Stayed here for 6 nights. Upon check in, my credit card was charged almost double the confirmed rate. It was nice the general manager reached out to me and immediately rectified the problem. Room was very clean and breakfast was good. This place is highly recommended.

The room was decent. Upon entering I realized that the door bolt was broken off. It did make me feel a bit uncomfortable knowing I can't lock it. In the bathroom I found hair on the counter and in the tub. Beds were good. For the price I felt that it could of been cleaner.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Stayed there days twice in this trip (1+2). Very conveniently located close to 35W ramp (5 minutes). Rooms were clean but property overall needed a little bit more attention. Breakfast was average. Staff all around was outstanding that included the front desk, the housekeepers and the kitchen staff. All of them were always extremely helpful. Price (thru Expedia) was extremely reasonable.

The room was clean, but the air conditioning was not working sufficiently to keep the room cool. The gal at the front desk was extremely helpful and willing to give us another room. The second room was also clean and the air conditioning unit worked well and kept the room cool. The bed was very comfortable. My husband and I prefer pillows with more substance. We were pleased to find two pillows that were somewhat firm, in addition to two pillows that were filled with down or down alternative. The room also did not have a hair dryer, but that was quickly resolved. The staff was excellent. The coffee was delicious, not Folgers. ☺️ It was an older facility but if you are looking for a decent stay, I certainly recommend this hotel.

Parking was easy and we felt very safe. Only downside was that it’s right next to a noisy freeway and heard cars throughout the night. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good - the basics were covered. Room was clean - very impressed by the size of the bathroom.

Any hotel as nice as this one should not be trying to extract just a little more data out of their visitors by locking the wireless behind a membership and loyalty program.

I would have given this place five stars across the board if that were not the case.

Breakfast was fine and had a decent variety of all the things.

The room was clean and one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in.

The frig wasn't plugged in. The main room was clean. Wish the cleaning staff took more time on deep cleaning the shower. Breakfast was ok, but the staff did not wipe off tables between guests using them. Food choices were typical. Cleaning staff left storage rooms and the 2nd floor laundry chute door propped open into the evening. Pool room was clean. Hallways were clean.

Booked a last minute room here after getting a refund at the property I was supposed to stay at. What a difference! Manager at the front desk was super helpful as I needed and ADA room on first floor. Bottled water upon arrival. Breakfast was also good. Room was very clean and up to date and bed was very comfortable. Right off the freeway. Will return to stay again!

Overall the place was VERY clean, some things not updated in the rooms, but better than others in the area.
My trouble was with the overnight desk clerk.
I went to my car & got locked outside around 4:30am. I went to try to ask the guy at the front desk to re-magnetize my key card because it wasn’t working. He completely ignored my request and asked if I had dogs in my room. My response, “yes I do”. He then started that I would be charged, I responded “Oh?” & asked the cost. He told me how much it would be and I said okay.
I’m guessing he thought that I would be upset or try to fight the charge. After about 30 seconds of silence & him clicking on the computer, I assumed he was in the process of activating the room key card. He was not. Out of nowhere he started screaming at me about the hotel not allowing animals (which I didn’t know) & how people have allergies. I stated that I didn’t know the hotel didn’t allow animals, as there were no signs & I was not told at check-in. He screamed that I “knew what it was” & I’m “just trying to play games to get over”. I then asked how I was trying to get over when I said I will accept whatever charges, because I didn’t know pets were not allowed. At that point he said he felt threatened (he was sitting behind the desk & I was about 15ft away from him), went into a back room & claimed to call the police to kick us out. No one ever came, but this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Marriott brand hotel & probably won’t go back.

It was a nice place to stay in. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices and that we had access to coffee and water at any time of the day. My only complaints were:

1. The main door has a large gap underneath it, letting in a lot of unwanted light and noise. We and other guests stuffed bath towels down there to cover it up. Seems like an unncessary inconvenience and easily fixable.

2. There was a smoke detector on the ceiling directly over the bed with a bright green light which is super annoying when trying to sleep. Poor planning.

ok rooms for what you pay. a/c would never shut off, which becomes a terrible issue. NO safe in the room, which makes you worried about your goods. No special attention from lobby staff. Conclusion: I stopped there for a nite in my way to another town and the overall experience was ok (besides the issues I wrote before). Next time (because of the a/c and the safe), I might go somewhere else, in the same area, which is full of other little hotels.

Good value for the price. Good breakfast choices. Although more variety over the days we stayed would be better.
No housekeeping or towel replacement for either of our rooms until we requested new towels.
Accommodating later checkout for us although we did not need it.
The kids —5and 8– lived the pool!
Not an easy walk anywhere. Need a car. Very limited for-purchase snacks.
Nice to have mini-fridge and microwave in room. Individual room AC units were effective after some lag time and were a but noisy.
Mattresses and bedding were good. Our rooms had tub-shower combo which we prefered.
Over all, a good stay.

We have stayed here before and found it a good economic choice. There was one area needing attention and that was the facilities management of a very loud and rambunctious party on the night of Saturday Jan. 25th. I believe they tried to contain it a couple times but without success the police should have been called.
