I like the parking, the hotel always smells nice, the lobby is welcoming. The only negative is that the room I stayed in was getting worn looking- stains on the carpets, worn furniture, and loud AC unit.

The staff was very friendly...don't prefer no continental breakfast but knew when we booked it was not served unless pd for. Brought our own microwave breakfasts, but there is not one in the room so the one available was in the very front by the service desk where all the guest are leaving and entering. The microwave as well as the area were dirty both days. Asked housekeeping to clean it. Also the pool is nice but the chlorine was so strong in the pool area my eyes were burning and Iwe was just in the hot tub for about 10 minutes. It needs some venting please. Otherwise a lovely hotel and Staff and rooms were great.

Several drunks were trying to get into fights at 1, 2:30 am and later on our floor. Front desk wouldn't answer calls for security.

0 sleep.

When informed the next morning we received a feeble, \"sorry\"

There were soccer teams all over the hotel it was rated a 9.2 I'd give it maybe a 1.2
I reserved 2 rooms we weren't near one another. The pool was also on this floor. I
wasn't impressed. The two men that work there were rude I feel we deserve to have $$ taken off our bill.

Problems with the room and I was going to let the staff know when I checked out. I waited a few minutes at an empty counter then someone came out. Told her I'm checking out and the reply was \"yeah\" as I gave her the keys. Obviously I was wasting her time being there so I just left. I've stayed here many times for many weeks and I think I'll look somewhere else.

The hotel is the best around, and why I say that is the staff greet you with a smile and the room is clean and beds are comfortable. This is our go to hotel. Will definitely be back.

I paid for 2 Suites, wanted connecting rooms, but when I checked in that was not available. My rooms were downgraded to 2 regular rooms, not connected but on the same floor. I should be getting a refund for the room differences.

The lobby smelled so strongly of a perfumed unpleasant scent that it was hard to be in that area very long so we avoided it. The fresh ice water was so nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A microwave would be appreciated. Thank you for providing a nice place to relax and sleep while we were in Minneapolis.

The battery to our key fob on our door went dead, therefore we were unable to get into our room.We told the front desk and he alert maintenance and suggested it would take five minutes to fix.
We had to remind him several times to contact maintenance. He continuously forgot our room number and name. My kids intended to go swimming, but because it took over an hour for him to contact maintenance. It was too late because the pool was to close soon after we finally got in. Once maintenance fixed my battery issue it took less than three minutes. The front desk ruined our stay. I will never stay at a Delta hotel because of the unsatisfactory customer service we have received.

There was nothing wrong with hotel, overall. I just thought my room had a microwave, and that there was free breakfast. Also, there’s a small restaurant in the lobby that gives the impression of Starbucks but it’s not. They do sell their coffee though.

My daughter had an allergic reaction to the hot chocolate that was served with half-and-half instead of whole milk. The half-and-half contained peanut extract, which my daughter is allergic to. Management at the restaurant was not helpful, nor was the front desk when I told them about my daughter's reaction to the hot chocolate. We didn't enjoy our stay. That mistake could have cost my daughter serious harm.

When you check in, ask if they are assigning you an accessible room. If you don't require one, then try for a regular room. It will have a better bathroom configuration for the non-handicapped person, like a place to put your towels.
