The room wasn’t clean, no towels in room and asked for towels at 7am and were told there wasn’t any til later in day, when came back to room that evening had to go ask for towels again. Was given 1 towel and several bath mats. When asked for another towel was told had to return the ones given before, informed the staff at front desk I was given one towel and several bath mats instead of 2 towels then they got 2 towels. Room was supposed to be non smoking and there were ashes on the night stand and many burn marks on the floor throughout the room. Found 2 live cockroaches in the room on the desk. The tv couldn’t hardly be watched was very dark and had 2 bright spots in it. When we tried to take a shower there was no hot water. When checking out couldn’t get a receipt for the bill that will go on my credit card. Will never stay at this place again. Will think twice about staying at another motel 6. Still waiting for $75 deposit to be returned.

Room lacked pillows, pillowcases, and towels. I had to make multiple trips back to the office just to ask for these things including my parking pass. I felt like I lost a huge chunk of my stay trying to get these essentials for the room instead of actually resting and enjoying my stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Upon pulling into the parking lot I knew I had made a mistake...went to check in and got the keys. Opened the door and there was no TV. Went back to the front desk and asked to be moved to a room with a TV...then walked into the second room and there was 1 double bed...I paid for two beds in the room. Went back down to the front desk and got moved for a third time...got to the third room to find it utterly disgusting and filthy. The linens and carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. AVOID THIS motel at all costs. Got my money back and found a nicer place for a few bucks more down the street.

My room had no blanket and just one flat pillow. The front desk said they had no blankets to offer and that management wasn’t giving them what they need. I managed to get one more pillow but no blanket as they said there were none available, even in other rooms.
Regina at the front desk was friendly and understanding and a great employee, even though she couldn’t help.
DO NOT STAY HERE as management is not up to the task of keeping rooms cared for.

The mattresses were yellow in spots. No blankets on the bed. Just a sheet. No fitted sheet on the mattress. They allow dogs which is normally not an issue,but one lunged at my husband and tried to bite him,as he was trying to walk downstairs. There were “deals” going on outside the hotel rooms. The room smelled like marijuana as soon as we walked in. The walls are thin and we could here other guests conversations.

The room had fake wood floors that were so sticky it sounded like we were walking thru a beer tent. There was some type of food (I hope) splattered on the wall behind the door and the headboard for the bed was ripped off the wall and was left proped on the floor between the bed and the wall. It was a large room yet there was no secondary seating only the bed. When we left for work on the next day our room was completely cleaned out and all of our things thrown away. We rented the room for 5 days while our place was having plumbing done and honestly it was so gross that we spent 3 of the nights camping out in our garage and using the room to shower . The staff that we interacted with at the desk were very polite and helpful otherwise this would have been a 0 across the board.

Room is great I have a refrigerator with freezer as well as a microwave oven which is a great thing to have. Staff has been receptive and helpful and the room is very clean and comfortable and the heat and the air conditioning work perfectly so I’m very happy!

I stayed there for two days. They had to switch my room three times. First they gave me a room that smelled really bad. I wasn't not clean then they gave me a room with no TV then they gave me a room with a TV belt with no remote and only one channel. This hotel is so nasty and not well kept.

Non smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Unironically the smoke detector was covered in plastic. There were stains on the curtains as well which was interesting. Paid for a queen and I’m pretty certain that bed was not a queen. Restroom door did not close unless you lifted and body slammed it. It didn’t lock regardless. The A/C was barely running and barely blowed any air. General comfort was fine otherwise.

Rancid! I left and requested a refund. No TV as stated in the amenities. They charged me a $75 deposit and upon complaining and asking for a refund I was told that the deposit would be refunded. However, they charged my card twice and I haven’t seen any refund of the deposit. So now they owe me $150. I slept in my car last night because I had no money for a hotel!

Checked in and there was no tv in the room. Told the front desk person, and they said maintenance probably took it out. Didnt offer another room, or anyrhing. I stayed 2 nights, and never did get a tv. There were lady bugs crawling on the walls and ceiiling. I got rid of them, but more kept getting in. It was definately a cheap motel. The bed was uncomfortable, the stairways were dirty, it should have been about a $40 a night stay, but it was twice that. Would never sty there again.

Room had lights and tc on when we arrived -seemed like someone was there already. No blanket on ved (just sheets). One bath towel. When we called desk, they told us to come get a blanket and towel. We waited an hour and went to desk and they couldn’t find a blanket- eventually they did. Woyld not give additional pillow (had 2 in room). Told us rooms were always had lights and tv o at checkin “ That’s how hotels do it”. ???

