Very clean hotel with a nice gym and great bar. The location is great!
Jeffrey
Cute hotel, reasonable value for money. The only drawback is the gym which is very limited.
Courtney
I would stay here again and again! Building is beautiful, clean, and cool! The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. Five stars!
Laurie
It was only myself so the no dresser was perfect. I liked the knobs to hang clothes. It was clean and I loved no carpet. The smell of the hotel was fabulous. I wish they would sell that!
Darrick
This was a great stay for us. Within walking distance to the arena and trader Joe's. Will definitely stay there again.
Svein
Window in the shower? Not advised. Shower head and wand holder broken.

Great location

We loved our stay at the Moxy! The room was beautiful, the staff was friendly and it was located in a great part of the city. We had a blast and will make sure to stay at the Moxy next time we're in Minneapolis.

Linda
Very clean. I didn’t like the minimalist part about this hotel. I prefer to wake up and have coffee in my room. Not make a trip to the lobby. Draws would have been great. Mattress comfortable.
Debra Marie
Wish they had a overhead fan if window didn’t open
Obiajulu
The hotel was exactly as advertised. It had a lovely classy feel and the staff were friendly
Ciaira
Our stay was very pleasant. Bartenders were friendly and very knowledgeable. Will visit again.
Emmanuel
Cool for the price ig I booked a king suite with balcony got there and to my surprise no balcony I I guess you have to book a junior suite I thought that was weird
Tanyia
The only thing that was missing was when I checked in the front desk agent asked for my info, a cc, and gave me my keys. No welcome info, no amenity info, no direction- nothing. I had never been there before and that was a huge miss from a hospitality standpoint.
Monte
Incredible location- so walkable to so many great things. Room/bathroom good. Great view of pool etc, comfortable lobby & bar area. Parking garage easy and close.
Only negative was air conditioner/fan going on and off…worked well but would be nice to run fan constantly so it wasn’t so loud turning on.
Will recommend to other tables and relatives coming to area.

Great location, secure, staff are always around and helpful. Bar and lounge areas are a great way to wind down after adventures around the city.

This is such a nice hotel, perfect for anyone hoping to see downtown Minneapolis, the Mississippi river. Highly recommend. excellent design touches. it's a very cool yet comfy place.

Everything was great. Will stay again
Ricky
Room was not cleaned, there was nasty stuff on the center table and bedside tables.
Bethany
Clean room. Would stay again!
Kevin
Nice personalized touch by everyone at the Moxy-. You get there it’s just a little bit different and just a little bit better than most. The bar is always friendly.
Yanira
I love its convenientl location and friendly staff.
Nicole
Great stay at the Moxy for my husband and I. Room was simple and just what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed some time at the bar. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would certain recommend and would stay again.
William
Loved the location. It's a block away from the football stadium! Next to the train station if you want to leave the car in the parking garage. Train gets you to the baseball stadium. Great variety of restaurants within walking distance too.
Kevin
Property is clean, with easy parking onsite (you have to pay for). It is quiet, did not hear outside noise. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful.
Scott
Great hotel and conveniently located. FYI There is no refrigerator or microwave in the hotel rooms
Tiffany
Excellent location - very nice staff - fantastic bar. The ONLY downside is their weird bathroom set up. Why have a window in the shower that looks out to the bed? More importantly, WHY is there an automatic light in the bathroom? So when a person gets up at 2am to use the restroom, the light automatically comes on, and then the partner that is in the bed gets woken up by the light. This makes no sense. Other than this annoyance, everything else was great.
Peggy S
Clean and comfy. Great staff. Wonderful lobby. We will choose Moxy again!
Carol
Tiny room, NO mini fridge ($20 per day), coffee maker, dresser or table (folding tripod table). Rain shower did not work, hand held sprayed on me and on the floor when I turned on water. Bar staff was very pleasant but loud rap music had us leaving the area. Park on the street (free after 10:00 pm) to avoid $40 lot. Room was clean but you got what you paid for in the area.
Destiny
Thoroughly impressed with the place overall. Felt classy, was clean, simply designed.

I loved this hotel! Beautiful, spotless, and so fun & unique! Checking in at the bar and getting a free drink ticket was so fun. The phone even has a bedtime stories option! Loved it all!
Laura Glover
Clean, comfortable hotel within easy walk of downtown and University of Minnesota campus. Plus Trader Joe’s and Starbucks across the street.

