Not the best breakfast but everything else was good
Sarah
Very happy this was our 4th time staying and have already booked a stay for Oct
Rachel
We’ve stayed here before and the breakfast was great. This time, not so much. There was still very good variety but the quality went way down. In particular, the biscuits were rock hard. Now, I know, most hotels don’t even have biscuits (and bacon!) for breakfast, but I just think if you’re going to go to all the effort, make sure they are edible. We will definitely stay here again. Family goes to the U for medical and this is a good place to stay. The room was fab as usual.

Staff excellent. breakfast good. parking can be tricky.
Jimmy
Staff was excellent.Breakfast was good .parking took a minute to figure out but it was good..shower pressure wasn't great but not the worst I have had.
Pamela
Nice big room, clean, good amenities. Only problem was the shower was small, VERY slippery where I actually slipped and hurt myself, no anti-slip in the tub. Needs a curved shower rod so the curtain is not sticking to you the whole time. Also the shower spout was loose and needed maintenance. Other than the shower, everything was very nice.
Rebecca
A fabulous stress free place to stay

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious every morning.
Manuela
The hotel itself isn’t bad, but the staff, less than friendly. Not professional at all.
Arshebeth
Second time with home 2 suites - found it well-designed - clean convenient safe quiet comfortable - ample parking - loved the breakfast with space for leisurely morning moment - every staff person helpful pleasant - in town for family - appreciated such a nice place apart for time on our own - thank you !!!
Mark
When checking in, the first thing the front desk person did was cough all o er her hands and then take my ID. Then once we got to our room, it was not at all what we had booked. I went back to explain this to her and was met with attitude and told that it was prime graduation and concert season. I don’t see how that mattered, considering I was pointing out I didn’t get what I paid for and needed a bed for my son to stay in (the whole reason we came to town). Not to mention, we are Expedia platinum members and have never once been upgraded on our room; which is supposed to be an option when available. Again, never offered, and we feel is false advertising. Once going back to the room, we could see big black long hairs all over the bathroom and even a few on the blankets. The kitchen drawers were full of water and the dishes were soaked. We had the do not disturb on our door and yet staff still entered into our room without knocking. The whole experience was very unpleasant.

Clean room and good breakfast
Connie
The room was excellent, staff was great. The breakfast was ok, not as good as advertised.
Nichole
The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. We were very impressed with the gym! The rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
MARIE
The breakfast was good and fresh. We didn't use anything in the kitchen, but it was fully stocked if we needed to use anything.

Best of the beat . It was such a beautiful stay
ANSHUL
near University, no shuttle for Airport. Front keeps switching between Home2 Suites and hampton. Breakfast is good and fresh
Rob and lisa
Our room was very clean. However, the shower had a severe leak and tub wouldn't drain. The king bed mattress was really bad. It was a big bowl. Very uncomfortable. We were only staying one night. When we told the front desk at checkout, all she said was ok, I'll tell maintainence.
Samir
They charged extra for parking, and it was very expensive. There was no one at the breakfast counter, which created confusion. They also asked for a security deposit, and I was not informed in advance.
Kristina
Great location next to university and public transportation; love the updated breakfast. The service is outstanding. Thank you
Xuehui
Very nice stay. Breakfast could use some vegetables.
Abbie
Val at the front desk was very attentive and professional. There was a woman at the front desk when we arrived back for the evening on 3 occasions. She never looked up from her phone and did not acknowledge our presence in any way!
Debra
rooms were great, breakfast also very good
Audrey
The room layout was great but everything else wasn’t. The staff was borderline rude. Hotel was noisy and kids were in and out of rooms, slamming doors and yelling until 11pm. The staff was unresponsive when I reached out. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am despite the “do not disturb” sign up. When I called to ask why, the man seemed annoyed and said “there’s nothing I can do about what’s already been done”. The single waffle maker they have at breakfast is very slow so be prepared to wait in line for a while. The options at breakfast weren’t great.
Chad
The property and pool area were well-maintained. The room was not clean. There were gross stains on the floor and on the edge of the bed.
Desiree
Bar should serve a variety of appetizers and not have only one choice.
Matt
Clean, moderately comfortable bed
Dolores
The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was no noise problems. Staff at check in were polite and provided. Breakfast on Friday was good.
Breakfast on Saturday was not good. The trash was overflowing. The tables were not cleaned and restocking was not done. Several items were gone completely and some that were left were cold.

Everything exceeded expectations
Rebecca
Staff were courteous. Room and property were clean and well cared for.

