Truely a unique experience....much more so if your neighbors yelling & slamming doors all night is a form of entertainment. And the back parking lot soap opera is something to behold! It's like the Night of the Living Dead out there. Im assuming to gather \"medications\" for the night. I would avoid this hotel/motel like the plague, unless of course, \"highly sketchy\" is the ambiance you are going for.

Absolutely terrible & pretty gross place. AVOID!!!! You're better off spending an extra $20-$30 elsewhere. Strong smoke smell, the carpet is sticky, & the 'dog friendly room' wreaks like straight piss. Front desk guy didnt seem to care about the complaint, but said 'that's just how those rooms are'. I asked for room spray that didnt help the stench. The top sheet was dirty, fitted sheet had something red smeared on it, & I found pocket change in the bed.. so the bedding had not been changed. Complete lack of cleanliness & cringeworthy. Doesn't feel safe due to variety of sketchy characters hanging out (living?) on property. Rude front desk guy called police on a family w/ 3 kids as they were trying to pay for their room.. just an all around awful experience. I wanted to leave immediately, but was unable to get a refund thru Expedia or the hotel front desk. Worst hotel experience I've had by far.

Unsafe and dirty hotel

Upon arrival with my family, we had immediate concerns about the numerous people loitering in the parking lot and in the hotel lobby. The hotel had a terrible cigarette smoke smell throughout. During check-in, the hotel clerk was rudely interrupted by several people. One of which asked him for a cigarette! Against my better judgement, I completed the check-in process and we took our items to the room. My family and I felt very unsafe and didn’t feel comfortable staying at this hotel. After going to our room, we left to go to the event we had planned that night. Once the event was over, we decided we would drive the 8 hours home instead of staying at the hotel because of how unsafe we felt. We returned to the hotel to check-out.

Worse experience ever

The whole experience was horrible from the desk person telling me to go back to the bedbug room and wait. When I asked for a garbage bag and tape to secure my luggage I was told they didn't have either.
I told him that we were not going to go back up there with a toddler (3 years old) and that I wanted a complete refund and to speak with the manager he told me that he couldn't assist me anymore and that I needed to contact the 3rd party company.

I told him I wanted a receipt for my stay and I asked for it to say that bedbugs were the cause of my early departure he then went back to watching his movie on his phone. I told them they had 15 minutes to produce this or I would be posting the video I took with the bed bugs climbing all the bed. (Video attached) he then printed me a receipt and gave me the trash bags.

The whole experience was horrible and I do plan on leaving a bad review as the lobby was filled with drug use after midnight and the homeless were just lying down in the hallways. This is unprofessional on so many levels that no one should be exposed to, especially not a child.

Please be cautious of this Super 8

Please heed my advice, I knew I was paying for a two star hotel, but man this place didn’t even register a star. Dirty room, sheets, hallway. There was a fight in one of the rooms at 5 am. I saw a call girl leaving with an old man and she hung out at the front lobby. Again I’m no stranger to staying in less expensive rooms so that I can just put my head down for the night. But at this place I was getting up, expecting to find my vehicle on blocks with all the tires missing. Luckily that didn’t happen. Please be cautious of this hotel. It’s was the worst I have stayed at in all my years of traveling.
