation which said it included tax. Front desk staff were friendly. All in all it wasn't a bad experience except for feeling very rushed to leave the following morning. That was very disappointing. Liked they offered a breakfast buffet ( not included but reasonably priced)
Mark
Didn’t like the front door/ lobby driveway
Mike
Clean room
Shawn
Excellent location to the venue we had a wedding reception at. Com: rocks in the median in between the parking lots of hotel and venue (terrible design). Pro; Caitlyn at the front desk was amazing
Crys
Mostly clean room. Some mold issues in our room bathroom, stained rug. The mattress was very old and you had to fight your way to stay out of the center.Lots of peeling paint in the waterpark. The arcade had a broken window and the wall trim was ripped up in a strange way. Upkeep very disappointing. Aside from the upkeep issues, the water park is enjoyable, just don't try to bring in your water bottle or the teenager manning the entrance will let you have it.
tim
I was woken by a dog at 7:45 on the 4th floor that would not stop barking.

Great location, plenty of dining options close by. Excellent Staff.

Had an odd smell all throughout the hotel. Beds were very lumpy and hard and noisy.
Amanda
This is a nice hotel sized waterpark. The only challenge we had was determining when the waterpark was open. There were schedules listed in 3 different places on the website. They all conflicted. I got the \"real\" schedule from the front desk.
Richard
Hotel was clean and had nice pool and room was great
Deborah
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Joe
Great bar great pool nice rooms
DYNASTY
Buffet breakfast I belive under 6 was free or cheaper
Sarah
We are used to staying at Marriott and this hotel was not to our liking. We are not complainers but what stood out: the freeway noise was SO loud, the pillows were so lumpy we bought new pillows at Walmart after the first night, and kids were running and screaming down the halls until early morning hours (there is a water park here and kids everywhere on weekends). It showed signs of wear and needs a refresh. Might be fine for some but we would not return.
Kara
Health Hazard
Our room had water damage in the ceiling. It smelt horrible/unhealthy in there. Very humid and sticky. Bed had boogers on the blankets. They had no additional rollaway beds OR any pillows or any additional blankets. We could hear EVERYTHING in the hallways. The air conditioner was very loud and made a bad noise all night long. The pool area was very slippery and had no towels. I should have honestly left. When we finally got to sleep (3 am due to noise, we went to bed at 10:30), we woke up in the morning feeling like we smoked an entire pack of Marb Reds (none of us smoke) . Everyone’s lungs felt really heavy from the humidity or whatever else was in the air….. I won’t ever be returning.
Also, they charge $100 for “incidentals” on top of the room charge. I wonder if I should send them a bill for the hospital bills I might accrue if this stuff doesn’t clear out of our lungs from staying here.

Good Stay but not exactly what was expected.
Our family enjoyed our 1 week stay in two of the suites. I had requested adjoining suites but was told they were not available at check-in. Hotel is conveniently located to visit family in the area and we also enjoyed the water park over the weekend. There is a nearby shopping and dining options. Beds were comfortable, but expected more of a kitchenette in the suites with a table to eat at. Had to go to the front desk for information multiple times. There was no information provided at check-in, and nothing in the rooms regarding the hotel, location of amenities (ice machines, gym, 2nd floor outdoor patio), nor anything about schedule for the complementary breakfast (only available on certain days) and waterpark (limited hours/days). Would also suggest the hotel provide information on nearby conveniences.

Nice hotel
Hotel was clean. Room was spacious. Check in was easy. We stayed in another hotel owned by company the previous night and it was night and day difference. Pool is only open on weekends.

Kids loved arcade and waterpark.

Our suite was definitely not as advertised or what we paid for; two dorm fridges stacked on top of each other, toilet broke, lost hot water, beds pretty hard, and the internet had to be restarted each night around 10pm. However, staff were friendly and responsive. They fixed what broke and moved a bigger fridge in. They comped breakfast as we prepaid and they could not take money off. The waterpark is always fun.

Watermark was busy but great. We couldn’t even bring in an empty cup to get water that was my biggest complaint as a mom of three and we go thru LOTS of water.

Great price for fun
Really nice hotel, great service, kind to both my daughter and my dog. The water park was fun!
