I wish they had onsite parking. Other than that, it was very nice. Great breakfast!
Gwen
Clean room. Staff were nice. Breakfast was limited, took extra time for valet parking. Would probably stay again.
Robert
Big big free buffet breakfast, which is 90 out of 100.
Adelson
Try to fix the parking problem
Teono
Parking is crazy $50 for nothing I parked on the street. Nothing special the rooms are small.
TINA

Quiet and convenient
Marc
The property was very nice it even had pool table. The parking is terrible. You have to go to a city parking spot. I paid 56 dollars for one night.
Christy
Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool table in the lobby, a fun thing to do at no extra cost. The hotel's valet parking was extremely expensive, so we opted to walk a few blocks and park in a city ramp. Saved us $40!
TINA

Sara
Amazing hotel
Melissa
Room was clean and well stocked. I appreciated the valet service, and the server at breakfast was fabulous. My only complaint were the pillows, way too soft and flat when slept on.
Jeffrey
The parking situation is insane. $50 for valet parking or else you had to walk 4 blocks to self park for $25. Better instructions should be given in advance as to where to go. There was no ice bucket, no freezer, no microwave, bottom of the toilet seat was dirty, crud around the shower door. Breakfast was nowhere near what was described. The view from the room was a brick wall. Very expensive for what was offered.
Michael
Customer service was great. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with great hospitality and customer service. The breakfast host George was by far one of the best, he was a breath of fresh air and we all had great conversations with him. He was attentive and made our days start out on the right path. Will stay here again.
Cassandra
This was an overnight stay for our wedding and we loved the room itself. The bed was not comfortable at all pillows were thin but bathroom was nice location was nice. Parking wasn’t convenient we valet parked.
Stacey
we were told they had a pool, not working. We were told the skywalk was available to get to the target center, we are two females and werent comfortable being in a city we dont know in the dark, this was THE ONLY REASON we chose this particular hotel, for our safety. When i checked in she informed me it closed at 5pm because they are connected to area business offices. SO WHY ADVERTISE YOU CAN GET TO A CONCERT THROUGH THE SKYWALK WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 5PM??? how many concerts do you know that start before 5pm? remove it! Seriously, the reason we booked this hotel was only because of that skywalk. We paid extra just for the skywalk! We could of found much cheaper! Then, city view...what a joke, we were against a cement wall!! And right below that was a pile of construction going on. This was a final straw, i called saying I picked a room specificly showing the city view! She told me to come back and she will give me a new room. So i gave her my key card from room 201 and she gave me the new one for 308. lol. Really?? And her EXACT WORDS WERE \"this room is a city view room!\" okay, lol lets see...Umm, there were now 2 windows, both facing a brown wall this time! 3rd floor, so how can you even think this is city view. I tried stretching and seeing if i could possibly see anything other than the wall, and I could see the very corner of the end of that building, against the next building! Not even one light from any building was seen! concert starts in an hour, took it.
TINA

Our stay was otherwise very good, and the hotel staff were professional and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the valet parking experience was alarming and unacceptable.
The valet service is outsourced and appears to be managing two hotels at once, which resulted in chaos. When we requested our vehicle, we went to the pickup area before receiving the text that it was ready. By chance, we checked our car and found it wide open, with no attendant present and no keys in sight. Even more concerning, the valet station had been left completely unattended, and the lock box containing all vehicle keys was left open, allowing anyone to access keys to any vehicle. This is a serious security failure and a major safety concern. Hotel staff were very helpful and took the situation seriously. They attempted to contact the valet service using the limited phone numbers available, and one staff member personally walked over to locate an attendant because none were present. Their response was commendable, though their ability to intervene was clearly limited. When the valet attendant finally returned, they could not provide any information on how to lodge a formal complaint or escalate the issue. At $49 per day, this is a premium service, and I expect far better security, professionalism, and accountability. As a Hilton guest, I also expect strong oversight of outsourced services to protect guests and uphold the brand’s reputation. This experience was concerning and should be addressed urgently

Parking was very expensive and other parking was over a block away. Other than that no complaints with our stay.
KATHERINE
We loved that it was within walking distance to the venue! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They provided us with recommendations for a tattoo studio and places to eat nearby.
Chelsea
Staff were nice, room could use some attention.

Staff was excellent.

Parking was extra. Like 50 a night. Keep that in mind. George put together an amazing breakfast for everyone and made sure we all had what we needed. Heather who checked us in followed up within a few minutes to make sure we had what we needed also. Felt very safe and secure as well.
Brylle
Our stay had a mix of positives and frustrations.
The hotel staff were great, especially Jerome, who kindly offered to move us to another room when ours felt uncomfortably warm at 79.3°F. That level of service was appreciated.
However, the parking situation was a major downside. The property only offers limited on site parking through valet service at $49USD/night. Street parking is restricted to just 2 hours, which made things very inconvenient. Since we stayed for 4 days, valet would have cost an additional $200USD on top of our reservation, so we chose not to use it. Had we known this in advance, we would have considered a different hotel with a self parking option on site. Our first night was particularly stressful because of parking, and room temperature.
We also stayed for 4 days w/o any housekeeping service, even though it was stated on the mirror that it would be provided after 2 days. Additionally, whenever housekeeping was cleaning nearby rooms, the noise was quite disruptive. There was a lot of loud banging from equipment and items being moved around.
Breakfast was also repetitive, with the same options served throughout the weekdays.
Another challenge we encountered was the lack of accessible, familiar comfort food options nearby or around the downtown area, which made dining less convenient during our stay.
Overall, while the staff were friendly and helpful, there are several areas that could be improved.

