Beautiful hotel, landscaping, wonderful staff, easy and personable check-in. Everyone was smiling and sincere. We got to our room and it was so spacious to accommodate our daughter's wheelchair. We had such a pleasant experience and will go back again in a month! Thank you, Marriott!!

Nice hotel. Good breakfast! Nice to convene with family in the lobby area!
Nearby parks and walking trails!
My only complaint is the knee buster towel rack in the front of the sink. Poor design. When you are using the bathroom sink, there is a towel rack on the front of the sink cabinet that hits you in the knees.

Everything about our stay was great. One of the headboard sconces had been “fixed” with duct tape, but that was the only issue we had. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well.

Perfect place to stay!

Exceptional counter staff, clean and spacious lobby. Had a 1st floor room (normally do not like this level) and loved how quiet the room was, felt ver safe. Easy access to workout/pool, ice and laundry. Lobby wasn’t too far from room and did not hear external noise. Loved how spacious and clean the room was. Enjoyed the kitchenette and the option to cook if you wanted to. Bed was very comfortable and enjoyed the rotating tv to use for nighttime use in bed or couch viewing.

I was disappointed by the very high pet fee that was $100. We were only traveling through and staying one night. I had not seen or I would have found other accommodations. The fee was listed at the bottom of the policies on the booking site and had to really look for it after we checked in, had no option since room was non refundable, It was more than I have ever paid anywhere else and travel frequently with my small dog.

We had a very good positive experience staying in the hotel. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious. The only thing we were not happy about was the pool, it was little colder and felt salty.

The only complaint I have is, I had witnessed several people fall in the pool area , by the pool door, and outside of the pool because the floor was slippery and wet, including an older man. This is understandable but not at all safe.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were meeting family for breakfast so did not eat at the hotel. Only suggestion for improvement is adding grab bar by the bathtub, they are good safety measures.

I see the pictures didn't do it justice it was above my expectation and I loved that the pool wasn't chlorinated it was saltwater.
My only complaint would be that I had the Do Not disturbs magnet on the door and 3 hours before it's time to check out without a knock housekeeping it tried entering the room other than that it was great front desk was friendly and curious and on top of helping me out when first came in

Beds are a bit uncomfortable. Staff showed up to clean our room a bit early every day. We were still in bed. They never returned to clean our room after that first attempt, even though we told them to come back at a certain time (always before noon). We stayed a week and only had our room cleaned twice. Not by choice. Breakfast is above average.

Great location with a few fixes needed

Very convenient location to highway, Caribou Coffee, Crisp Greens and McDonalds. No restaurant on site. Bed was uneven and uncomfortable. A floor tile popped off during a quick movement into the kitchenette area. Kitchenette was very convenient and well-supplied with nice wine glasses. Our room was ready when we arrived. Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating on all shifts. The fresh baked cookies were a welcome treat after our 4hour drive.

Unsympathetic liars

I never checked in due to car trouble and a 6 hour drive and they wouldnt give me a credit or refund my money. Then i asked the girl on the phone to leave a message for her supervisor and ask them to call me back, yup that never happened.

Friendly staff, clean and nice

We’ve stayed here many times while visiting family in the area and love this place. The hotel is clean and everything functions properly. The pool is nice salt water but is always a tad cold and takes a little bit to get the body adjusted. The rooms are spacious. It’s easy to find off the main road with food, coffee and gas nearby. The staff is always so kind!

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at for a solid, family stay! the little apartment style suites are perfect for a family - give everyone enough space, room for breakfast, watching TV, etc. We stayed here for 3 days while visiting family in Plymouth and honestly had an outstanding experience. Will stay here again every time!

Good value for now

My wife and I just stayed the weekend for a little romantic getaway. It was nice to have a suite with full kitchen, just for flexibility. Free 'grab and go' breakfast-nothing hot by law, we were told. We were real happy with everything all weekend. We used the pool and workout room-but only by ourselves. Seemed clean and well taken care of.
