Room was clean and nicely appointed. The elevators were not working and the service elevator stopped working during our stay. Had to use the stairs. Luckily we were only on the fifth floor.

The lobby and rooms were very nice. Updated and clean. The beds comfortable. The shower however was terrible. The water pressure was nonexistent. Also, they didn't provide enough toiletries. 1 soap for the shower and the sink, no conditioner. The towels were small and rough. They didn't match how nice the room was. Also, the TV was huge and super nice but no smart TV so you're at the mercy of the Cable which was pretty weak signal. The lot was also littered with trash. I would stay here again at the price because the rooms were excellent. Just will bring more toiletries and my roku.

The tub was dirty in the room. Had to use a service elevator and that was scary and awkward. The front desk guy lack customer service and communication skills. The maintenance staff was very friendly and helpful. I won’t return there just because the main person I dealt with gave me attitude as if he doesn’t want to be there or help people.

I can’t say enough bad about this hotel. I have never felt less safe. Had to use the service elevator, which puts you in a scary unmonitored hallway. Pubic hair all over the bed. We left.

The room was beyond neglected, dirty wash cloths hanging in the bathroom, eyelashes sitting on the shampoo dispenser in the shower, when I told the staff they told me cleaning ladies miss stuff and then brought me to a different room and that one had used shampoo bottle in the shower and dirt in the bath tub! Would 100% not recommend this property to anyone! Highly disappointed the staff blew off my concerns!

Breakfast was bleak. Came down one morning to no hot foods they said they were unavailable that day. Fine cold cereal it is and toast. We had quite a few language barriers as someone entered our room with being requested. When i called down they said they didnt know why someone came in. Fridge has a knockinf noise atleast twice an hour. Ac machine is noisy. During the week when i guess the building is not as occupied it took forever to get warm water. We literally let the shower run for 5 to 10 mins for it to get luke warm.

When I first checked in there was no one at front desk for several minutes so I went out to eat and came back later. Only one of two elevators was operational but would only go to my floor after several attempt (hint: hold the button continuously to get where you wanna go). Breakfast was the bare minimum they could serve. Positive note room was clean.

If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, this is the place. If you’re looking for comfort, find another hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The lobby is updated and the hallways but that’s where the updates end. Only one elevator was working, it was so sketchy and noisy. . If that one wasn’t working, they’d like you to use the stairs. There are 11 floors!! The shower and toilet pressure were awful. I didn’t feel clean afterwards and you had to hold the toilet handle down for 30 seconds to get it to flush. I also found a toenail in the hallway. No microwave or fridge. They used to be here but are no longer a thing. We also didn’t have a remote but we weren’t there to watch tv. Beds were ok. Lots of pillows. They also advertise a free breakfast. That’s a lie because they put a sign out saying no breakfast today. I really like hotel waffles. The upper floor rooms are cramped to move around in. I will never stay here again. I would’ve complained right to them but they didn’t care and I don’t want them to charge my card extra. It also looks like someone tried to break into this room at one point.

We checked in at 3:45pm and the rooms were both not ready. We booked 2 rooms but were not next to each other. We had to wait to get into our rooms along with other hotel guests. No garbage can at all in one room. Pool water was too cold to swim in and my kids swim in almost any temperature of water. We were told that 2 housekeepers just left and didn’t clean 20 rooms. That’s why the rooms weren’t ready. One of the elevators didn’t work at all and the other one only stopped on a few floors out of 13. It looks like it used to be a very fancy hotel, but it’s getting more run down now. For the price, it worked for one night.

Had a strange experience during my stay as a fire alarm went off as 2:00am and persisted for nearly an hour. While this is not the hotel’s fault, the entire situation was handled poorly, with staff not notifying guests of what happened. It’s jarring in this day and age to have an emergency alarm detonate and not immediately be alerted to what happened, having to venture down to the lobby in the middle of the night to see if evacuation was needed.

The room I stayed in was clean and updated. However, the front elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs or use the staff elevator. The floor outside the elevator was sticky and dirty. I told staff about it and nothing was done during my 2 day stay. The front desk was not staffed at all times. I had to call while standing at the front desk to receive service. I understand they are remodeling and had signs of apology throughout but it seemed that staff was in short supply. I will not stay there again.

I booked the room weeks in advanced for a trip to the cities, then showed after 8:30 pm when check in was 3 pm only to be told that we had to wait for a room. The front desk worker refused to tell us why we had to wait when we had a reservation set up and continually told us to wait 5 more minutes. After asking again about the reason for delay they admitted no room was ready due to overbooking. After another 10 minutes we were fed up and got ready to leave when they started saying a room was almost ready and to check in. But then the front desk worker insisted I needed to pay a $100 deposit after an extensive wait and being delayed/dismissed multiple times by the front desk saying it would only be 5 more minutes. The fact that I had to do a $100 deposit when my card was already on file after dealing with the awful customer service ruined the night and we took off not wanting to stay in a hotel that could not be ready for their guest after they book in advance. I was then denied a refund even though I did not spend the night and had terrible customer service. Would not recommend booking here.

Your room was on the 8th floor, which the elevator was able to take us to. In the morning, the elevator was not working and my wife and I had to walk 8 floors with our luggage. Not happy! AFTER check in, we were informed that the elevator was out of order so we had to carry our luggage, heavy items by the way, up the stairs to the first floor and then back to the elevator. Extremely long walk from the stairs to the elevator. Then the 2nd day we had to totally walk up and down a total of 4 flights of stairs with the things that we bought that day and the next day. For 4 days and 3 nights we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs with a pregnant fiancée thats due in November. The weekend of stress caused my fiancée so much knee pain that she had to use a knee brace. Nightmare of a stay. The comfort and cleanliness were great, but the overall experience was terrible.

I had heard from family who was already there, that the elevator was broken. So I called and and asked that if it was still broken at my check-in time, is like a first second floor as I have a bad foot and my brother has a bad heart. They said absolutely! But then at check in, I was not given a first floor 😢 😡 we argued a little back and forth and they handed me a bag, with two bottles of water and a bag of popcorn. i told them if I can't get the first floor, cancel my reservations. They said... Okay- you go now... And I did. I stayed in whole other hotel

It’s a hotel that is past its prime. All elevators were out of order. Water is very, very slow to drain. Best to make it quick and let it drain overnight. No cleaning wipes in the gym. Are these thing deal breakers? No. But why go through it if you don’t have to.