Horrible. Nowhere was there a sign for valet or self parking. Sat in a valet line for 40 minutes until I was told at the end of the line. Then when given directions to self park, I was sent the wrong direction. Sat in line to check in, as people in and out of line were getting help. Didn’t even receive my room and had to come check in later at midnight after the concert. Just a horrible experience.

Check in was awful, no rooms ready at 3. We were given a dirty room after waiting for 2 hours. We had to make our own bed at 12 am Sunday morning because nobody had cleaned it yet and nobody would come. Staff was not helpful in anyway and would not provide a clean room. We had no towels, the toilet was covered in pee, and the room was a mess.
Kerry
I wish they had coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. They did have a microwave down in the breakfast area we could use, but we had to go downstairs to use it. You had to pay for parking, which was inconvenient. But it was a very nice place to stay.
Marie
Hilton does not provide parking, but you can pay for Valet parking for a night or local
Daniel
Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
David

I checked in after 3pm and was told my room was not available yet, they will text me when available. I Waites 45 minutes and went back to ask. a different person was at the desk and told me they have plenty of rooms available. how long would I have waited had I not been pro active.

Firstly, the whole lobby had a sewage smell. This smell was throughout my stay, although when I complained they began spraying regularly.
Secondly, regarding the 24/7 ‘fresh coffee, decaf and hot water for tea’ it was used by me once. Sadly, when I put hot water into an empty cup, it was brown with grinds indicating they used the urn for coffee recently but did not wash it properly.
I then had to BUY water at the lobby desk and was told it was ‘about $4’ although she didn’t know - it was ‘changed to my room.’
Meanwhile, I asked for an ice bucket but none were to be found. Didn’t matter - when I put ice directly into my reusable water bottle, it too, smelled of sewage. So, left with no other options bc I was NOT giving them $4.00 every time I wanted water, I took a LYFT to a local Target store, bought two gallons of purified drinking water along w some soda bottles (those, too were $4.00 or so in the lobby). , I used this water for my coffee (luckily I ALWAYS travel with my coffee pot), and my drinking water throughout my stay. I also had to buy breakfast food at the Target because there was NO WAY I would eat anything off of that ‘free breakfast buffet’ now that I saw the uncleanliness of the dishwashing staff.
The room itself was VERY clean and bright, nice view of the city and modern dark-out shades. Unfortunately, I had no cash on me at checkout, so I asked for $20 from my $100 room deposit be left for the cleaning lady. Hope it happened.

Lindsey
We had a great experience. Breakfast was delicious, so many options.
Heather
Our only complaint was we couldn’t get the thermostat to work in our room and our room was next to the elevators so there was this weird noise on and off all night.
Marcus

Breakfast was just ok. Shower was luke warm. Pillows were horrible with little to no fluff. Staff is friendly and somewhat accommodating. Valet parking was horrible to say the least and NOT what valet is suppose to be like.
James

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The seating areas and pool table are great for a waiting around cold day to go to a Timberwolf’s game. It was perfect and comfortable for what we needed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The valet service was also great but the best part was the breakfast. The best included breakfast I have ever had. I would stay there every time just for the breakfast. Omelettes, waffles, pancakes, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage etc. All the breakfast foods!!!
Arlene
I went with friends for a long weekend. The rooms were clean and had the right size. My room was way too hot but I did have control of it where as my friends room did not.
We had to get new keys one day because all the key pads reset. That made it very hard for me since I’m on crutches.
The free breakfast every morning was the highlight of the trip! George is the best!! He makes a great variety for breakfast and everything was yummy.

The staff was wonderful, the place was nice. The only complaint I have is that our room was like 75°, too warm for us to comfortably and soundly sleep and the thermostat wasn't working. I told the front desk twoce
Krystal
Stayed for 3 nights- each morning my card no longer worked. The bedding was less than \"clean\" and the ac made a horrible noise considering the room was still very warm.
Brandon
Clean room and hotel. Friendly staff.
Mark
Felipe at the front desk was awesome…. Breakfast was great and always fresh and hot
Dennis
Staff is amazing, clean rooms, this is my favorite place to stay in downtown Minneapolis.
Alexander
Thermostat wasn’t working but was accommodated with a fan.
Sterling
our room heating/ac was broken. was so hot when we arrived. maintenance couldnt fix it. room got up to 79.9°. checked in to room at around 5pm. couldnt get a new room until 9:30pm after having to keep calling as heat went up. (front desk person was great/kind and doing what she could.) just a bummer switching rooms was such a hassle and couldnt be accommodated sooner. We had plans and we had to be hot and sweaty for 4.5 hours as we got ready before leaving to go to our plans. (but hotel staff and maintenance staff were all very kind. was just unfortunate to have to be stressed and uncomfortable for that many hours before getting a new room.

The hotel was nice, clean and very modern on decor. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and went out of their way to help. My only complaint was the heat
The heat was programmed at one temperature, but in trying to up the temp, it always returned to original temp. The room always felt cool and traveling with an elderly person it was hard to keep warm. They even changed the room and same thing happened.
Next time I hope to visit in warmer weather.
