We had a terrible experience at this place; the room smelled bad, and the blankets had a terrible odor. My wife and I experienced intense itching and broke out in welts all over our bodies. The parking was awful. All in all, it was a terrible experience.😞

Young lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. The gentlemen taking care of breakfast, while he had alot to do, was managing it well while making sure guests were still being respectful of the breakfast area. Rooms were nice. Only negatives I would say are that the doors are heavy and loud when they close, which can startle at night. And I wish they had some complimentary items i.e. toothbrushes, as we left our in the valeted car.

Great location between two light rail stations. Easy in and out to the airport. The connection to the skyway very handy when weather was stormy. Good places to eat on the skyway.
Melina at the front desk was amazing!
Room was nice with the kitchen and couch area.

Upon checking in, there is a $50/day charge for \"incidentals.\" The unused portion is supposed to be returned after checkout, but the desk clerk did not know how long it would take for this deposit to be returned. We checked out on May 12; today is May 17, and our deposit has not been returned yet. Coincidentally, we stayed at a Hampton Inn, another Hilton brand, later during our trip, and the incidental charge was only $15/day, and it was refunded to our credit card within minutes of checking out

Though fully disclosed, and even though we live in Chicagoland, we were surprised that parking was over $50 ($49 plus tax and something else) per night.

Everything was amazing. The valets were super respectful and friendly. The hotel clerks were very nice and friendly; Kimberly is amazing! Anything i had questions about, she found me answers. The breakfast attendant is a lot of fun and very friendly also. Breakfast was good, typical of continental breakfasts; I have had worse. As a previous assistant manager for a hotel, I can say in confidence that if the need arises for me to be in the Minneapolis area again I will definitely be back! I can also say, if any of the wonderful employees I interacted with came to me looking for employment I would hire them!

Everything hotel and staff related were perfect. Parking was incredibly annoying. $50 for valet which we tried to use but sat in the middle of the street for over 15 minutes and the line didn’t move so we gave up so had to use the ramp down the street. On weekends the building is pretty closed so have to figure out what door to get in was frustrating.

Stayed here on a Saturday night and we arrived at 2:45 and were told we would be able to check in right at 3, wasn’t an issue at all we knew we were early. At 3:10, we finally got up to the check in desk (there were about 30 people waiting) and were told it would be a while before we could check in. We were previously told 3, so we had dinner reservations at 4 and the concert started at 5:15. Finally got into our hotel at 3:50 and they only had one lady checking everyone in, who was super nice just unfortunately her managers didn’t ensure there were more people to help on a busy night. When we got into our room, it clearly was not cleaned very well. There were pieces of trash all over and long hairs stuck to the shower. The floors in the bathroom had hair all over them also. The toilet also had clearly not been cleaned. The place was sold out, so I’m not sure why they didn’t ensure enough cleaners. Breakfast was okay. Definitely would not recommend staying here though. We missed our dinner reservations and had a dirty room.

To many surprises for me. Stayed 7 nights, deposit was as much as the room itself ; doubling the initial cost! Heat in first room blowing cold air, moved, 2nd room no hot water. Front desk guy attempted to manipulate these situations. For these reasons, I will not be back. Cement wall for the outside view in both rooms - i did have fun with the view though, one can only imagine lol.
I did however loved the absolute/total/complete pin drop quiet !! Did my goofey exercises using the back stairs and the main staircase, btw, is breathtaking! and I did get a ton of rest, making the purpose of my stay a success.

Eventually things were fine. Front desk accidentally checked us into the incorrect hotel (there are two on site in the same building, Tru and Home2) even though I insisted our room didn't seem like what I'd reserved. Fine. Smaller, but nice, no big deal. Then we settled in and they figured out the error they'd made (though I'd pointed it out hours prior). They made us pack up and move rooms. And that was that. Inconvenience with no real apology. Not a pleasant first day.

nfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay. While the hotel itself was very nice, our first morning we woke up freezing because the heater wasn’t working. We asked to have it checked while we were out for the day, but when we returned that evening nothing had been done and the room temperature was still only 63, even though it was set to 72.

We were moved to a different room, which we appreciated; however, the heater in the new room rattled loudly throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. I mentioned this to the front desk the following morning but, unfortunately, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience.

I had my daughter stay there during a storm in Minnesota. The hotel is a short drive from her school. The snow storm caused a lot of problems and her phone wasn’t working. None of the keys in the hotel worked , we had to be go to the lobby to get escorted to our rooms every time we left and came back, if you can imagine a few guest get back at the same time it becomes a wait just to get into the room you payed for, we checked out a night early due to this. This was for the entire hotel not just us! We had two rooms.

Main complaint is the system being ‘down’ so they couldn’t us a room key that worked so a worker had to walk us to our room when we wanted in. I’ve stayed in ALOT of hotels and never had that issue. This isn’t the 1st time it’s happened they said, weird and super inconvenient.

The hotel was asthetically very pleasing. The lobby and elevators had a very strange smell that was pungent and sour. Luckily our floor and room did not have the same smell. The Air in our room was broken and we could not adjust it and they did not have a tech to fix it.
The breakfast area was very dirty, there was no one cleaning up after guests finishing their meals.
