Great hotel! Prices are always high in the cities which is what I will always say! But clean and good location with comfortable beds
Kiara
the front desk staff were actually the sweetest people ever i would definitely come back!
Alan
It was a nice room, clean and quiet. The staff was kind and professional. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from and the price was fair. Although parking was limited on the premises the public parking structure directly across the street was very secure and had a reasonably fee.
Christopher
Amazing time!
Cristina
The room - was so clean, modern and spacious.
Area/location- Washington street was filled with restaurants, cafes, stores, and bars. there was even a nice river flowing behind the hotel where people can take a walk or run.
The pool and hot tub- clean and peaceful- enjoyed the hours of operation for both the pool and jacuzzi.
Staff- so helpful, the women working at the front on 7/7 and 7/8 went above and beyond to make sure i had a great stay.
In Hotel bar- was so cute and had many options for drinks.
Also basically across the street from US bank stadium and walking distance from Target field.

nice place to stay
Manuel
it was a great stay at this location, easy access to everything, we stayed over the Special Olympics and it was an easy in/out, great place and will recommend.

Good location to US Bank! One of two elevators was working and there's not a service elevator so you have to pack your patience; had I known I would've opted for a lower floor. The a/c is room 503 needs to be serviced, when running it makes a noise.
Esther J
Great room. Amazing staff.
David
Front of house staff are distracted and inattentive. They seem to feel that getting you checked in is an inconvenience for them. Can't be bothered.
Stayed for 2 nights, but housekeeping never touched my room.
Only one working elevator.
Note on renovations: someone has chosen the ugliest wallpaper I've ever seen. The franchise needs a qualified decorator!

The staff here is always first rate. This is the only place I stay when in Minneapolis and I suggest Corporate start paying attention to it. Broken elevators, getting a bit shabby around the edges. I surmise they are also short staffed since I waited at the empty front desk for 20 minutes before anyone checked me in. But the location and walkability are worth any minor inconveniences and it is always clean and has comfy beds which are my priorities at any hotel.
Santos
Hot tub was very hot and pool very cold
Margaret
Nice stay at reasonable price
Michael
Great location and staff.
Tamsyn
Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great. Staff seemed like they just didn’t want to be there but were reasonably professional.
Jason
Even though there was some renovations taking place, i would have never known without the signs claiming it was happening. The bed was so comfortable, i probably had the best night rests in a while. The shower had the best water pressure i have ever encountered at a hotel.
Sharon
This hotel is two blocks from my condo, so I used it as a backup guest room. Worked fine for that purpose. Bed was comfortable, room furnishings were adequate. I will turn to it again the next time I have overnight guests.
Beth
There hotel is close to several restaurants and a park. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
Steven
The hotel was very nice and modern. Great room, comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok, not as good as what is charged. I will definitely stay here again.
Tana
Clean room and cool environment. Wish you didn’t need to ask front desk to get pool/hot tub door unlocked for access.
attila
We loved the A loft hotel. It’s simple, in a convenient location, and affordable.
The bar staff was great!!
We will definitely stay here again!

Have stayed often and will try again in August, but loud music last night until 3am was a problem.
Anthony
Nice stay, good location, only negative was that the bathroom door couldn't close fully and that was really annoying. Otherwise great.
Jessica
Had a wonderful experience!
Janice
A few glitches happened with our room assignment and the parking garage across the street. A front desk staff person apologized and did all the right things to mitigate the problems.
Bryan
Everything was to standard. Can’t complain at all
David

You hear a lot of road traffic if room faces Washington.
JoEllen
Great location!

The ALoft is great value, but unfortunately my room was subject to a lot of noise, adjacent to elevators and facing a busy street. Front desk staff were all terrific. Bathroom was clean. Room itself could have used better vacuuming; crumbs on carpet from previous guests. I appreciated the in-room coffee!
April
Lots of nearby shops... Great museum.... close to downtown. Nice & friendly staff.. clean & simple so.. Modern ☺️
Jeff
Friendly staff even late at night!
Terriona
For my first night, it was lovely. I like the way the hotel is designed and how helpful it is for the community. Overall, I didn’t have any trouble with my car, and I will come back.

