The location was excellent. Close to several restaurants and a mall. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Was nice having a good size fridge as well as microwave and dishwasher. Rooms were cleaned every other day which was fine. Would definitely stay again.
Roger
Stay was enjoyable. Staff was super welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was decent but had a lot to choose from.
Jeff
The rooms were ready with everything I needed, including cups and dishes and a great exercise gym.staff was friendly and helpful. Room came with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of room!

Beds are comfortable, very convenient location with Aldi, Wal-Mart, and Panda Express close by. Showerheads are mediocre, breakfast food selection was not good at all. I stayed at a Home2 Suites in Houston a few years ago and the breakfast was very good. Omelettes made to order and a food selection you normally see in high-end hotels in Europe. Not so much at this location in Minnesota.
Adam
Everything was fantastic
Julie

MANJA
Clean, quiet room nice breakfast
Jillian
Second year staying here during our cities trips. Love the convenient location and short drive to MOA, U of M and sports arenas.
Jillian
Stay here every time we come to the cities! Regular sized fridge and a dishwasher is nice for an extended trip with leftovers and groceries. Breakfast is great. Staff is great. Consistent great stay everytime.
Christopher
Breakfast was normal Hilton fare. Cereal was the same 3, waffles were good but plain (syrup was supposedly Log Cabin - a plus)
DEBORAH
We stayed in a handicap room that worked out perfectly for my handicapped husband.
Miranda
We stayed here for two nights. Staff was accommodating and helpful; no complaints about our stay. We had one minor issue - there was no water pressure in our shower. I messaged front desk staff and they had maintenance come fix this while we went about our day. When we got back the issue was resolved. We super appreciated this!
Jody

The staff was amazing !! They had to handle a bunch of rude hockey kids and they did it so well. The room was nice clean and big
Roxanne
Beds & pillows were very comfortable!!
Loved the small kitchenette in the room. Had everything you'd need.
We used pool and workout room. Both good. Breakfast had many options. Could have offered fresh fruit other than apples and oranges. Second morning food was running out and not being restocked. That was disappointing but overall a great stay! Our kids appreciated Aldi and Denny's conveniently across the parking lot.

Had a very warm welcome upon arrival. Bobbie was a delight and was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed upon check-in. Room was clean and met all our expectations.

Beds were really comfortable. The towels (not something I usually notice) were exceptionally soft, thick, and absorbent. Staff was also friendly.
Michael
Great stay and very spacious. House keeper seemed a little confused about our checkout time and perhaps just missed the memo.
Joseph
Extremely loud. Guy running the halls at night shouting profanities about Donald Trump. Kids were very scared. Barking dog most of the night. Very disgusting!
Jennifer
Enjoyed our stay!
Susana

Electric car parking should be reforce so that only electric cars can park where chargers are located. Kind of sucks that we couldn't charged our car throuout our stay because non electric car were always parked in electric car designated charging area.
Darcy
Will go there again!

The stay was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the upgrades are very nice. The staff was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Me and my family will be staying again for sure. 😊
Heather
Clean, comfortable, wonderful!
The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. My kids had room to move around and play. Definitely would stay there again! There was even a big thunderstorm and it was quiet enough in the room that my kids slept though it.
Diane
Loved the apples, times the pool and workout areas were open variety in the breakfast
James
Love this place it had a pool table in the lobby exactly choice of stay
Ashlee
We had an amazing stay while in the re for a gymnastics camp. The evening/overnight desk staff was not only beautiful but very personable and welcoming. She made sure everything was ready and checked in on us, there was authentic conversation and she definitely made us feel welcome. The morning staff was more reserved and didn’t say much to us, but the overall hotel was beyond expectations.
Eryn
Very clean and close to grocery stores and restaurants.
mala
Great Service!
The renovation was beautiful! Having a kitchenette is always great for a family of six. From my kid’s perspective they would have liked a bigger swimming pool and I would have enjoyed an outdoor hot tub. All in all— the staff were great and helpful! We’d stay here again and invite our friends again too.

Great hotel near downtown. A quiet, spacious room, great breakfast each morning with varying options, and comfortable beds. Probably the best fitness room I’ve ever seen at a hotel and a great laundry area.
Mary Beth
I purposely stayed here to rehab my knee after a surgery. The facility was perfect! It was clean, staff were always friendly & willing to help if needed. I was able to walk, stretch, exercise, & have visitors and still get to my physical therapy appointments. It was also very quiet!
Scott
Mainly choose to stay here because it has plainly marked EV charging stations. Worked well for my F150 EV (when ICE pickups weren’t blocking them) Always enjoy Home2Suites amenities.
Christal
Very clean
Jeffrey
Very comfortable hotel in a great location for us. The staff was very attentive. Very nice breakfast spread and clean rooms. My only complaint was that the elevators seemed to need adjustment.
Brian Wayne
Very nice plane.
Charles
It was difficult to get housekeeping service. Also I suspect my credit card number was taken while I was away from the room as fraudulent charges occurred for a card I have not used for several months.
Melody
Rated excellent but it wasnt perfect
I rated excellent, but it wasnt perfect for me. I booked this hotel for location and a pool. The pool was very important to my stay. When i checked in on a Friday at 4pm, the pool was just filled. It was ice cold. There was no way it could be used during my one night stay, also there is no hot tub. Next the shower in my room was just a small trickle. It was a rainhead shower walk in. Im 5’ tall and there was absolutly no way i could even reach the shower head to change the flow. It worked out ‘ok’ and im sure i could have called the desk but i didnt.. not at 6 am already to step in. A tub would have been great, but walk in shower only. But onwards…. Kitchenette worked great for microwave food (i made nachos/cheese) there is no hot plate or stove top. Breakfast was a wonderful offering in the morning. Room was clean. I will note that i was on the 1st floor and room noise of water rushing inbetween wall from above floors could be heard at each flush, that didnt bother my sleep but definatly loud when sitting on couch watching tv. Also the hotel was busy with a young gym team so floor above was a bit noisey.. still ok ( wow were those kids upset about pool). Perfect walking to Aldi’s next door and a 24hr Dennys which was very handy! Parking lot was well lit and I felt a safe and secure area. Nice firepit to relax outside. I enjoyee herbal tea choices in the lobby and green apples offered. Tv choices excellent.
Lori

