Lamp didn’t work, I had to clean the toilet & tub before I used it as there was visible dirt, etc.
I booked for the week but had to have my key reprogrammed several times as evidently they only programmed for one day at a time.
No room cleaning—mine was “accidentally” missed.
Police involved incident w a swat door shield, having to break into a room, had bins, gloves, additional police “clean up”. Videoed police breaking into a vehicle in the hotel parking lot right outside my window.
Cardboard lined elevator—didn’t look temporary.
Staff kept saying my room # out loud while the lobby was full! Made me feel very unsafe! & I told the staff that.
Rooms had dead bolt lock, but no additional lock as you see in the vast majority of other hotels.
I was told I could not break my stay due to paying in full via Expedia.

You can tell the place has been updated with fresh paint, new carpet, new floors, and nice tile walls. TV did not work. Internet connection was horrible, breakfast was just cold cereal, coffee was old, air conditioning was low functioning and bedsheets felt worn out. Staff was very polite and they worked hard to keep it clean. It felt sketchy with homeless people sleeping outside.

The room was not ready after we checked in. We waited 45 min in the hall for room to be cleaned. Room was very clean. But, the TV did not work, very poor lighting, and no refrigerator. This was an issue because I'm a diabetic and need to keep my insulin refrigerated. Went down for breakfast and all it was was individual cereals, bread for toast and hostess mini donuts. Not recommended.

I paid for my room online and when I arrived staff advised me that, aside from having my card on file, I was required to pay $100 cash deposit. At about 4:30 am someone from the hotel attempted to make charges on my card (which thankfully did NOT go through) then when I proceeded to check out I asked for my $100 bill back & was told “it will be credited to your card.” I told the customer service representative “I’m not here to play games Sir I paid you $100 cash and I would like my cash back” and then finally received my money back. Be careful. This hotel and its employees seem to enjoy taking advantage of people if they are able to. Also, the “continental breakfast” was cheap and very much lacking decent quality food or variety.

I wouldn't stay here again. Yes, the price is fairly low but I guess you get what you pay for. The rooms look way nicer in the photos. It appears they have just gutted/renovated the property, but didn't clean anything. There is drywall dust everywhere, the mud is stuck to the sink, counter, bathtub etc. The TV was old and had lines through the screen so it was hard to actually see the picture on the TV. The bedding was extremely cheap. The fitted sheet didn't even cover the mattress and the top bedding was just a sheet with a decorative cover sheet.

This is a low-end apartment building, rather than a hotel. Cleaners did my room every second day, which even some decent hotels don't do. It had a bath, which is what I look for, but low-pressure hot water was interesting.

It claimed a continental breakfast, but it wasn't unless you categorise two choices of cereal, a carton of milk and bread, coffee and watered down fruit juice as a continental breakfast - I do not. That suggestion was a joke.

Staff were good, when needed. The gentleman who checked me in was nice, but no exercise facility and some questionable residents questioned my choice.

We arrived to the property to discover that we were on the third floor and the elevator was not functioning pending an inspection. This is a very dated property and the owners have slapped a lot of paint around in an effort to disguise it's advanced age. There were new(er) laminate floors in the rooms and some nice tile in the restrooms, but these even had drops of paint on them, showing a lack of care in \"slopping\" \"lipstick on the pig.\" We experienced a lot of noise form the floor above, which we believe to be the residence of the owner and family. Also could often hear loud arguing and a cat yowling from that floor as well. Sometimes smelled cat urine and OFTEN smelled overwhelming cigarette smoke, to the point that our daughter used bath towels stuffed under her hall door to try to stop the stink. There is the general feeling that this is more of an extended stay (apartments?) than a hotel. The owners are doing what it takes to get by, but as a facility manager myself, I was not impressed. By the way owners, the portico roof over your entry is full of water and a potential collapse threat if you don't clean out the downspouts. You should be able to see that from your 4th floor apartment.

We had the continental breakfast once only because there’s not really much. The beds were so hard and the tv didn’t even work. We hardly were in the room so I didn’t bother to complain. But would’ve been nice to see tv for a bit before going to sleep. But for the price it’s ok compared to other hotels. Location was very convenient though.

There was nothing inherently wrong with the property, but it was not very well-maintained. I was only told after checking in that it was a third-floor walk-up because the elevator was broken. Once I got to the room, I realized it did not have the refrigerator mentioned in the listing, the continental breakfast consisted of either Frosted Flakes or Cheerios, and the wall next to it blasted music until exactly midnight each night. None of these issues was particularly damning on its own, but they are reflected in the overall lower score.

I got onto the second floor and part of it looked like an abandoned building, I was genuinely waiting for people to jump out and attack of sewer rats or snakes in the vents. I don’t know how this place is operational. If it was $20 a night it’d still be too expensive. Also there’s red stuff all over the carpets is that blood? Yeah please save your money 💰