This was one of the worst Home2 Suites experiences I’ve had. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Both mornings my kids and I went down, most of the food was empty and there were very limited options. Nothing was being restocked in a timely manner, which made it frustrating to even try to eat there.
To make matters worse, we were charged $24 per night for parking, yet when we returned around 11 PM on our second night, there was no parking available. Charging guests for parking but not guaranteeing a spot is unacceptable.
Overall, this stay was very disappointing. Even my kids told me not to book this location again. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

This was our first time staying at Hilton Home2 Suites, and we found it to be a modern take on the traditional Homewood-style Hilton experience. The hotel has a fresh, contemporary feel, and our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
We especially want to recognize the friendly and hardworking staff. Everyone was welcoming, and the housekeeping team — particularly the wonderful ladies cleaning the rooms on the 4th floor — did an excellent job keeping everything spotless and pleasant.
The complimentary breakfast also offers a good variety of options, including eggs, sausage, cheese, and we especially loved the chicken tenders offered. While it’s not as specialized as the Element Hotel breakfast where meals are freshly prepared for you, Home2 Suites provides more choices overall.
Although we did not bring a car since Uber was more convenient for us, guests should be aware that there is a daily parking fee for those who plan to drive. The only minor issue we experienced was that the light near the clothes hanging area by the window was flickering and may need attention.
Overall, we had a positive experience and would gladly consider staying here again.

Very nice and clean room, staff was great and very helpful. We ended up extending our stay last minute and they were wonderful. Really good complimentary breakfast in the mornings too, which was great because i had my 2 kids and 1 baby with..

Great location. The hotel and room was very affordable and one of the nicest I've stayed in. Will definitely book again when I'm in the area. Hotel staff and everyone was very friendly.

So the hotel is very nice but when we arrived there was an added $25.00 parking fee that was not advertised in the price sure maybe in the small print somewhere on you site but I did not see it at all very deceptive. The breakfast I give a letter grade of C as they eggs tasted terrible and were mostly water and the sausage was very cold. The front desk person seemed to be annoyed that we asked about the $25 dollar parking but he said ya we get that alot ? OK hmmm...anyway there ya go
Rochelle
The room was clean with lots of space for 4 for us. The breakfast was very limited.

I had such fun there, and the room was so clean.

The hotel was fine, pretty nice, actually. I just think it’s overrated. Not a “wonderful” 9.4 star establishment.
Bad breakfast. The only items that looked good were the waffles and the fresh oranges. Eggs looked too spongy and sausages didn’t appeal (but i don’t usually eat them anyway). I didn’t trust the juices because the machine said they had “added ingredients” -would have been nice to know what they were. Muffins were dry and tasteless.
Our room was nice-enough open shelving for us to put our belongings for a weeklong stay but bathroom had no fan and lotion isn’t provided. Also there may have been a towel shortage because each time our room was serviced, we ended up with one less bath towel. Towels were kind of abrasive, but I sort of like that. Pocket door to the bathroom was kind of a hassle to use. I also thought the push button on top of the toilet tank was kind of hard to flush. I prefer the old lever style.
The gym was very good compared to many hotels. All LifeFitness brand equipment and a water cooler and wet wipes are provided. Space to use a good sized set of dumbbells and kettle bells.
I thought there was going to be a hotel pool, but we had to share the one with the attached Hampton Inn. It’s too small. I could push off one wall and glide to the other side without doing any strokes. At least the water temperature of the pool and hot tub felt nice and warm.

Breakfast had limited variety, Policy was limited/inflexible to check out options in the event of an emergency.
My flight got changed to a later time in the night and I tried to get a late checkout and they weren't accommodating and the charges were exorbitant.

They should put in the description that there is a $25 per night parking fee.

The room met our needs, as we were moving to Minnesota from Illinois and needed a night before taking possession of our new home. Dogs were welcome, and the room was comfortable.
Kim
Pros: The King Suite was spacious. Bathroom was clean and beautiful. Felt pretty safe.
Cons: Parking can be a bit tricky. They share the lot with the Hampton. Had a weird layout that joins the two hotels together.

Stacy
The hotel is modern and clean but my first room had pubic hair all over the floors. The nice lady up front quickly got me switched to another room which was perfect. I was not able to sleep because I could hear the traffic from the street, the bed was too firm for my liking, and the ceilings were thin. I could hear stomping very clearly although I could just barely hear talking. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs, another protein, apples, waffles, cereal. They do have hot coffee and hot water at all times which was nice when I wanted a tea at 9 PM. I never had an issue with parking (it's behind the hotel and they have an underground lot as well). I want to give Sara a shout out. I was interviewing for a position and needed to checkout 30 mins later than what the standard checkout time was. She easily accommodated me and that took a lot of stress off my plate. Thank you Sara for being so kind!
Scot
The breakfast wasn’t great. The waffles were very dry

I would have given five stars if we hadn't been treated so disrespectful. The two women at the desk were very rude to my son when he went down to ask about breakfast and check out time because they did not mention any of that to me and when we got to the room there was nothing in our room to read about it. Okay we're not friendly and they did not smile.

I enjoyed the customer service, and the rooms were very clean. If I could change one thing it would be the parking, or lack of parking.

Kitchen is super convenient for a week long stay

Convenient location
Very convenient location. We hopped on the metro to go just about everywhere but it’s also an easy walking distance to lots of food as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Great stay!
