The faculty was nice and polite but…
The reason I picked this hotel after a 12 hr day working outside in the heat was because it showed they had a pool in the hot tub.
The pool was shut down when I got there and no hot tub existed. The room was dirty. The fridge smelled like fish. There was a cracks in the bathtub holes in the walls and the air conditioner was loud and kept me up all night.
The towels were dirty and stained.
There was also a towel stuck in the exhaust fan in the ceiling. There was a broken window screen, just sitting in the lobby, and there was a big heavy cord ran outside one of the doors all the way down from one end of the hallway to another.The juice machine for the continental breakfast was out of order and there were no napkins.The price was reasonable but i will probably never stay there again.

The only thing good about the stay was it was cheap. The beds were very uncomfortable the refrigerator rattled in its enclosure thru the whole stay. There was no sitting chair for the table that was there if you planned to have a meal there in your room. The air conditioner did work well but it was noisy. The parking lot is always full when I drive by it and they do take pets so that is one pro. I myself will not stay there again. It was just uncomfortable to stay in.

It was the worse hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. Booked it in a hurry and didn’t read reviews, my fault,. I thought the name Quality Inn would mean just that. Filthy room, smelled of smoke, no coffee, no tissues, two lumpy and small pillows, no cups, very small bottles of shampoo, bathroom poorly cleaned, tv not set up right, breakfast was not eaten, nor did it edible, disrepair everywhere, staff didn’t seem to care when complaints were made, didn’t want to use the pool, a lot of other issues.
I would suggest you do not list this property. The staff should be let go and the building should be demolished.

Quality INN business should take away its endorsement as soon as possible.

Rooms were NOT clean. Sticky bathroom floor, dirty carpet not vacuumed in sometime, hairball on floor, stains on walls, stains on curtains, hair on bed sheets. No klenex. One toilet paper roll and the other toilet paper holder was on the bathroom skin when we arrived. Air conditioner with black substance on grate. Black substance on bathroom fan. Our family had 4 rooms at this location and all rooms in similar poor state.

Unique: the health department closed the pool. There were more lightbulbs out then lit. No water in the toilet. It took 2 hours for the sink to drain. A majority of the people staying at the quality inn were living there with their families and pets.

The staff at check in was kind. When I asked if the hot tub and pool were available, he indicated that the pool had an issue and the hot tub was removed awhile back. He asked if I still wanted to check in. We did. The room was clean but the hallways had an obvious marijuana smell everywhere. The bathroom fan on the ceiling had a towel stuffed into it…didn’t investigate. The breakfast worked out only because there was a waffle machine. No fruit was available. The other options were bread slices, egg patties, and sausage patties. There was syrup everywhere and the juice was out of order. There was signage that the food couldn’t go to the rooms and that we would be charged extra if it did. The paper towel dispenser wasn’t working at the breakfast area and no one was around. I managed to pull paper towels out from the bathroom electric dispenser to wash off the tables. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Rooms were dirty. There was a used feminine pad in-between the bed and table next to the bed. The bathroom was dirty. The bedding looked dirty. It looked like it was never cleaned for awhile. The staff also kicked me out after an unwanted guest came knocking on my door and made a huge scene after they had called and asked me if I knew her and I told them I did but I never told her to come and that I asked her to leave. They wouldn't let me rent another night there again because of it. I probably wouldn't rent there again anyways. I also felt dick after eating breakfast both days I was there. They had no sugar for coffee and the juice machines did not work. I wouldn't recommend

The staff were very accommodating. Upon arrival, the room had a blood stain in the carpet (confirmed with hydrogen peroxide) and other bodily fluids splattered on the furniture/walls, the tub was visibly dirty and room was very cramped. After bringing up my concerns with the room, they were prompt to remedy by giving us a new room. This room was much better despite having a large shard of glass (the coffee carafe) behind the bed, compared the original room. Also the indoor pool was shut down by the city which was not mentioned at check in. They were gracious with the late check out so all in all, it was an okay stay.

The facility either smelled like smoke or urine. There was lots of dust hanging from our ceiling and in the bathroom as well as built up on the bathroom floor. There was leftover food items in one of the cabinets. The tv was maybe 24\" and not all channels came in clear. The pool was clear but water was cold. As for breakfast there was a choice of waffles, toast, bagel, and sugar cereal. There was no milk available or cream cheese. The juice machine didn't work nor was there a note on it. No hot food was served so they probably should have removed the chafing dish from the area.