Can’t complain I will be back soon loved it there. I can see how beautiful it is during the summer.
Shequita
the bed was way over used and the breakfeast was not included I even made sure to pay for it on Expedia.... and the staff were way outspoken and minimal. wa;sent the worst stay ever tho!
Jennifer
We had a good stay. Take your own pillows because they won’t bring you extra and they’re horrible pillows. Staff was friendly and accommodating otherwise.
Norma
I don’t like it when we have to pay for our breakfast it should be included with our room
Matthew
Great location. Nice hotel bar.
Brian

Michael
Due to an unfortunate family emergency i was unable to stay or get a refund as the family emergency occurred within the 24 hour cancelation.
David
The rooms were amazing the service excellent. Atmosphere was so fun for the Vikings game and of course only a four block walk.
Janna
Clean and comfortable
Cody
Room set up was cool
Sheri
What hot tub? Buy some new pillows they smelled - Staff could dress a little nicer - and try to be pleasant.
Kylie
We had a 2 queen bedroom and there is sheer glass in the bathroom so whenever someone had to use the bathroom late at night and turned the light on to see it shined into the bedroom where everyone slept. The room was not nearly big enough for 4 people. And there was only 1 outlet between the beds. We all had medical devices and it became extremely difficult to figure out where to plug it in. May have to bring a mini generator next time for my medical device.
Samuel
Hot tub was closed. The bar was mid

Pet-owner Friendly with Extra Perks!
The location was great and had easy access to walking/biking paths down to the river. Trader Joe’s is just down the block and we were able to take advantage of that to grab snacks. It was a wonderful stay and we especially loved that our pup stayed for FREE! The pool and hot tub was a plus as well and the lobby has a pool table and other fun board games/activities. One of the most engaging hotel stays I’ve experienced.
Michael
Loved the bar and hot tub. The ease to city attractions makes it perfect!
Toni
Great Place to Stay
The staff were so accomodating and friendly! We had so much fun! Lotsnof things close by and very clean and secure! Definitely stay again! We went to a gopher game and it was an easy uber ride to get there.

First time staying here in the city, loved my room and my stay. It was close to things and near where my conference was, I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend again if coming back. Loved the coffee bar and the pool and gym, it was a great place to also get work done, hope to be back again soon!

Great location. Good parking
David
At both check in and check out, front desk staff seemed bored, disinterested, disconnected. Didn't even look up, or bother to get my name right. I was clearly an inconvenience.

This property was great and all of the staff was amazing. I was absolutely stay here again.
Bryan
Enjoyed the location of the hotel. Lots of restaurants near by. Near the highway so easy on and off for traveling to further areas. Staff were excellent. The hotel lobby could be noisier than most other hotel lobbies but we did notice a lot of families staying in the hotel. Would stay again!
Joan
Loved the games in the lobby!!!

We get here & have a hard time with parking. We park in the temp spot & try to check in. You need a card to get inside. Luckily someone was walking out when we were checking a 3rd door.
Front desk staff was VERY unprofessional. Asked my name, then asked for a booking #. I give him my phone so he can see my receipt himself. Finally finds it. I ask if he needs my ID or card. He shrugs & takes both, then just says he charged $150 to my card. There was zero warning or explanation of an incidental deposit. I ask about parking, he says “Street parking is free. Sorry if I seem off, just wanna get out of here, ya know?” He hands me the room key then moves on to the next person.
Well, street parking is NOT free. Had to find a parking garage & pay by the hour. Come back inside with our bag & realize he never told us ANYTHING. I ask front desk staff how to find our room & she rudely says “The elevator is right there” like I was bothering her.
We set our stuff in our room & notice an odor but we’re in a hurry so we accept it, change quick, & head to Target Field. Get back close to 12 AM. The floor of our room is now SOAKED (guessing leaking AC by location) & the smell is amplified X10. Smells like death.
I go to tell front desk. After making me wait absurdly long- tries telling me all other rooms are sold out. I show her a video. Rooms not stay-able. Tries forcing me into a queen with attitude. I refused, she was very rude. Another gal came & magically had a king. Awful.
