The neighborhood and the outside of the building made me a little nervous. But the inside was perfect. That parking garage that is basically attached but not quite, was really nice. The staff was quick and helpful. Everything was as pictured and stated. About a 10 min walk to US Bank Stadium which was nice.

The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.

The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep.

The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly.
Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again.

Staff was very pleasant. Hotel had lots of visitors for a basketball tournament but staff did not seem overwhelmed or stressed.

Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all.

Nice property with friendly staff. The downside is what is available outside the hotel. Most businesses boarded up...the rest tend to state their political beliefs on the door going in. If you are trying to go to an event at the stadium and want to get away from the troubles you see in the news, this area is not the place. A little spendy, but a great hotel.......very poor venue otherwise.

Parking was secure, with a code needed to enter. Staff was professional and courteous. Excess air freshener or fragrance in lobby was not appreciated. Room was quiet but so close to pool that it smelled like chlorine. Great walkable location, in the heart of the West Bank theater district with great restaurants. Close to light rail also.

Parking was literally right next to the building which was great. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Room was excellent, except for the perplexing pillows?! They had three long skinny (small) pillows on EACH double bed of a room with two queen beds. One pillow wasn’t even big enough for an adult size head. Wish they had four & normal size, otherwise the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and welcoming. Just so funny/annoying about the weird pillow situation. Lol.

Very clean, staff was fantastic!! Hotel was very close to hospital.

Parking is very expensive $32 dollars a day!!!
The parking garage is not owned by hotel and when I got in the elevator to go get my car there was a homeless person sleeping in the elevator. Definitely not safe in the garage area, especially when you pay $32 dollars a day!

Things were good only thing is the bath tub was so slippery had to hold the grab bar whole time. When I mentioned it when leaving they told me they have mats I said I didn’t see any they told me I had to ask at the desk who knew???? I thought that was wrong! They should have them in the room . The lady at the desk told me they have had that complaint many times before! Other than that it was great!

The hotel was amazing and the staff very helpful and nice. The lobby bar was very nice and breakfast was delicious, not free though. Rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Zero complaints on the hotel itself. The area around the hotel is a little run down. Lots of empty and run down buildings. The hotel is walking distance from the stadium but an uber is also an easy option. There are no bars in the area anymore which is a bummer for game weekends. Parking was very easy, with a little daily fee. Parking is in a garage attached to the hotel.

Great property really, we just had one minor issue
Hubby showered at 11pm on check in day and noted the tub was not draining. We assumed it would be a slow empty and went to bed. In the morning when I showered, water eas still stuck in tub and that is what I stood in Ew. Clearly this is not a new clog!
I did not want the next occupant to deal with this so I politely called the front desk and explained it was not draining last night and we thought it would slowly do so overnight, but it’s still there, so it needs attention before your next guest arrives. The receptionist Reprimanded me !!! Oh you were supposed to call us last night to fix it!!!! We need to take care of that either away!!!!
Really? I was tired and going to bed and I am paying you the courtesy of notifying you it needs attention now this morning as I am leaving.
The tone of voice and choice of words would have made a world of difference.

The property and hotel were beautiful. But they allow 16-17 year old thugs rent rooms who stayed up till 7:00 in the morning yelling profanities, screaming, banging against walls, destroying the gym, pool area, hallways because they have no class. No hotel should allow anyone under 21 to rent rooms. Completely disrespectful and rude. The hotel staff finally did something at 4:30 in the morning but it was like they were afraid of them. Worst night in a hotel room ever

Terrific place! We rented a two-room queen suite, which turned out to be much larger and nicer than indicated in the photos. Staff are wonderful. About a 15-20 minute walk to US Bank Stadium. The only heads-up: lots of parking available, but it was a little tricky accessing it because of the configuration of the streets in the area. Not a big deal - just had to go around the block a bit. Will definitely visit again.

Overall we really enjoyed our time at the courtyard, but it’s located right downtown, which is very convenient for anything going on at US Bank Stadium, but it’s not the safest neighborhood around, I had some issues with one of the locals, not going into details, but I will not return to this particular motel because of it. With that being said the staff were great about the whole situation and helped out a lot, but I feel it’s not safe

Parking nightmare!

Check in easy. Very friendly. Room great. Clean. Comfortable bed. Given accessible room and not needed but was fine. Parking was a huge fail. Paid parking at desk. Registered licence plate (thankfully) so hotel was able to call me. NOTE: paid hotel parking is hooked onto apartment parking. Signage minimal. With paid hotel parking tag the apartment garage door opened. I had no idea I was in wrong area. Sitting at ac/dc concert I get a call my car will be towed!!! I am unable to leave stadium or I forfeit ticket. (Bucket list). Missed part of show. But….Was able to make a bunch of calls and thankfully with a three way call hotel and parking spot owner she agreed to park in my hotel spot. She said it happens often. Sharing for other guests BE SURE YOU ARE VERY VERY CLEAR WHERE TO PARK!! Great walking location to US bank stadium. Hotels.com states $25 parking. Hotel is $28 and the front desk would not adjust due to “third party” booking. Hotels.com was great to help out.
