We put sheets and pillow cases over them. But other than that we had a great stay and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was quite large, and for the most part very clean. The furniture was a little stained, not a lot, but noticeable. Everything else was rather great. It wasn't made clear to us that there would be no housekeeping during the stay...so that was a small surprise. We are used to a timeshare style stay, so it wasn't that big of a deal for us. Parking was easy and it was very quiet.

It was a nice place, however, it was not without issues. As with other reviews, upon my arrival, it had not been well cleaned. There was a random pill laying in the middle of the kitchen floor in plain sight. Thankfully, I found it before my cat did. The dryer door had to be slammed shut and popped open mid cycle. There was a broken board in the kitchen that allowed my cat to go under the cabinets and he could have gotten stuck. The front desk lady fixed it with eyelash glue temporarily while awaiting maintenance. Two 3 weeks in, maintenance never showed up. The tv in one of the bedrooms was broken. Several times, the manager threatened to make me “start all over” after being there almost long enough for the monthly discount. In the end, $4000 later, he failed to renew as promised and booked my room to someone else stating that “other people were willing to pay $250 a night” and that “ I could be downgraded to a 1 bedroom but would have to repay deposits and start back at a daily rate”. He then claimed that “when checking rooms he smelled my cats” so I couldn’t book the 1 bed. This was false. I had been there 3 weeks with no complaints. He wanted me out because I was pushing to keep my discounted rate. On top of all of that, I was overcharged several times, including on a free night. The worst thing was he failed to add Wyndham rewards to any of my nights and now I will have to fight to get those points back. .

Happy that we got so much space—a two-bedroom kitchenette suite with a balcony—but this is not a walkable space. If we had not had our car, we would have been stranded in the suburbs in a business park. —Also, there is no room service ; you must use DoorDash if you want food once you’re tucked in.

Beyond that, they only do room cleaning once a week, but we were able to get towels and to put our trash out each morning, which is a bonus.

Also, no included breakfast, which meant trying to find suburban breakfast places.

Overall, it was good for us, since our MAIN two reasons for trekking all the way to Minnesota was to visit the Mall of America and Prince’s Paisley Park. 😬

Staff was excellent. Our refrigerator had not been cleaned but when mentioned to front desk they immediately cleaned it. Their coffee machine was great. The cooking pans needed to be replaced.

We would definitely stay here again. It was economical and convenient. Having a places/suite to stay at was great while we were visiting family. It gave us a chance to spread out.

It was okay, nothing fancy. The beds were not high end hotel comfortable. The bathrooms are nothing special. The cookware needs to be replaced. There is no food at this place or in walking distance. The vending machines are full of junk. It would have been helpful if I would have been told at check-in that there is no housekeeping/garbage service. Parking lot is full after 10:30.

If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and a kitchenette, this is your place.

It was a great place to stay. I honestly have no complaints with the hotel itself. However I noticed a $200 additional charge to my card after we checked out and I’m sure it will get put back on my card in a few days but I absolutely hate when hotels do that so they won’t get a 5 star for that reason alone.

Talk to the manager, which was an older white lady with glasses seem like she really did not care very rude. There was another front desk lady her name was Keke that was a front desk employee. She was very sweet and she guided me to take the right steps was very a lovely person to meet and the only person I met there that made me feel home. I will not be going again. I did not have a good day and I am a housekeeper that works at another hotel in Rochester so it’s very sad to see that I come to another hotel and it’s dirty.

There have been issues where I’ve needed to change rooms or things that were supposed to happen, Didn’t happen. Really disappointing because otherwise it’s a very nice hotel. Hopefully they can get the management together so all the pieces match the quality of the rooms.

It was okay. I like the layout of the room. It is very homey. The lobby is superb. Uber car and food can find the hotel quick. Although some of the evening receptionists were not very approachable (at least to an introvert). Also, a staff lying down on a lobby couch gives off a less professional image. Maybe provide a quarter for them to rest in. And yeah, there were bags of trash left on the hallway for two days. Finally, a moldy unwashed dishes? That’s not good. Otherwise, the facilities themselves were good. The room I got is very liveable.

When i called down to ask about the fitness center, the lady was very short with me. She said its in the other building. Gave me no floor number, which way to go when i walked in. Just lacking customer service.