It felt like a rent by the hour place. It was so horrible & felt so unsafe that I couldn't stay there. After one look at the room I asked for a credit & left. The description & pictures in Expedia were nothing like the actual place. Although the area is good, this place was like in should have been in a ghetto. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

When I was sent to my room (exterior extrance) I found it was wide open with an uplocked, open door. I didn't know if anyone else was inside or not. I called down to the office and asked for a different room, but one was not given.

Sketchier place than I usually like to stay. Saw some hair on the bathroom floor and the floor towel didn't look clean. Multiple other guests were up talking till about 12pm on a Thursday night and you could hear their dogs bark when people came and left as it does allow pets.

No fridge, no microwave, not even a chair to sit at the beat up table. Place was disgustingly dirty and in disrepair. The AC is locked so you can't go below 76°. There's a certain smell in the air constantly and it's not the smell of something legal...

The toilet seat was broken and not attached to the toilet, the laminate counter tops of the dresser cabinets was delaminating. The pool was not open. The place looked worn out and unsafe. There was a man out on the balcony watching us the entire time. Even when we made it up to our floor and to our room. We talked briefly about the situation and decided to leave. Ww just did not feel comfortable to stay. The photos from when i booked the reservation absolutely do not match what we saw when we checked in our room. Even my bottom sheet of my bed looked crumpled and slept on. Including someone elses hair in the bed. Just ish. We did not ask for our money back, we just checked out at the desk and left. Surprisingly the guy behind the desk didn't even ask why since we had just checked in. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Sorry.

This property was dirty there was hairs in the shower and the beds seem to not be cleaned properly. We got moved since the previous room was not made. When I asked for towels the desk clerk said he had none and I could use washcloths to dry myself. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Motel6.

Valarie and Samir are awesome employees (& deserve a raise).
Location is pretty convenient.
Theis place is doing renovations, some rooms have been done but not the rooms on the back side. Landscaping could stand some sprucing up. Some rooms have refrigerators but not all. Pool was drained & covered while I was there in July for repairs.
Housekeeping... or lack of it. You do not get any housekeeping while you stay there. There's a rolling bin at the bottom of the stairs for you to place your trash. Apparently when housekeeping is done for the day, they just leave, rooms left open without pillows and don't mop. What they do clean is not up to most Mom's expect.

Upon entering the room it was evident the room was not cleaned properly after the previous guests. The towels were refolded but covered in hair. It appeared other towels had been used due to a crusty substance. The bed sheets had hair on them. Even if it was clean the outside lights were bright all night and the beds were no better than sleeping on plain springs. Worst night of sleep. I will never go back to that disgusting place.

Bit deceiving based off the pictures but also if you know the area at all shouldnt come as surprise. Check in was seamless and our room was in order but bring a flyswatter and probably air freshener (room reeked of unknown odor that may have been urine mixed with cigarette smoke ~ who knows tho.) we just needed a place to lay our heads for the night on our roadtrip so could have done worse but for sure could have done just a bit better. Definitely a grungey place so if you need a cheap room it’ll do but might be better off splurging bit more on a room to be in a safer area.

I was in meed of a room for a few nights. I decided on Motel 6 becasue it was near where i needed to be and they had a pool. Rates were decent. Not great for the room after the fact, but when i booked it, they seemed fair.
Part of the reasom i deciced on Motel 6 was becasue they had an outdoor pool. Advertised on their web site, etc. Upon arrival, it turns out the pool was close \"indefinitely.\" In hind sight, that was probably a good thing.
The enployees seemed indifferent, except for housekeeping. It was obvious they worked their ass off and did a good job.
But the front desk seems \"put out\" and it felt like they were there for a paycheck only. One of the guys when i checked in late at night, was completely oblivious it seemed.
Also, they didmt check license plates, amd the lot felt like there were quite a few abandoned vehicles, people sitting in their car all night, etc.
Im normally not one to complain or leave bad reviews, but i couldn't ne quiet on this one. I wont say i will never use Motel 6 again, but i will MOST CERTAINLY never go to this location again.
I should mention the fact that i had to go to a local store and buy \"fly strips\" due to the fact that were an inordinate amount of house flys AND fruit flys in the room. When there wasnt any fruit. I am not sure where they were coming from, I believe they were coming in through the drain pipes in the sink.

it is going to take a lot more to save thar place that poor remodel. there three days two nights, cops there each night.I had elelctrical conduit blocking a doorway, concrete you could look thru, poor workmanship. Water running across the floor from the tolient reported but on one came.we would have moved if there was a place to go. it was bad, vendeing room was so hot, the bars were melted in the machine, the pop machine got me for five bucks. kinda sad and difetinly will change motel picks?

