It’s a place to stay if you’re on a budget, The front desk attendant was nice. The back entrance door was busted and did not lock, so anyone could walk into the building. We moved the dresser to plug in something and there was a dust pile and hairs on the pillows.

Had a 3-night stay. The bed was comfortable, but the daily house keeping staff did not show up. The in-room Wi-Fi was quite slow, and the window faced a busy highway, which made it noisy in the early mornings. An ok functional hotel, and that’s all.

The pictures online and the reviews online are not an accurate representation of the hotel. The owners/workers at the hotel were nice, but I'm paying for what I hope is a nice room, not just a nice welcome. The hotel lobby & breakfast area are actually very nice & updated. However it doesn't appear the hotel floors (rooms or hallways)have been cleaned or vacuumed in the past month. We had 2 tvs in our room, neither of which worked. After a call to the front desk they eventually got 1 working. There was a smoke detector hanging from a thread in our room, lights burnt out, & we also had to pull the sink drain completely out of the sink in order to get it to drain. Location was walkable for the reason we were there. (although there were no sidewalks) There were also no pool or fitness center amenities contrary to reviews found on hotels.com & Google. There is a breakfast that consisted of waffles, white bread, cereal & oatmeal. It was a fine enough stay, but no where I'd stay again.

This is one of the best smelling motels I’ve ever walked into. So many times I’ve been in hotels and motels where there’s just a weird smell. This one’s smelled fresh. Check check-in went good, the room was decent, although there was a layer of sawdust it seemed on some furniture that looked relatively new. I wiped it off and it was fine. The price was decent for this place and it was conveniently located. I would stay there again.

This was a lovely place to stay. The tub was quite small. But everything was clean and well maintained. The place was recently renovated and it showed. The staff was pleasant and parking was very convenient. Easily park outside your window. Hotel/area was fairly quiet. I could, however, hear the rolling bags upstairs as others moved about. But it wasn’t bad. Neighborhood was clean/safe. The only problem I had was the fridge didn’t have a freezer section. So my drinks/ice thawed overnight in the fridge. But overall… I’d definitely stay again.

Sheets had hair on them and the sink drain did not work. Check-in was strange with the clerk asking whether I had just made the reservation that day (I had not). Tall folks will need to duck under low-hanging light fixtures in the lobby. Walls are paper thin, you will hear your neighbors speaking in a normal conversational voice. Refrigerator door would not close and freezer badly needed to be defrosted. Breakfast ended early. Would not stay here again despite the convenient location.

Breakfast was good. I liked the woods floors in the room. The front desk staff was very friendly anytime we walked by. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Everything in the room looks updated online (like it's all new) but in reality it's just all painted to look new, I found it kind of odd. The sink was painted to look more high end, but the paint job was bad around the walls and the faucet. The doors are painted a grey color but scratched and you can see the old brown door coming through. There were 2 tvs in the same spot, one was mounted to the wall and the other was on the dresser/fridge cabinet (almost like the wall mounted TV didn't work so they just threw another TV in front, very odd).

It was very, very loud! So loud you can hear every room around you shower, laugh, flush their toilet, walk...you get the hint. It might have been because there was no carpet into the room. One of the first things we had to do was kill the spider in the corner. At night we needed to put towels at the bottom of the door because of the 2 inch gap was letting light in. We tried to turn on the fan to drown out the constant noise & hearing people use their bathroom, but the fan smelled like burning so we had to shut it off. The comforter was the thickness of the sheet so we had to go find blankets in our vehicle to bring inside. The room layout was nice & roomy though. We did enjoy that.

First off, I want to say I never complain about hotels. This is the first time in my life I’ve felt the need to sit down and write a review—and unfortunately, this place deserves it.

Blaine Town Inn & Suites is downright awful. The entire building reeks, the rooms are filthy, and the sheets were stained with things I don’t even want to guess at. My shower didn’t have hot water, the so-called “breakfast” is a joke, and they have the nerve to charge an absurd fee for early check-in—more than hotels in Vegas, and this place isn’t even in the same universe of quality.

I was in Minnesota for a work trip and thankfully only needed one night. If I’d booked more than that, I would have checked out immediately and eaten the cost. That’s how bad it was. I felt genuinely gross being there and wanted to throw away half my stuff when I got home.

I read some reviews beforehand and thought, “It can’t be that bad.” Let me be very clear: it is. This is the kind of place that feels unsafe, dirty, and sketchy enough that you find yourself checking for cameras and wondering why it hasn’t been shut down.

Please take the reviews seriously and do not book here. This place should honestly be avoided at all costs.

This establishment offers a charming and secure accommodation experience. The parking lot, equipped with security cameras around the putside, alleviated any concerns regarding vehicle safety. The check-in process was both efficient and straightforward, and the room itself was clean. The overall tranquility of the location was remarkable, prompting an extension of my stay.

The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, particularly Mr. Domney (my apologies if the spelling is incorrect). I discovered an additional $10 charge on m y card for room incidentals, which was not reflected on the receipt I had previously signed. Upon bringing this to the attention of the front desk, Mr. Domney (again, my apologies for any misspelling) promptly clarified that this was a standard Square POS fee, a detail I had already suspected. Furthermore, Mr. Domney provided recommendations for local attractions to explore during our winter visit. Best to go from Spring to Fall honestly.

The location is also highly convenient, with fast food establishments, restaurants, a hardware store, and a gas station all within walking distance.

Additionally, we noticed people were living at the property, cooking food in the rooms. We seen the owner spray air cleaner to try to cover the smell and argue with his family members.
