Dirty bathroom doors inside and out, furniture outdated, bath towel had a huge hole in the middle of the towel, required a bottom floor due to anxiety about fires when I booked the room, called twice on two different days to make sure was told no problem. Got there and they said the whole bottom floor decided to stay over. Maybe a few but the WHOLE bottom floor? Hard to believe. A/C was loud, breakfast so, so. Not worth the money they want per night.

It was weird having tile instead of carpet in the room, but otherwise the suite was quite spacious. I had a four chair round table and a desk to work on. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was roomy

On our second morning, we were not able to have breakfast, there was no milk for the cereal. They were out of sausage links. They were out of potatoes and they had a very small portion of eggs left no bagels, no cream cheese. This was at 6:30 AM.

Easy to get to from the expressway and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. Breakfast was warm and plentiful each morning, which was a great bonus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I would recommend it.

We had a suite that was huge but very poorly cared for. The furniture in the room was gross, very old and uncomfortable and very, very dirty/stained. There was a table & chairs in the room to dine but the cushions on the seats were so dirty. The area with the bed was better and clean but to be able to relax there was out of the question. The pool looked dirty and needs a resurfacing. No towels were provided poolside. The staff was not professional in the way they were dressed or in the way they address the clientele. The lady who checked us in was sitting and slumped over the counter talking to another staff personal when we arrived, she had a pack of cigarettes sitting on the counter next to her.

Staff was nice lobby, pool area and all was clean. My issue was the knob on the closet door was broken, and the end table next to the bed was tarnish, the curtains looked unattached from the top and the heater plate that covers the digital panel was broke. Maintenance did fix the knob and switched the table. I put on the form there was two people staying in the room, house cleaning was stingy with the towels. I need 2-3 face towels a day. One to wash up, one for my face and one for sweating. The last day they gave me one big towel. I use one for my pillow and one to dry off. I get it people still the towels but wow thats not me.

Stayed here overnight to be sure I could get my wife to work in the morning after a big storm was expected -- was sure at home would be snowed in.
Very first impression was that I was ignored by front desk staff who was busy chatting someone up while I stood there at the desk looking directly at them. They finally decided to move (not end) the conversation to the desk, where they continued to talk to someone else while checking me in.
Property was clean and in good condition. Room was spartan but had everything needed. No complaints.
In the morning, found they consider plowing the parking lot to be optional. The Aldi's next door was plowed three times overnight. Here, zero. Got stuck in the lot and had to shovel out myself. After I got my wife to work, came back to work out a bit and relax a bit before I checked out. By 9:30 am lot still had not been plowed, sidewalks not shoveled -- VERY dangerous as there was no way to tell were curbs were. Lot was very slick. Strikes two and three.
Had to wait again to get attention from someone to check out and get a receipt. I know times are tough, but there are minimums.
I actually liked the property itself. The support is where the issues are.

The room was very clean, but the couch shabby with stuffing coming out at the corners. No carpeting. The shower was clean, but no grab bars or place to put soap, shampoo, etc. Parking was fine.

The hotel is very outdated and dirty. I wish I could add pictures. We stayed in a “suite” and the 4 dining chairs had horrible ugly stains all over the upholstered chairs. I actually wiped down the wall in the bathroom that was covered with stains and wiped the baseboard that was filthy. Washcloth was black after using it on those stains. There is a big rust spot on the floor under the toilet that is there permanently but my guess is a little bleach would remove it. We were so disappointed in this hotel and only stayed there because it was the perfect location. A friend told us she had relatives check into this hotel and check right back out the same day. Very much in need of a remodel, new furniture and deep cleaning.

Yes the room was clean but the house cleanings lady didn't knock on the door she just came walking in and ask do I need cleaning and me. She didn't see us, but it would've been polite to knocking on the door first and good manner. My partner went to lock the door and told me she was still there looking at him totally nude. DISRESPECTFUL & RUDELY DONE.and my partner was nude.

The hotel checked someone else (no relation to me) into our room, under our reservation with all my contact information and possibly my credit card information. They even showed me their paperwork showing all my information with a stranger’s signature. I requested a room anyway as it was very late at night. The room they gave us had stains all over the bed. Requested a new room and it was not very good either. It had ripped curtains and the toilet made a terrible noise every time it flushed. We reluctantly stayed as we were exhausted after traveling from CA to MN. We checked out the next day (1/16 - two days early) due to all the issues and not one of them could help me in confirming I wasn’t or wouldn’t be charged for the stranger in our room/reservation, in getting a refund or an explanation of anything. I spoke to a total of 5 employees and I even returned back to the hotel twice all while attending a family funeral and still never got any help. Very dissatisfied and would like a complete refund.

The room was clean, and huge. There was a minor stains in the tub, but tub and shower were wiped down with cleaning spray. There was more then enough room for myself and my significant other. The bed was comfy, although the sheets were pulled tight on it, was difficult pulling them down when it was time to go to sleep. Another minor issues was the master bedroom window was open about a 1 inch crack and could not be closed. A blanket was used to fill in the gap due to the temperatures outside

Curtains and bedding were old and damaged. There were, what appeared to be, cigarette burn holes in both. Bathroom was clean so that’s a big plus! Breakfast was your typical ‘fake’ eggs and unappetizing. The front desk employee was very kind, considerate and helpful. Overall, decent stay for the price.

I really expected the hotel to be more up to date. Things need refurbishing, toilets, chairs, lumpy beds. I think they let some homeless people come in and finish off breakfast, which if fine just so everyone knows.

This hotel needs some love and management. Check in was fine but the gentleman at the desk was in a dirty shirt. Our room had fabric worn furniture and torn curtains. The free breakfast was actually decent and there was a variety of items.
Overall there just appears to be a lack of attention to detail culture. I had to ask the front desk to have the breakfast area trash containers emptied as all were full. We stayed at this hotel last year and don’t remember these issues at that time.

Parking is plentiful and the area is safe and access to shopping and restaurants is great.

The price is fair for the service but we won’t be back

Get what you pay for

The parking was tight. I had to ask the check-in guy where our room was located and which door to use, which is usually offered when I'm handed my keys. A quarter of the lights, in the halls, were hanging oddly from the walls and dimmed our out. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. I lived the hard mattress and slept wonderfully, but my fiancé did not sleep well at all. The TV was awesome! A guide and showtime/ max made our evening great! Jetted tub was tiny and in the bathroom and, while the bathroom was huge, fecal smells lingered forever!! Of you're on a budget, this place is great!

We booked for two nights Friday, Saturday and check out sunday, initially. When we arrived at the hotell, we told the guy at the front desk to extend our nights to three nights. He said, I am taking care of that right away and you are confirmed for three nights, check out is now Monday morning. To our surprised, our room phone ranked at 2:20 pm on sundyay to vacate the room or police will be called to engage us. And truly, police came but they refused to listen to us and we go pushed out . I will not recommend anyone staying at thiis hotel for their customer services are bad.

I booked through Expedia and pre paid. The staff at the hotel charged me 3 times for my stay! They say they credited my account, but there is no record of them doing so. I am owed $1115.
Room had weird stains with human hair stuck to the wall. Curtains were torn. Very unpleasant experience
