Hospitality was amazing, room refresh was more than we expected, staff at the deak was awesome, breakfast attendant was on point, we were overly impressed untill Sat am when the desk attendant doubled the price of the water we'd been buying daily since Wed. We bought 5 she charged $20. Double what we had paid. We paid $60 more to stay another nite then get hit with highter (double) price for water.
Great everything untill that Sat am, Glad Mom brought her purse, 5 waters cost $20.. Thats not ok.

My wife has one condition so whenever we go out and we see black around the molding or in the tubs we’re afraid Sirinlack mold. They switched their rooms once with seen they wouldn’t give us a refund to go somewhere else. We’ve just stayed maybe not a good idea but we did.

The one thing that we didn’t like the most was that the second day we stayed we were not able to swim because I think they said it was under construction, but that was one of the main reasons why we stayed at the hotel so it was a bit of a disappointment

I liked the large room with a full kitchen and living room space. It was spacious and clean. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, it was just okay. Overall it was quiet except for the person above me was loud- stomping around when I was trying to go to sleep. I didn’t try the complimentary breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I would stay here again and maybe ask for a room on the 2nd floor.

It is a great location with easy access off the interstate. There are plenty of food options within a 10 min drive. The motel was very clean and well maintained. My only complaint was not being able to control the temperature in the room. By morning the thermostat was 6° warmer than where it was set. Then I understood why it was set on a/c rather than heat when I arrived.

large studio-style room with a big TV and clean and well-maintained kitchenette. it has a stovetop, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, utensils and cups, and of course a microwave.
it's very clean.
the beds are very comfy. I never felt this comfortable mattress before.
the sofa bed is big and can easily fit 2 people sleeping.
breakfast was average.

We had a late flight, staff was amazing when we got in. Rooms were very clean and easy to get into. Hotel showed pics of full stove and our room only had glass top. They immediately helped and changed our room explained some are full stove others are not.
Full breakfast each morning was also great.
Patio in middle next to indoor pool had grill.

Busy event weekend, but doesn't excuse the filthy pool (scum buildup above waterline, no towels, hot tub out of order). Service was decent and room was comfortable/clean. Breakfast was good and attendant was on top of it. Not the best Marriot stay I've ever had but certainly not the worst.

A little threadbare in entryways — especially non-lobby entrances off of parking lot. Generally nice decor/ambience though. Coffeemaker with no instructions and no coffee in room. We were assigned a room that they knew the air conditioning was NOT working they also did not make any attempt to accomodate our requests for room location, extra towels and pillows. The one front desk clerk was not one bit nice either. We made these reservations months in advance and paid ALOT for 2 rooms as well as I called 2 weeks prior to confirm AND I checked in online a d said we would arrive at noon yet when we got there at 12:45 the rooms were NOT ready then they said come back in 1 hour and STILL not ready but the clerk very snkttily said \"check-in is at 3!\" Then why check in online and say what time you are arriving? The room was HOT so they brought a portable unit but the maintenance person just set it in the room and turned it on come to find out later it needed to be vented to the outside so all it did was make IT HOTTER. We have stayed at the location for 15 years a d thjs is how they treated us!!!

Property was clean and staff were pleasant. We did experience issue with fire alarm going off twice one night. We received no contact or update from staff with alarm expectations. At time of first alarm, a woman (unknown if staff or guest) was running up and down our hallway screaming if everyone was okay. At same time, person in to us commented on this as regular occurrence. She appeared to be a long term resident at hotel. Alarm stopped after several minutes only to go off again within the hour.
This same evening we had issue with other guests being exceptionally loud, with disregard for other guests, and slamming doors multiple times. We were unable to reach front desk and eventually gave up.
Aside from those issues we had a good experience with our stay.

Hotel was very clean and the staff welcoming and personable for the most part. This is our first stay at a hotel since they've been reopened at reduced occupancy. They do not provide housekeeping at this time. That's okay. All we needed to do was go to the front desk and ask for whatever we needed. Changing sheets every night as hotels have always done is a bit excessive to begin with so I did not mind. We did not use the pool or exercise equipment but did use the tables in the front lobby community space for games and conversation. Occupancy was low so we did not have anyone else in the lobby...nobody was visible at the front desk unless someone was checking in or a guest approached the front desk needing something. Kind of an eerie feeling. The outdoor courtyard was nice and clean. The hotel has easy access to 35W which can quickly bring you anywhere you need to go in The Cities. Not sure if I would stay here again..especially for the price. Our next stay in Minneapolis we are staying next door at the Fairfield Inn.

The property was well maintained and clean. Staying during the \"pandemic\" it was understandable that the pool was closed, as was the dining area. However, not having anything to eat (at check-in, I was told there would be fruit, and yogurt along with coffee) made for rough mornings.
Not much selection of items to purchase for heating or cooking in the room made it more frustrating.

Lobby & grounds were clean and the location was convenient. However, the bed was uncomfortable and the room wasn't as clean as I would have liked (7/10 for cleanliness). Overall, good stay - the staff were friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast didn't have much for vegans (oatmeal was too done and fruit wasn't ripe enough.) Good choice for families and people who need a little more space than just a hotel room.

They gave our prepaid room to another customer. We arrived late after long road trip to learn that our prepaid 2 bedroom corporate suite had been given to another customer. Instead they offered us two rooms which was unsuitable for our family. We moved into the corporate suite the following day for the duration of our stay. Pool and hot tub was in need of maintenance and unavailable. The pool and hot tub at nearby hotel was offered as an alternative. So, in spite of the staff’s pleasant nature the stay was a disappointment this trip (unlike our previous stay).

For me, the location was excellent. Car rental a couple of blocks away, as well as a freeway, restaurants and gas stations. The staff was great; very friendly. Attractive brand-new carpet everywhere. Nice breakfast every day and happy hour three times a week. I didn't actually use the microwave or cooktop, but I loved having a decent-sized refrigerator. Comfortable sectional in the room. The TV went out for a while in a storm, and had a poorly designed menu. So many clicks necessary to get to what you wanted to see. The bathroom had some broken tiles and the wallpaper has some green stuff on it (probably someone's lotion). Good-sized room. Comfortable bed. I will be staying there again.

The bedroom was so small I was tripping over the dresser to get to the other side of the bed. They gave us 2 towels for 2 adults and 1 child (15). We did get more towels when we asked. There were no sheets and mattress pad provided for the hideaway bed. Only a blanket and a pillow. Our son slept on the blanket and used his coat for a blanket.

Hotel and room very enjoyable. However the pool was filled with children unsupervised by an adult. Could not enjoy the pool because of this issue. There was no respect towards others in the pool. They were in and out of the pool fighting each other, pushing, shoving others into the water. Three young ladies held hands and jumped in pool almost landing on my two granddaughters. The roudness was unreal.l
