The rooms are really big! awesome. EXCEPT... they have used something to cover up the smoke in the room from someone smoking. Need to do a deep clean/odor eat and replace filter in hvac if possible.

The property was well kept and clean. The staff was great. My only complaint was that parking was quoted to us as $29 plus fees and taxes and when we got the bill it was significantly higher than that. I called and was told it would be adjusted, but that still hasn't happened a week later. Great location and amenities.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in downtown Minneapolis. Once again, it did not disappoint with friendly welcoming staff, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds and pillows. Easily walkable to Loring Park, Hennepin Ave, First Avenue/7th Street Entry, The Main, the river… all the good stuff. Bonus: We watched it storm and rain crazy hard through our room’s giant windows.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were not greeted at check in and the gentlemen was acting like we were bothering him. Also upon check in, noticed the air conditioning was not working. No one said anything about that, not one word. I figured they were working on it and it would be better throughout the day. Our room stayed at 75 degrees our entire stay. A maintenance guy came up and it wasn’t working either, and of course the hotel was booked with the concert. So, we had to get ready for the concert with no AC and come back and sleep in that sweaty, uncomfortable environment on a 90 degree summer day. We were given a fan but that just blew warm air around. What a miserable stay we had and we will not be coming back.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the room. The hotel itself was quiet, which made for a relaxing and restful stay.

The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.

Our stay had some positives, but several inconveniences impacted our experience. When we checked in, we were told the room type I had paid for was no longer available. Thankfully, James at the front desk was extremely helpful and worked hard to find another room that would accommodate our family.

The upgraded suite was large and worked well for our family of six, but the lack of a microwave was a major inconvenience, especially while traveling with an infant. I had to get creative trying to safely heat up a bottle.

We also had issues getting extra pillows. My kids were first told there were none available. After asking again, another staff member said they had pillows but no pillowcases and suggested putting a towel over them instead.

Parking is $30/day even for guests, and the garage is extremely narrow. Anything larger than a small SUV will be difficult to navigate. Due to the check-in inconvenience, our parking was comped, which we appreciated.

There is a $100 pet fee, and guests with pets will need to walk several blocks to find a grassy area. The building is older, and city noise (including sirens throughout the night) made sleeping difficult. The TV signal also went out during bad weather.

The complimentary breakfast was okay with decent options. Overall, James was the highlight of our stay and went above and beyond. The suite size was great, but the lack of amenities and other inconveniences made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

We loved our stay! The breakfast was especially good, with lots of hot and cold options each morning. Indoor parking was a big plus. Staff was helpful, although housekeeping missed our requests a couple of times, such as not replenishing the toilet paper when we requested, or taking the pullout bed's bedding away when we weren't done with it. But they corrected it. Note that you have to request housekeeping; they didn't come at all during our 4 night stay except when we asked for new towels, even though we didn't have the Do Not Disturb sign on past 9 or 10am each day. The room was very clean and the location was just what we needed, walking distance to the convention center.

Staff was very friendly and courteous upon check-in. The suite room was incredibly spacious and great amenities. Beds and bedding were comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean. Big sofa and dining table. The breakfast buffet was large and there was something for any type of diet. Easy access to the skywalk system from hotel elevator in the lobby. Great location for walking to sporting events, dining, or night life. TVs have access to streaming TV and apps as well.

Cons: The parking lot is a little cramped and you have to use two elevators to get to your room if you're not staying on level H (1st floor of hotel). Hotel was also using portable A/C extension units because it seems the buildings A/C could not keep up. It was rather warm and humid in certain areas. Not sure if this was a temporary thing. The staff did give us complimentary water bottles.

Although it was downtown, there wasn't many amenities around the property in terms of restaurants it didn't seem. We attended a concert and because the parkade was also used for concert goers and the hotel is actually located a few floors up, the only real access was via elevator. 2 of the 4 elevators were working after the concert, so it was an absolute train wreck trying to get people up to the parkade and to the hotel. There were so many frustrated and angry people trying to access the elevator. I could not imagine waiting in that line if you were elderly, had a disability or other limitations. Not convenient at all and would most likely not stay here again because of this issue.

Absolutely love this hotel! We've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate the flexible check-in and check-out times. While we haven't tried the breakfast, the buffet looks quite good with plenty of options. Our last stay was perfect, except for a minor concern about the elevators. There was a notice about one being sensitive and prone to stopping, and both sets seemed a bit dated, which made us a little uneasy. We understand they get a lot of use and maintenance, but it was a slight worry. We're already planning our next trip to Minneapolis in a few months and will definitely be booking with Hyatt again!
