The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was non smoking 🚭. Some parts of the floor was sticky. The people who were there constantly smoked Marijuana and it seep under the door. I didn't like the smell, I couldn't give a good sleep for my 7 days stay there. Rude people. Stumping on top. Heavy footsteps all night. Rowdy. I felt unsafe. I only got it because it was cheap and I was in town for work nearby. I won't recommend anyone to rent unless you don't mind the activity going on there. My overall rating will be a 4 for the staffs, 0 for the rest.

Do not stay here! When we got in our room, the tv was on, the windows were open, and it stunk of cigarettes. It was as if someone had just walked out of the room after taking a smoke break. The comforter was stained, the toilet was black, there was a broken lamp on the floor, and there was dried up ramen noodles stuck to the cheap desk chair. We checked right back out and the front desk clerk was not the least bit surprised. The lobby smelled of marijuana and a man who lived at the hotel approached us in the parking lot asking questions about where we lived. We were there all of 15 minutes and the hotel declined to refund our money. Don't even chance this one!

By far the shadiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The whole building smelled like weed & the room was filthy. It was 45 degrees outside and I walked in to find the worn out windows open. The reserved parking spot for police should have been my 1st clue to not stay there. 10/10 would NOT recommend!

When we first arrived they said something was wrong with our room and that the 3rd party gave us the wrong room. We had to wait about 20min to get the room we originally booked.

Walking into the hotel there was a smell. The outside of the property was dirty and garbage everywhere.

We had 2 adults and 4 kiddos and I do not ever recommend this hotel to any family!

We stayed one night. The halls smelled horrible. It was a mixture of smoke (weed), airfreshener, and old food.

While checking in another customers was complaining of dirty sheets and no tissue in the rooms (red flag).

Walking into our room it had a funny (not so funny) smell and the sink was dripping and very dirty. Our sheets appeared to be clean. We booked a room with a fold out couch and we had no couch in the room.

We stayed the one night because it was one night and we had no where else to go. But, in the future we will stay at a known hotel compared to this.

The area looked alittle unsafe.

The shower appeared cleaned but, wasn't.

It just wasnt a good experience.

Mold on the shower liner and the toliet was dirty inside and out.

This property was not as advertised. Showed a breakfast area and working kitchen. There was no breakfast/coffee area and the stove was broken. We brought our own food to cook so this was a problem. There was also no shower curtain, only one towel for a reservation of four, and no hair dryer. The toilet and shower dripped and there was grime everywhere. There was people smoking pot in the parking lot aka a designated police parking area. I would never recommend this hotel. We left after one night of a two night stay and will working to game our money refunded.

This place needs to be shut down!

The property was in a really bad part of the city and the clientele it serves are most likely not there by their choice. The first room I was given was filthy and the second room was worse. The guys I was traveling with also had a horrible room with no security locks. As a whole it was horrible and they property needs to update the pictures on the site as the rooms do not look anything like the pictures they provide. The management does not care about anything and have insulted me when I tried for the whole week to get my refund that should have been returned immediately. The property is old, outdated and needs to be upgraded. Additionally, it is not cleaned well. My room wasn’t cleaned well - bed was made and bathroom generally clean, but floor wasn’t swept, it was sticky and there were food marks on the microwave. I asked front desk twice to clean but they never did. So I waited until I received my deposit back to review them. I was grateful for shelter, especially when checking in at 4am to a new state/city for an internship starting at 8am. This wasn’t worth my money.

Place smells of cigarettes and pot. I think more people live there than visit. Druggies hanging outside with obvious drug marks all over their arms and asking you for food and change. They gave us 1 towel and it was like breaking an arm to get a 2nd one. Our key cars would work for the back door and every time we went to the front desk for a new one, no one was working. When we booked it stated there was coffee, tea and a grab and go breakfast and a vending machine. I was really wanting a bath and it was so dirty so I went to the store to buy bleach and scrubbed it so I was able to use it. Will never stay again. Definitely dont bring kids here.

Do not stay here

Hotel was disgusting. Customer service sucked. We got our key and went over to try and open our room. Room did not open. So right away we had to ask for a different card key. They only gave us one. Online we were promised a room with two queen beds, when we arrived, we only received one queen bed. Which was extremely difficult with two adult adults and one toddler. (I’m pretty sure some hotels don’t even allow that many people for one queen bed.)

Paint was chipping in our hotel room. Random burn marks on plastics in the hotel. All of the drains in the hotel room were partially clogged. We did not receive pillows for the bed. The room felt very stuffy, like it smelled weird and they used very cheap scent to cover the smell. The smell was over bearing.

Head board was dirty. We had to clean it before being able to sleep. The floor looked like it wasn’t sweep ever. The floor was also very sticky. Like sticky that your shoes stuck to the floor every time you took a step. I didn’t let my one year old son walk around the room. Which was very difficult to do with a toddler. Random hair on the bed. Bathroom door was weirdly dirty.

We left for a few hours to get lunch and then came back. When we came back, our room key didn’t work yet again. I spoke with front desk and asked them to reprogram the key again, they told me that no one was supposed to be in that room. I had to tell them that I already stayed in that room, but they did not believe me. I had to convince them and tell t

Should have read the reviews before booking. The „non-smoking“ room I got reeked of cigarettes and even the blanket had a couple of cigarette burn holes in them. Booked for two, only got one tiny pillow (didn’t care to ask, because they had given us the wrong key card and had to run down to get the right ones - one staff member let us in the room to drop off our bags before heading downstairs to get the keys fixed - thankfully). The kitchen stove was useless because there was no pot to cook my food in, needless to say any utensils. I see that there is probably a theft risk of these items because of the area that the hotel was in. The bathroom had someone else‘s hair in it and it felt very unsafe - especially if a girl was traveling here alone.

Book here and you will end up SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR! If I am able to give 0 star or better yet negative star, I will. With my friends and our family, we booked 3 rooms with SUBURBAN hotel-room for 6, 5 and 4 people in each room with kids. Booked thru Expedia with 2 queen beds in each room. We checked in and got into our rooms. To our dismay, each room only has 1 queen bed. How can we possibly fit each family with these rooms?! I went back to reception to let her know that this was not we booked. She said that this was the room request that they received. I asked to move us to the room that we paid for. She explained that there are no available rooms. Fine, so I asked to at least provide us with some matress. Unfortunately, she said they don’t have any. She made some “calls”, and she found 2 extra rooms-1 with double bed. Went to the room and that room was not cleaned-garbage scattered and towels on the floor. Situation now was more frustrating. Informed her with the room situation again. She advised us that the only thing she can do was to provide blankets. In the end, the husbands SLEPT ON THE FLOOR! With my 3 kids, including a toddler, we had no choice but to share the one bed. On top of this, their rooms are dirty and stinky. They offer discount but no amount of money can compensate with this incompetence. We booked a hotel for convenience and to be able to rest after a long drive especially when you have kids. This was the worst hotel!