Clean Room, great bed, & staff were so nice and friendly and accommodating!
Cathy
We came in for one night for concert at US Bank and it was great. The location is perfect, 5 min walk. Room was small, but quaint, bed was comfortable and bathroom large. They don’t have a restaurant, but do offer food. We were able to get a great bbq shredded chicken sandwich to bring back to our room at 12:30am after the show. The staff was all very nice even with a chaotic pre and post concert crowd. Would definitely stay again if going to a game or concert.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Moxy! I was in town for a concert so we only stayed there two nights but th staff was so kind, the drinks were good and the room was clean. I really enjoyed the free bingo they offered on Wednesday nights! This is sort of a minimalist hotel so they don’t have a fridge or a microwave, which was unexpected. This location also didn’t have parking included which was also a surprise. Other than those two factors the stay was enjoyable!

Friendly staff, clean room, walkable area, not far from the convention center, and across the street from a Trader Joe's.
Rachel
The gym was very clean and well equipped. The shops nearby were wonderful. I was a little frustrated that there was no minifridge or dresser in the room. Minifridge's are available to rent, per availability, and I was able to find a workaround for not having a dresser. The property and staff were lovely, and the hotel is situated close to the train and skyway, which I appreciated.

Staff was lovely and helpful. In the room: AC was not as easy to set as it was on cool but it was cold outside so at night it got cold. The hangers were falling apart (not a big deal tho).
Brendan
The room was very clean, the shower was unique and the bar was a great time. Air conditioning worked very well, and the bunk bed setup was very nostalgic and enjoyable. Perfect walking distance to the Armory for concert stays or US Bank Stadium for a football game!
Shannon
It was a great hotel, great staff, very clean!
Aron
Always a great place to stay for concert events at the Armory

I was only here for two nights but I really liked it. The room was very minimalist. Just a bed, a TV, a shower/bathroom. No fridge or microwave, no coffee pot - but that was all just fine with me. If you do want to use a microwave, there is a lounge on the second floor that has one. My room was clean, comfortable, and best of all, I was downtown and close to everything. The few staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. All in all, a good experience.

The hotel is nice and modern. Parking is on location and easily accessible off of the highway. It costs $35 for overnight. You check in at the bar which is kind of fun. It was a good price for an overnight downtown. The staff was nice and the place was clean. They gave us a couple drink tickets for some treats before bed. The only gripe we had was late night drunken shenanigans from the younger folks coming back from the bars, they were loud and obnoxious for a little while but we’ve all been there so not a big deal.
Ivy
Staff is lovely and accommodating. I would have loved a coffee maker in the room, but otherwise really enjoyed our stay. Word to the wise - you WILL smack your head on the bunkbed frame.
Amy
If you plan on catching a game or just a little getaway this place is great! I did not check out the gym but the staff and bartenders were very friendly!!
Tre
Room fees were devastatingly high. Ruined the weekend. Will pick a better place with lower fees next time.
Sterling
staff is always so great and kind ♡. hotel is always clean and a good vibe.
Samantha
Clean, great service and location. We’d definitely stay here again.
Robin
Great location. Great service

Great location! Friendly staff. No coffee maker, ice bucket or desk. We were there for Monster Jam so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. It would also be nice to get a discount or include parking in price. Spots look reserved for the hotel, but an extra cost.
Deanna
Room was so small for what you pay. They charged me $200 extra fee for what I don’t know. Then charged me 3X to watch my subscription to Prime. The fact that I had to erect a small table and chair hanging on the wall was crazy. No closet or dresser to store clothing. The colored bartender was a jerk!!! Will not be staying there again.
Olivia
Staff was very kind!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was just as expected, clean and minimal. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the water was HOT. It set us up for a wonderful night of rest in the comfy bed. Temperature controls kept our room nice and cozy when coming in from a cold day after walking through snow covered streets and riding the light rail. Speaking of the light rail, it was maybe a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We rode the train from the airport to the hotel, to the Mall of America, and to get around downtown. Super convenient. Another convenience is the proximity to US Bank Stadium which was again only a 5 minute walk. Before and after the game, the hotel bar and lounge was buzzing with fans and was such a great environment to be in. The furniture is comfortable, there are games available for a little extra fun and staff was accommodating. Extra perk, Trader Joe’s is right across the street. We will definitely stay at the Moxy again when we visit Minneapolis to see the Vikings win!

Awesome we will be back!