Outside was a little dirty with some trash, and when I was checking in, there was another customer that said she had a DoorDash order and it was taken. But as for me, I wish that the breakfast was open until 10 o’clock instead of 9 o’clock. Positive side is that the bed was really comfortable, but the pillow was OK. There was a slight stain on the comforter itself however, that didn’t deter me from staying there.

When we checked into our room the floor looked likr it wasnt vacuumed and the room and a funny smell mixed with cigarettes. There was piles of dirt in the corner of the bathroom like they had swept it into the corner by the tub and under the sink. Also both beds were broken so when you'd lay down you could feel all the springs in the bed. I also asked to be on the first floor due to health conditions on out room was on the 2nd floor so i had trouble getting up and down the stairs. Id NEVER say here again

As soon as I arrived I noticed most of the guests live there. When I entered the hotel room you could smell and tell that the room was previously lived in. The place was not clean. The tile in the bathroom has gunk in each corners, small bugs that you could hardly see. The carpet had stains in the room and marks all over the walls and ceiling. I couldn’t tell where the smell was coming from until I smelt the bed, I lifted up all the bedding and the bed was in horrible condition. The pool was okay, disappointed with no hot tub. random people would come in the pool area just to use their bathroom. All the men there were creeps just watching, I felt uncomfortable. Would wake up to no breakfast. I’m not surprised all the tenants made sure to get their free breakfast l.

The breakfast was a joke empty bread. Bagels or muffins no knives to spead butter/jam or to cut waffles juice machine out if order for our whole five day stay. Vending machine missing half tge produce, pop machine out of half product. No milk for cereal. The last day after we posted on Google Maps they finally filled everything but still no knives or salt and pepper.

Check in was fine but our stay went downhill quickly. Room okay but had to replace microwave which started to burn. Breakfast is a disaster—no fruit, no juice, some milk until it was gone. Coffee machine made poor quality coffee. Same sausage and cooked egg round stuffed with cheese and folded. Some oatmeal and two cold cereals. Bagels but nothing else—no bread, doughnuts, muffins, etc. housekeeping if you ask for it. Highly recommend you find a better hotel.

For a family, this is NOT a good choice! It is not a safe hotel IMO. I had my children with me for a road trip and thought it was a decent price for us to just sleep in, however, the building was in need of many repairs, stains everywhere, no elevator, the tv didn’t work, it was humid in the building, hallway and in the room, and the kicker was the phone didn’t work. While we do have cell phones, it is not safe to have a non working phone in a hotel.
We did not stay the night, as I was worried about the area and the conditions of the room. The staff understood and was very accommodating, and recommended a close hotel that was a better fit for a family.
If it’s a single person or someone that is strapped for funds, it would be an okay option, but if you can spare $30 more there were better hotels within minutes.

Check in was ok. When we got to the room it was in a terrible state. Food on the floor, paint peeling off the walls, uncovered vents in the bathroom. Just walking down the hall you could smell both cigarettes and pot even though it was a non smoking hotel. We werent able to eat breakfast either day because the only way we could get juice was to buy it from the front desk and they were out of almost everything else by 7:30. The second day of our supposed to be 3 day stay we were woken up early by a dog constantly barking in the hotel. We actually decided then to check out knowing we were probably going to lose a days rental fee. When i went to check out i was told to just leave my key cards on the counter. I didnt get a receipt or anything. The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I took pictures of all the broken and bad stuff in the room. Oh and it boasted a heated pool...thats the coldest heated pool I've ever been in. If i could give negative stars I would.

The manager was a nice guy and partially refunded my reservation. This hotel was in disrepair and seemed really unsafe. There was vomit and debris in the parking lot, and questionable activity all around the property. The check-in deck has plexiglass for staff safety. We didn’t get into the room due to a change in schedule, but I didn’t feel safe there. Odd, too, as it’s near a mall and bills itself as a hotel for the National Soorts Centet. Not what I expected at all.

Surprised this place is still in business. Pool was out, tv’s did not work, black stuff was coming out of the jets in the jacuzzi, went into our room and someone was in there already smoking pot. The pictures on the website were not even close to the actual room. The room wasnt clean. Cheetos swept under the bed, pizza boxes in cabinet, hair in tub. Only one towel. Water damage stains on ceiling, cracked paint on wall. Empty toilet paper roll. Sit on the mattress and you sink down into it.
Pillows were 1/2 the size of a normal pillow. The pool was closed by order of Anoka Co.
