Our stay was otherwise very good, and the hotel staff were professional and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the valet parking experience was alarming and unacceptable.
The valet service is outsourced and appears to be managing two hotels at once, which resulted in chaos. When we requested our vehicle, we went to the pickup area before receiving the text that it was ready. By chance, we checked our car and found it wide open, with no attendant present and no keys in sight. Even more concerning, the valet station had been left completely unattended, and the lock box containing all vehicle keys was left open, allowing anyone to access keys to any vehicle. This is a serious security failure and a major safety concern. Hotel staff were very helpful and took the situation seriously. They attempted to contact the valet service using the limited phone numbers available, and one staff member personally walked over to locate an attendant because none were present. Their response was commendable, though their ability to intervene was clearly limited. When the valet attendant finally returned, they could not provide any information on how to lodge a formal complaint or escalate the issue. At $49 per day, this is a premium service, and I expect far better security, professionalism, and accountability. As a Hilton guest, I also expect strong oversight of outsourced services to protect guests and uphold the brand’s reputation.This experience was concerning and should be addressed urgently

Parking was extra. Like 50 a night. Keep that in mind. George put together an amazing breakfast for everyone and made sure we all had what we needed. Heather who checked us in followed up within a few minutes to make sure we had what we needed also. Felt very safe and secure as well.

Our stay had a mix of positives and frustrations.

The hotel staff were great, especially Jerome, who kindly offered to move us to another room when ours felt uncomfortably warm at 79.3°F. That level of service was appreciated.

However, the parking situation was a major downside. The property only offers limited on site parking through valet service at $49USD/night. Street parking is restricted to just 2 hours, which made things very inconvenient. Since we stayed for 4 days, valet would have cost an additional $200USD on top of our reservation, so we chose not to use it. Had we known this in advance, we would have considered a different hotel with a self parking option on site. Our first night was particularly stressful because of parking, and room temperature.

We also stayed for 4 days w/o any housekeeping service, even though it was stated on the mirror that it would be provided after 2 days. Additionally, whenever housekeeping was cleaning nearby rooms, the noise was quite disruptive. There was a lot of loud banging from equipment and items being moved around.

Breakfast was also repetitive, with the same options served throughout the weekdays.

Another challenge we encountered was the lack of accessible, familiar comfort food options nearby or around the downtown area, which made dining less convenient during our stay.

Overall, while the staff were friendly and helpful, there are several areas that could be improved.

Horrible. Nowhere was there a sign for valet or self parking. Sat in a valet line for 40 minutes until I was told at the end of the line. Then when given directions to self park, I was sent the wrong direction. Sat in line to check in, as people in and out of line were getting help. Didn’t even receive my room and had to come check in later at midnight after the concert. Just a horrible experience.

Check in was awful, no rooms ready at 3. We were given a dirty room after waiting for 2 hours. We had to make our own bed at 12 am Sunday morning because nobody had cleaned it yet and nobody would come. Staff was not helpful in anyway and would not provide a clean room. We had no towels, the toilet was covered in pee, and the room was a mess.

Firstly, the whole lobby had a sewage smell. This smell was throughout my stay, although when I complained they began spraying regularly.
Secondly, regarding the 24/7 ‘fresh coffee, decaf and hot water for tea’ it was used by me once. Sadly, when I put hot water into an empty cup, it was brown with grinds indicating they used the urn for coffee recently but did not wash it properly.
I then had to BUY water at the lobby desk and was told it was ‘about $4’ although she didn’t know - it was ‘changed to my room.’
Meanwhile, I asked for an ice bucket but none were to be found. Didn’t matter - when I put ice directly into my reusable water bottle, it too, smelled of sewage. So, left with no other options bc I was NOT giving them $4.00 every time I wanted water, I took a LYFT to a local Target store, bought two gallons of purified drinking water along w some soda bottles (those, too were $4.00 or so in the lobby). , I used this water for my coffee (luckily I ALWAYS travel with my coffee pot), and my drinking water throughout my stay. I also had to buy breakfast food at the Target because there was NO WAY I would eat anything off of that ‘free breakfast buffet’ now that I saw the uncleanliness of the dishwashing staff.
The room itself was VERY clean and bright,nice view of the city and modern dark-out shades. Unfortunately, I had no cash on me at checkout, so I asked for $20 from my $100 room deposit be left for the cleaning lady. Hope it happened.

We had to get new keys one day because all the key pads reset. That made it very hard for me since I’m on crutches.
The free breakfast every morning was the highlight of the trip! George is the best!! He makes a great variety for breakfast and everything was yummy.

our room heating/ac was broken. was so hot when we arrived. maintenance couldnt fix it. room got up to 79.9°. checked in to room at around 5pm. couldnt get a new room until 9:30pm after having to keep calling as heat went up. (front desk person was great/kind and doing what she could.) just a bummer switching rooms was such a hassle and couldnt be accommodated sooner. We had plans and we had to be hot and sweaty for 4.5 hours as we got ready before leaving to go to our plans. (but hotel staff and maintenance staff were all very kind. was just unfortunate to have to be stressed and uncomfortable for that many hours before getting a new room.

The hotel was nice, clean and very modern on decor. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and went out of their way to help. My only complaint was the heat
The heat was programmed at one temperature, but in trying to up the temp, it always returned to original temp. The room always felt cool and traveling with an elderly person it was hard to keep warm. They even changed the room and same thing happened.
Next time I hope to visit in warmer weather.

It's been a very long time since I've been treated so good at a hotel. The front desk personnel was very heĺpful and went above and beyond to insure everything I needed I had.
The cook came out and asked if he could get me anything and if breakfast met my standards or needed improvement.
The room was clean, the staff was amazing including the cook, and the guard, at the door.
They all made my stay the most pleasant experience I've had in a very long time.

Easy check in. Room was clean. Great location. When I went down for some coffee there was no cream. The front desk clerk said you were out. And that was it. I noticed toy were setting up for breakfast and saw pitchers of cream and milk in the counter fridge. I went and shed them and decided to grab a muffin. The person setting up yelled at me and said breakfast wasn’t available until 7 am. It was 6:30.