I ended up not staying at this hotel due to overbooking issue. I booked my reservation a week out. I called a day prior to my stay just to confirm my reservation after reading the reviews of overbooking issue - the guy who answered my call confirmed my reservation and to not worry too much. Then I called the day of and let them know I'm on my way to Minnesota and will be there later evening - another guy or same guy said there's an issue of overbooking and we are one out of 7 parties that they have to cancel. That weekend was also Breakaway and other stuff going on in the Twin Cities so it was pretty stressful to find another hotel that matches out need (luckily we bought Expedia's travel insurance and Expedia customer care also helped out). Issue was there's inspection going on for few months on the 2nd and 3rd floor, so only 1st floor is available to book. Staff needs to update Expedia on number of rooms for temporary fix so future customers do not experience the same.

When we arrive, we were told they did not have any room with the two beds as I had reserved since they were two of us my older grandson and I we needed the two beds and they couldn’t accommodate us. She claimed it was because of the construction. I am hopeful I’m getting my money back. He canceled the reservation. I was very upset and it left us late in the day without any place to stay.

I had a reservation made sense Jan 2025.
Came th day of my stay May 20th. When calling to let th office know we would arrive late, due to attending a concert in which is why w booked for a room. They had told us there was no open rooms.
Leaving us out in the cold and rain with nothing opened in any surrounding areas in a price we could afford.
We had to sit outside the closed bus station until 4:30 am.
Not sure whos to blame? Expedia? Or motel 6 in this error of a reservation gone wrong. But I would like a free night's stay at any location at no cost. Due to the high inconvenience and stress put on our long planned trip.

Check in was very easy and the host was great. The room was clean. The price was good. The bathroom was small. They allowed dogs

The hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes. The others guests were very loud with playing music as they walked to the smoking door. At all hours of the night, woke me up twice. I had to ask the host to ask the people on the second floor to talk I there rooms.
Breakfast was poor!!! Most everything was low or out.

While the host was nice , rooms were clean, and price was good; we would not stay there again unless it was our last choice. C

As a solo traveller, who is also female, I felt very unsafe in this motel. I’ve stayed at other motel 6s and felt safe enough to book again but this location had me fear for my safety. I was only staying one night so I stuck it out but would never stay here again. My door didn’t even close properly and the room smelled like smoke and felt dirty.

While I was first arriving, there was an officer outside assisting a situation between some residents. The staff at the front desk had to give me a different room away from what was going on. My room was a fire hazard. The heating/ac unit was howling and blowing filter particles onto the bed. The plastic cover was missing and the wiring was bent and exposed. The heat stopped working and it got down to 6° (24°; with wind felt like) that night. The previous day it was an unbelievable 75° and my room had an overpowering smell of cat urine. I was constantly sneezing and my next door neighbor smoked cigarettes all day long in a non-smoking room. Then 1 1/2 days before checkout, I was told I had to move to a different room so the one I was currently in could get renovated. I was given no notice prior and moved to a room with no refrigerator/freezer or microwave. I had to throw away a lot of food. The front desk worker smiled as if this was amusing and didn’t help me find a room. I had to walk around and see through windows to check for the amenities I needed. I found 2 rooms and then was told “no” because they were for the renovators; flying in that night. There was also a man that followed me around and stood outside my door. There is security but they were not there or not visible at the time. My second neighbor before leaving was abusing his dog, he stated “I’m bout to fillet your f**king *ss” after hitting/kicking the dog for peeing on the floor. I felt very unsafe.

After not being at that hotel for multiple personal bad experiences with people I’ve stayed there with, it was nice to see that there were some visible changes like the $75 deposit, the rooms that were highlighted with new flooring, the new colored doors. It felt like a new hotel to me which was very nice.

Stayed at this place for a few months while waiting for my house to be finished and it was really bad! Rats ate my food and my dogs food.. when I moved to a different room it had roaches. We ordered a pizza and some random guy took it from the pizza guy hand and ran. Police are often there for a call. Prostitution at its finest. Heat vent did not work. Was blowing cold air for the majority of the night. Mattress had a stain. Several broken areas on the furniture. Could not use the safety door latch. Make you put a $75 deposit down which is not listed anywhere until you get there.

The toilet was broken, the room was freezing cold, the property was full of creepy vagrants who were watching my son and I and asking innapropriate questions to my young son. The key didn’t work, the door was broken. It felt very unsafe I was too scared to stay there and I left after a few hours. Didn’t even spend the night there. Next time I’ll sleep in my car.

It just about had everything within walking distance and what was not in walking distance was right there outside your door love the pool and just the whole Roseville community in our St Paul does a really good job with that suburb
