The only negative was hordes of pre-teen soccer kids running through the breakfast area and the hallways.
Shannon
This was always a hotel we enjoyed staying at with our daughter going to college nearby but in the past 4 years it has really taken a beating. The staff is great and always friendly and our room seemed mostly clean but many things are looking beat up and in need of some attention. The hallway carpets are stained and repairs that have been made are sloppy and not well done. It always used to smell great when you arrived and honestly now it smells like a locker room. Might be looking around for another option.
Kathleen
very clean and staff was great
Paul Jr. Julian
The laundry facility was not in operation. That access was a big reason I chose this location as it was the second stop on my vacation. I had to find a local laundry service to handle my needs.
Everything else was fine.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very nice and clean, and the breakfast in the morning was good. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made my stay more enjoyable. The location was also perfect, especially if you need to go to nearby stores. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Everything is almost perfect, the only 2 things are : pillowed to soft and flat , no full body mirror in the room .
Joseph
Great friendly staff
Jen
The main plus was the extreme cleanliness of the room. That said, it was a bit worn down and the air conditioning was so loud it was hard to talk or sleep in our room. The pool was tiny (max capacity of 5) and cold, so we only ended up using it for a few minutes. The staff we encountered were friendly. The breakfast was as expected.
Sherry
Big Room with lots of comfort. Mattress was extremely comfortable and pillows were lux.
We use the pool. It was clean.
Bath was a roll in which I requested. It was huge. No issues.
Carpet lean and the coffee bar well stocked.
Nice choices at breakfast.

Good staff clean hotel every good
Russell
I’ve come to expect a superior experience via Bon Voy and Springfield Suites often provides the expected level of property and service. This Arden Hills hotel did meet/exceed that level…very satisfied. And local shopping and restaurants within 1-2 minute drive, I found useful and helpful
Karri
Was nice until the fire alarm went off at 5am no staff to tell us what was going on until the actual fire department said it was safe to return, we were so frustrated
Karri
Amazing staff!!!!
Aleli
Comfortable, clean and convenient location.
Linda
The room was nice although I was in a sort of corner with a smaller window and the lights were dim. As an older person maybe my eyes need more light. I wished there been more options.
The staff were all great.
If I’m in that area again I’ll stay there.

Breakfast was not good with little to no options & fake rubbery eggs, otherwise - it was a perfect dry.
Olivia
clean hotel, quiet, convenient breakfast
Shelley
Tawnda the front desk clerk provided us excellent service. We had left an item in the room and she went above and beyond to get it back for us.
Janet
Not vacuuming when make up room. Some staff are not in good mood at reception.
Ka
Very clean room and staff was nice. Easy parking. Was very quiet with even all the people staying there. Usually hotel you can hear people walking and talking but this one was very quiet. Would likely stay again!
Jeff
Awesome
McKenzie
I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason.

Breakfast starts by at 7am was a bit tough for our sports schedule- 6am would have been better. Hot coffee in the lobby wasn’t available in the morning.
Robert
Clean! Friendly, helpful staff. Would be nice to have a safe but all other amenities sufficient.
Kayla
Staff was great but the rooms were oddly laid out. Breakfast was powdered eggs/no real food. Cute interior though.
Pat
Breakfast was late and coffee empty most mornings. Otherwise it was quiet and a nice stay
Geoff
Very clean, quiet hotel. I like the layout of the rooms as they are slightly different than the norm. Geared towards business professionals.. highly recommended

Desses
Amazing place
Amber
Immaculate room, wonderful staff and a great warm breakfast. I also appreciate the fact that checkout was noon instead of the usual 11am at so many other hotels.
Holly
Very nice and clean room. Would stay again!!
Casey
The room was nice and it was quiet, but there was a few spots on the carpet which was kind of concerning.
David
Hotel was fine. New and seemingly clean, nice property. However, they charge you for parking, which seems unreasonable. Nowhere was it made clear that there would be a charge for parking. Neither from Expedia when booking the room, nor from the property itself when checking in. I do not appreciate not only having to pay for parking, but not being made aware of charges. Not sure if I would book here again based solely on that fact.
Patricia
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. You need to change your beds more often. This bed gave both of us backaches that we are still dealing with two days later. We left early so we didn’t need to sleep in the bed. You should be reimbursing us our second night that we didn’t stay because it’s the property’s fault that you don’t check or flip mattresses enough. We will never stay at your hotel again.
Brian
Everything was good. Pool is small and no hot tub. BUT seemingly a small thing -but only the mirror in the bathroom. No full length or other mirror in the room. In the bathroom the toilet should have a door to it so 2 people can use the bathroom at the same time.
Richard
Check in staff seemed to be more into their cellphone than helping customers. Also did not explain parking, I had to ask in order to get information. They say there’s a charge for parking, but no car info was taken
It was clean, however, grout on the bathroom floor was starting to crack and come up. The air conditioner vents looked like it had seen better days with its cracked vent.
Other than that, it was clean. Okay for just a place to sleep.

The breakfast food wasn't kept up with - many bins were empty. The location is great, staff very nice, and it was a very safe and clean location.
