Great staf, well priced room and comfy bed. However, hot tub Jets didn’t work, even though timer was functioning.

The hotel used to have a bar with a light menu, this is now gone. Too bad we enjoyed it on previous visits.

Overall we still like this hotel and great location, too bad it seems to be cutting back.

Check in staff very friendly and courteous. Check out lady seemed very irritated that I was checking out at 645am. Did not ask how my stay was. No breakfast ready until 7 which was a bummer
Hot tub did not work. Dead skin floating in it. Pool was a bit cloudy. Room was cozy and clean.
Yelling outside at 130am. Almost called law enforcement.

This is going to be our designated hotel stay spot for when we visit family in town. Suite rooms are the perfect size for 2-3 adults and 3 kids. The pool is also a great temperature!

We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing experience- we won’t be returning to this hotel.

The rooms were not cleaned adequately. My two year old found dirty socks, water bottles , candy wrappers in our “ cleaned” room. I booked for 4 people. I had 3 towels and two wash cloths that were just thrown on the bathroom sink. The drawers wouldn’t stay closed and there was a 200$ hold on my account that I wasn’t notified until I checked in which was very inconvenient. And the ice machine did not work.

A very nice room and friendly staff. The hotel is very near the interstate, which is convenient, but also occasionally loud. Our biggest issue was Saturday breakfast time. The hotel website said it was 6:30, but it was almost 7:30 instead. A sign would've been nice. Not a huge problem.

The staff did not process my card at check in, at 10:30 at night the front desk called and demanded I come down, I told them no, I will come in the morning, keep calling so unplugged phone, they then came knocking on the door and demanded again that I come down. I gave her my DL and CC to bring down and back, I was all ready in bed and not leaving the room for their mistake.

Did you see that cool picture of the hot tub? Me too -- That's why I booked this property! I was in Maple Grove for a family function, and the thought of a great hot tub at the end of the day sounded fantastic. Unfortunately, the hot tub and the pool were closed for maintenance. Apparently, there was a notice about it on the hotel website, but because we booked through Expedia we were not given that information. We asked the hotel for a discount, since the primary amenity we were looking for was not available, and they flat out said no.

Breakfast: OK. There was the same tray of Original Flavor Instant Oatmeal every day. No utensils except plastic forks (spoons, anyone?).

The room: OK. My pet peeve is that hotel room designers refuse to recognize that travelers have suitcases. Luggage. Bags. And when you get into your room you want to put that bag somewhere accessible. I HATE putting my suitcase on the floor. It's just stupid. I called the front desk and asked for a luggage rack -- there are none in the hotel. So I put my suitcase on the couch, which means I couldn't sit on the couch.

The mini-fridge (there was one, thank you) was in a curved cabinet that didn't fit the fridge -- one front leg was in mid-air, so the fridge was constantly tipping and banging.

Staff: Housekeeping was great. Front desk was cold and off-putting.

Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but I think you can do better.

That’s never happened to me at a hotel. Then the hot tub didn’t work. I won’t be booking at that hotel again.

Pleasantly surprised at the value of this place... Friendly front desk staff, quick check-in, spotless room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was the usual cruisin' cuisine of free breakfasts everywhere - out of the box belly fillers but well stocked with moderate variety. The only real improvement to be made, in my humble opinion, is the coffee. I wasn't sure if it was actually coffee or a cleaning detergent doing double time. But still, great value for the price and would certainly use this establishment again should our travels bring us this way.

When i arrived they had a sign at the front desk that the pool and hot tud was temporarily down, room was dirty, hide a bed was not made, the bathroom and front room smelt like vomit. When i went to inform the front desk they came up to check it out and said she couldnt smell it when anyone walking by and the 2 others that where in my room could and it was strong. I believe its false advertising when they said there is a pool and hot tub available and wasnt in working order. The bathroom had hair on the floor, the tub was dirty and water wouldnt stop running.

Both bed frames were broken, shower curtain had mildew, shower curtain was ripped, there was tape on the walls (guessing from previous decorations). The pool and hot tub were not working. Water was turned off without our knowledge while someone was in the shower. Breakfast was not great, biscuits were hard and stale, eggs and sausage were rubbery. Staff when checking out were not able to give us a detailed receipt from our stay.

My stay was ok not great the bed had these metal parts sticking out the side and I now have a bruise on my ankle from walking into it when I got there. When I first get to the room I inspect it and I noticed the couch had stains and some of the pillows had some stains there was dried food on the walls. And 2 towels had stains and then room had a weird smell. And the breakfast was terrible. But the worst part is getting hurt on the bed the first night there and now I have a big bruise that hurts so bad that I thought I fractured my ankle. We didn’t say anything because it is a nice hotel just has flaws and we aren’t complainers because we have stayed in far worse places.

I stayed at this hotel numerous times. Each time I stay, I stay around 2-3 days at a time. When submitting requests for garbage to be emptied, additional towels needed, or need some kind of maintenance on the room, those requests fall on deaf ears. I will chose a better facility the next time I am in the area.

The room was huge and mostly clean the couch was stained a little bit and the wall had a splatter of I don’t what but I wasn’t touching it and then one of the pillows had a stain and the knob in the mini fridge was missing so, my stuff got warm but nothing to complain about because the ice machine was right outside my door. Except when people would get ice at like 3-4 in the morning. It was nice having a microwave in the room but the open button was stuck so you had to use both hands to pry it open. The tv in the small living room was way too big for such a small place, my suggestion would be to move the big tv to the bedroom area and the smaller tv on the wall out here. Then in the bathroom it was nice to have a stoneish seat built into the wall, the tub was nice and deep and I love love love the bathroom sink, but what I definitely don’t like is how far back you have to reach for the toilet paper, dumb place to put toilet what is someone’s left arm was broken they couldn’t reach, my suggestion is get toilet paper before you sit down lol. And then it was nice to have a little convenient store, wish they had more variety though. Then they allow people to sit in the lobby all hours of the night being loud and drinking, I personally think should have been stopped at midnight but this was like 2 in the morning. Overall the front staff was nice, the room was nice I will definitely stay here again when I come this way.