Great view
Amy
Room was clean but small for 2 people.
Drew
Mostly clean, there was a random chapstick container on the coat hook. The space is smaller than it looks in the picture. The bed was comfortable and clean. The “city view” rooms are neat but the building next to Moxy is bigger, so you are just looking at other people’s apartment windows… which is odd. My biggest complaint is the bathroom. The toilet is nice but the button sticks. The shower is also nice but not laid out correctly. There is a half glass wall that works if the waterfall shower head is back further. But because of its position, water is just bouncing off you and on to the floor. Overall I’d give it like a 4/5. I’d stay here again but I wouldn’t come in with as high of expectations for a $200 stay.

We stayed here to go to a Vikings game and wanted to be close to the stadium. The pictures don’t really show you how small the room is but that was fine since we were only sleeping in the room (and watching Stranger Things on Christmas evening). We had to rent a mini fridge, I didn’t realize it wasn’t standard in the room but that’s on me for not checking. We had a blast in the bar on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with Vikings and Lions fans. Bartenders were generous with their pours and were very friendly. Would I stay here again? Maybe, I really has no complaints except for the small room and no fridge. The staff were amazing.

Theresa

Rebecca
Great hotel close to US Bank Stadium.
Aaron
Bar was nice and the room was comforting.
Eve
Great hotel!
Xavier C
Convenient to the stadium. The staff was alright with the exception of the bar guy! There no reason whatsoever the coupons not honored on game day plus the guy was very rude about it. You guys need to also fix the parking process
Erick
Clean room, easy check-in. The Parking cost was unnecessarily complicated. If you plan on coming and going, it costs a little more.
William
Handicap room Shower water went all over bathroom. We did not require a handicap room.
RUBEN
Clean room.Located across the street from US bank stadium
Cassandra
Bar staff were awesome. Keep it up! Thanks again!
Linaya
Rooms were clean, staff was nice
Check in wasn’t great. They never sent the mobile key so had to stand in line twice.

Toilet was clogged for half of our stay. Otherwise the rooms were very clean
Lindsay
Super clean, courteous staff. Enjoyed a drink at the bar during check-in. Cool place and location is walkable to a lot
Anthony
Simple, clean, walking distance to the metro, local pubs coffee shops, and restaurants, and a cool bar in the lobby. Trader Joe's across the street doesn't hurt either. Highly recommend if visiting Minneapolis.
Jackie
Nice amenities.
Kim
Just an overnight out-of-town date night. We enjoyed our stay. I would not recommend for a long stay due to lack of storage, but perfect for a night.
Michael
great location and room..staff great and helpful
Cheyenne
Everything was great, except one elevator did like going to floor 4, but it was entertaining lol
Kay
The bartender Randy was great!
Julie
Great stay
Neil
Location was very convenient for walking.
Kathleen
Room was fine, if overpowered by the Moxy "signature scent" which is still on my clothes at home. If you want to iron a shirt, be prepared to do it in public, next to the elevator in their "ironing nook." Oh, and if you need to throw anything out, don't because there's no wastebasket in the room. But staff is super friendly and was open to feedback.
Catherine
All around great place to stay!
Christina
Very clean basic Marriott inn for younger road warriors. Pleasant front desk staff. Excellent location near the Guthrie Theatre/ Mill City Museum and across the street from large Trader Joe's and Starbucks.
Basic amenities. No in-room safe or closet and all the shampoo/ soap bottles were almost empty.

Room was fine. Small but fine for what I need personally. Bar service was rather bleek but otherwise, it's a Moxy.
Oaklee
I walked a few blocks away and it seemed unsafe. And I was fine with this but I didn’t realize there would be no microwave, fridge, coffee maker in the room. My room was tiny but cute and comfy.
Paris
First time staying at the Moxy & it didn’t disappoint! Room were clean & nice and the staff during check in & bar were great!! Will be back!
daniel
Nice property with great bar!
Grace
The bed was comfortable, the hotel felt safe and the staff was helpful and hospitable.
Shirley
Hooks for hanging cloths does not allow for Maxie skirts or dresses. Initial problem with television, but was resolved by turning of then on the circuit breaker. The bar is no full service. No hand towels in room, nor housecoat and slippers. Parking was crazy expensive.
Toby
They have taken casual service a step too far. Would not return. Hotel could be much cleaner in public areas.
Peter
The Moxy is the perfect place to stay when going to a Vikings game. The stadium is literally just across the street.
Lyndsy
Very modern. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. No microwave or fridge in the room. Great place to stay.