Clean, comfortable night away
Comfortable, clean modern rooms with a great breakfast! Will stay again!

Super comfortable stay.
The rooms are super comfortable and spacious and clean. I love having the cook tops available. The only thing that needed to be better were the elevators were not very clean. One panel had blue painters tape holding it in place. The floors of elevator were not cleaned once in our four night stay and it didn't look like the elevator walls/controls panel was not cleaned either.
Laural
The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The beds comfortable.
Amanda
Nice large room, very clean and the breakfast was great. Pool was a little chilly the first night but much warmer the 2nd night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the location a short drive to Rosedale Mall.

very good overall.
very good overall.
Very convenient location. next to Aldi and Walmart.
Clean
Excellent and delicious breakfast
free parking
I was told I had to ask for room service 24 hours in advance, but they cleaned our room anyway.
I wish the person at the front desk was more flexible and learned more about customer service.

The breakfast isn’t great. Good choices but the way it is served, barely warm, eggs, meat, potatoes. Maybe need a microwave to reheat so the cheese maybe partially melts. Hotel was great otherwise!
Andrew
The housekeeping staff woke us up and unlocked the door three times before checkout. Good thing we had the door latched…
Mary
Excellent, very nice & clean.
Constance
I thought it was a bit expensive for what we got!
Hilary

Customer service was great
Elizabeth
Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Staff was friendly. Wish it had a restaurant connected!
Verna
We booked a king suite , but the gal refused to even check to see if by cahnce we might switch to 2 queen beds. We had to use the pullout bed, but no top sheet or comforter provided. I called to ask, they brought a top sheet and a bedspread, no comforter. Second night, no maid service, I called again for a comforter, again a bedspread, third night , repeat performance. Elijah was the most helpful and also the most pleasnt staff, none of the others.

Great Hotel in Roseville
What an excellent hotel! Very clean and comfortable - would definitely stay there again!
Kellymar
Decent but look nicer in photos
Nice neighborhood quiet rooms. Love the shower nice and spacious. Wish the beds were bigger and the tv in the room did not work. Sheet weren’t super clean. I expect more looked nicer in pictures. Staff was friendly and price was good.
Jim
It was good.
Terri
Beautiful hotel
Priscilla
What I liked about my stay that i thought was pretty cool and coinvent was the digital key and the app they use for their stay! You can share your digital key through email to whoever is staying with you or still request a physical copy up at front. The Digital key gives you access to your room, pool and coming from outside on the sides. Also you can check out right on the app as well, no need to stop and talk to anyone!
christopher
Decent. They wouldnt let me, chris’s wife check in on the account even tho I had all the information, reference number and all. That was a bit frustrating so while my husband and daughter were trying to find a place to park and unload the vehicle
Jeffrey
I thought it was a great hotel other then the pool was kinda small its big enought for like 6-8 kids to play in and enjoy themselves. Granted we were the only family in the swimming area which the pool was great for 2 teenagers and 2 under 12
Adam
Staff was above and beyond excellent. My room was clean, spacious and quiet. Continental breakfast offered. Parking is a lot and there were some interesting people, but otherwise no concern.
Jeffrey
Staff was fryand kind!! Free breakfast was awesome. I am a repeat customer to this specific location. Would not hesitate to stay here again
Kimberly
This is the best concept for a hotel I have ever stayed at. The kitchenette and couch made the room fully functional and comfortable for my week-long stay and it did not cost any more than any other hotel in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the room and property were generally very clean, the only rating that did not receive five stars was for cleanliness since the bathroom floors had not been swept/cleaned of hair from previous guests. Otherwise, I was happy with my stay and will stay again.

Very reliable place to stay
Judi
Clean, pleasant, roomy, nice kitchen.
Adata
It met my needs, hence it was ok
Leah
The rooms were very spacious and accommodating for our large family get-together. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in getting our rooms set up to be next to each other and to hunt down some extra chairs for us. The exercise room is impressive with its cleanliness and high quality equipment. Breakfast was also delicious and the set-up for that area worked well to move the flow of people in a quiet and organized manner and also provided ample seating for guests to eat their breakfast in the commons. We will most definitely stay here again when we come back into town again.
Deborah
We loved the rooms! Will stay there again
Jon
The location was close to the interstate, 24 hour food, and two grocery stores, and very close to plenty of other great food options. Staff was friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast, though consistently the same, was very good with plenty of both hot and cold options. I enjoyed my stay a lot.
