We were placed in a handicap room. Room overall was clean. The bed was worn and not very comfortable. The hot water took a long time to get warm & the tub didn't drain well. The pool was very small & the jets for the hot tub didn't work. There also were ants in the pool area. Breakfast is $15/person even our 2 year old who wouldn't eat more than 1/2 a pancake so we decided to go elsewhere. We ended up checking out early. Front desk lady was sure to remind us that our 2nd night would be nonrefundable & could not print us any kind of receipt for cancelling. We took the loss on that night unfortunately. Overall staff was friendly but wouldn't chose this location again.

The bed was extremely lumpy! I talked to the front desk and was provided a thin comforter on top of the sheets to provide more cushion for the second night. I was offered to move to another room, but told that all the beds were 4 yrs old and I may end up with the same issue, thus why I took the comforter. As someone who has arthritis in my back, it was a rough two nights. The front desk people were very nice, but I won’t be staying there again.

I did not partake of the food and beverage options. Parking was great, no charge and on site! Concerns: Had issue with the first room....became very ill, disoriented, headache, nausea, confusion....changed rooms at 12:30 am...had to walk 50 room difference...No one offered me help with my luggage, or assist me in any way shape or form!!! They had no idea the 'feathers' were not hypo allergenic... Staff at the front desk, aside from a young African American man...was less than aware of anything the hotel had to offer. And they were in no hurry to assist....rarely stood at the front desk...always behind a closed door and you had to wait for someone to arrive at the desk....always!!!! I was there 4 nights....never again at this location!!!!

Overall, the stay was great. The employees were friendly and hospitable, the building was clean and there were plenty of extras throughout the place. We did have an issue with a person who woke us up in the middle of the night bumping their car bass right outside our window. That didn't stop us from enjoying the rest of our stay. I would recommend this place

The area is isolated, the hotel rooms need updating. No restaurant in the property.
The worst part is that when I checked in, I asked if would be charged if I checked out a day earlier, and I was asured that I would not be charged for the full stay. I checked out a day earlier and the hotel decided to charge me the full stay. The manager plainly said that she didn't have to honor what other employees said. I certainly will not go back to this hotel, when I'm in town. I certainly consider this hotel to be low end.

Per usual Expedia failed again! I booked a handicap room with a king bed and a sofa pull out coach. My parents were coming up and I had no idea if they may need to stay the night. My dad just had hip surgery and pins placed, hence the need for the handicap room. The sofa bed was in case it became too late or they were too tired to drive home since he is not released to drive.

First, the hotel staff were confusing and rude to my mom who I added to reservation so she could check in because I wouldn’t get there until 8 or 9 pm. 2nd there is NO SOFA pull out couch. NONE!

Expedia always has something wrong with their descriptions and frankly I’m over it!

Natasha was very kind. It's upsetting that if you book through expedia, they act as if you've done something wrong and refuse to upgrade or work with you. Lessons learned.
I feel the rate for this room for a Sunday night was pretty expansive for what we received.

Hot tub was a joke, again repairs need to be made

Rude housekeeping

Stay was fine until rude housekeeping knocks on your door waking you up at 9:20am and then doesn't say anything when you finally wake up enough to speak and ask what they want. They just walk away when they hear someone is in the room still. Check out is noon but it was like they wanted you out so they could clean the room. So rude. Then again 2 hrs later they did the same thing to see if I was still there.

The building and rooms themselves were nice. The staff were mediocre. No continental breakfast which is whatever but we were told we could not bring outside food or beverages into the hotel. We were expected to eat the food from the bristo and drink at the bar only. If you're going to demand that, at least have staff that can manage that. The bartender on both nights was MIA for the majority of the time and very slow. It took over 10 minutes to get served one night and another night we had friends who didn't get a simple beer for a half hour while standing at the bar the whole time waiting. Ridiculous. Then on a Saturday night, you do last call for beverages at 9:30 pm? And expect us to not bring in our own beverages? Saying that we can't sit around in the lobby area at the tables provided to have a drink or some food and converse? We were not a loud group by any means but to kick us out and tell us to go drink in our rooms? Definitely do not recommend this hotel to the middle-class average people.

The *only* complaint is that the a/c was REALLY loud when it kicked on. Even tho some amenities weren’t available (restaurant for example) due to construction I would stay here again. The concierge on check in gave me an espresso from the Starbucks as a courtesy when it was closed.

Hopefully it will be better when the renovations are completed.

I have a handicap and it was hard for me to access my room. One elevator was down and the one that was working made it so I had to ealk through a construction site. Our room was on the other end of the hotel from the working elevator, so it was a long walk for me. The room was nice and clean. My son was very disappointed about the fact that the pool was down due to the construction. I would have liked a little notice that the hotel was under construction as well. The staff was nice and polite. Overall not the best experience for the amount we were charged. I wouldn't stay there again.

We were expecting a breakfast to be included like other hotels we have stayed at. It turned out that breakfast was an extra charge that we did not pay for when we made reservations, per the person at the check-in desk. It appeared the breakfast that was available was not a buffet type that we prefer. Some food in a sack and Starbucks coffee to purchase. Everything else about the facility was fine. We wound up going to Denny's Restaurant. Next time we will consider the Hampton Inn nearby.
