Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here.

Incredibly inefficient. Took 30 minutes to check in, stood there for 25 minutes because the apparently only worker lost someone's luggage and was single-handedly looking for in. In addition, we sat down for breakfast at 1015 AM, got coffee at 1035 AM, and ultimately was served breakfast at 1120 AM. If you're in a rush or don't want to waste your time or day, choose another location or ask to make your breakfast yourself.

A great find! Not much on fhe area as it is financial district. But the space is pretty spectacular. Tavola , the restaurant was good at breakfast but pretty mediocre in the dinner. So many other options in the North Loop or Mill District.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Good location as well. My two minor issues are: Employee at check-in said he would request a rollaway bed for me and it never came. I dialed (0) from room twice and nobody answered. Also, on one of the nights I had issues scanning key to get into the hotel after hours and the valet parking employee was rude when I was asking him a question.Anyhow, besides this, everyone else was nice and we enjoyed the stay

Duke Approved!

I love a dog friendly hotel! Its one thing to say dogs allowed, but making dogs welcome is an entirely different subject! We always bring our dog along with us and have experienced a spectrum of pet treatment along the way, with this hotel being some of the best.

The hotel itself was immaculate- easily one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The room was comfortable and quiet despite being downtown.

Additionally, the staff were exceptional and put intention into welcoming and hosting their guests. We will be staying again.

Concerning front desk experience

My wife and I recently stayed at your hotel for the first time. While our room was clean and comfortable, and we had an overall pleasant stay, we feel it’s important to share a concern about our check-in experience.

During the check-in process, we felt racially profiled by the receptionist at the front desk. This made both of us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We had been looking forward to our visit, so this was deeply disappointing.

We hope you take this feedback seriously, as first impressions matter greatly. Aside from that experience, everything else met our expectations, and we appreciate the quality of the accommodations.

The staff is wonderful everyone was very kind and helpful. They made the stay enjoyable. The rooms were nice and clean I appreciate the eco friendly touches. The restaurant has surprisingly good food. Although the over night valet price is exorbitant, there are many affordable self parking options right across so do not let parking be a deterrent if you have a car this is still a great hotel. The bed and pillow could be improved for comfort although very trendy for aesthetics. Could also benefit from offering earplugs as the street can be quite noisy if there is someone honking. I was on the top floor and could still hear it I imagine lower floors would be worse. Overall it was a lovely stay and would stay again.

The stay was going well but in the morning the elevators weren’t working and the staff kept insisting only one elevator was out of order but the lights weren’t even coming on for the up/down buttons and when we pushed them and it made banging noises. So we walked down the stairs to the 1st floor only to find we were trapped there because only the staff used the stairs on that level. Had to call the first desk to have someone open the door. While on the phone with the female staff member she kept telling me the elevator was working again but super frustrated since I was locked in a stairwell no where near the elevator so she was just wasting my time and irritating me.

We love the Elliot Park. The rooms are so warm and comfortable..pure luxury! Wishing they had a more casual option for dining besides the main restaurant (which is great!) because there’s not much nearby to grab a quick, easy and casual lunch…or when you just don’t want a big meal. Or adding more casual options (sandwich, salad, soup or apps) to the main menu would be helpful.
