When I booked my reservation it said that breakfast was included for 2 per day but when we went to the breakfast restaurant, they said we had to pay $23 dollars. I mentioned it to the lady at check out and she said that she would tell the manager and have them be in touch with me about it but never heard from anyone. I even showed her and she agreed that it said it was included

This is a very nice property in an excellent location. There is great shopping and dining nearby and the hotel has been renovated fairly recently.

The staff was engaging and friendly, and I felt welcome and appreciated.

I will stay at the Sheraton Minnetonka (Ridgedale) the next time I visit.

First, we would really like to call out Joseph. He welcomed us at Checkin and was so kind and helpful. And then he went way above and beyond and was so wonderful when our grandkids were swimming in the pool. The rest of our stay was really nice, the breakfast was amazingly delicious (expensive) and the premises are kept nice and clean so that you feel very comfortable. Can’t understand why there is an extra charge for parking per night which seems very strange to us as we are out in an area that is not a big city or a resort. The hotel is in a great location— there is a lot to do in the general vicinity and we would definitely stay here again.

First, the snafus: 1) apparently there is a new parking fee at this facility (not listed on Hotels.com), 2) no available luggage trolleys when we checked in (distance to our room, one of furthest in hotel was about 100 yards from front entrance and up a fast moving elevator), 3) front desk staff did not give breakfast voucher immediately upon check-in (I had forgotten breakfasts for 2 adults was included with our Hotels.com reservation. Hotels.com text asking how our check-in went, reminded me of the complementary breakfasts)

Second, the fixes: 1) front desk staff provided a code to waive the unexpected parking fees. 2) fortunately, I had my toddler's wagon with us, so I was able to use that to bring our luggage to the room (upon check-out, I saw 2 luggage trolleys available for use). 3) I called the front desk regarding the breakfasts, front desk attendant asked me to come to front desk to get the vouchers. I inquired about breakfast for my toddler, she provided additional vouchers.

The room was large. The king sized bed was very comfortable, we slept very well.

Our second day, I misread until what time breakfast was served. I arrived at the breakfast area as it was being taken down. Staff permitted me to take plates for my family and me.

The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Upon arrival my check in was delayed due to the lack if staff at the front desk. I then was notified that there was now a separate parking fee being charged to park in the Sheraton parking lot which I was not pleased about since much of their parking lot is riddled with potholes. As usual, the room and bed were very comfortable and the hotel was overall very quiet and clean.

Excellent experience. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly. The market for snacks is very expensive. They charge $5/day for parking which I thought was odd. I’ve never had to pay for parking at a hotel before. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. 100% recommend.

We only had housekeeping 2 days out of our weeklong stay - and that was because we complained. Had to leave dishes and trash in the hall outside our room. Temp control did not work. Baths need remodeled - very low toilets and shower head. Cheap plastic coffee maker in the room -undrinkable. They did have Starbucks in the lobby in the AM. Bar did not open until 5, and then no servers to be found. When one appeared, she was disgruntled that we asked for a menu. We just got up and left. I am glad that we were in the front section of the hotel, and that back, where the pool is, smells of Chlorine.
Great location, but will never stay here again.

Our room had a very musty smell upon getting to it. Found out after being there for a few hours that the window was open with no screen allowing bugs in. The tv would go in and out so we just ended up using our fire stick. The wait to check in was 40 minutes as there was one person and 6 different people waiting to check in. The hotel is located across from the mall so it is convenient for shopping or restaurants so that was a plus. The breakfast was okay definitely powdered eggs and limited selection of items for the price. All in all I stay at a lot of hotels but this one has let us down twice now so probably will stay somewhere else in the future.

I left a bag with several Apple chargers, contact lenses, and some minor items, I contacted the front desk about 3 hours after checkout when I realized my mistake. The front desk person said she’d follow up with the GM and Head of Housekeeping and I would be contacted. I waited a day and called back, I was transferred to the Head of Housekeeping and left a voicemail. It has been over 24 hours and still no response from the company. The indoor pool is in the middle of the hotel rooms so expect a lot of noise until the pool closes, The restaurant/breakfast buffet staff were very friendly and accommodating. A breakfast buffet was the only option for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Atrium Bistro is ample and delicious. Beds are very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed very much.Only problems were due to lack of infomation on jExpedia site and poor communication from Expedia to Sheraton. We made reservations for 4, but had to ask for bath linens for 2 and breakfast for 2, since only 2 were accounted for in our reservation. If you don't request vouchers for breakfast at the desk, breakfast is $21!! Amazing fee, especially for a \"complimentry\" breakfast. We asked, and received. Parking? Easy, but there is an additional nightly charge for parking. We did not expect this!
Summary: Very nice place to stay. Research carefully, or you will have unwanted surprises. I've used Expedia a lot in the past and it normally works very, very well. The problems this time were an exception. I will be more cautious in the future.

Room was clean. Staff at the dining space were excellent.
Parking is to be paid upon arrival - $5/night +tax. They do not validate.
Using the Bonvoy app, housekeeping did not provide the requested items - extra towels, shaving kits.
Upon checkout I was informed that the reservation paid through Expedia was a deposit and was charged an additional $35. A friend who booked another room, was charged a second time for the total amount and they said they would release the initial “deposit”.
The facility could use a little maintenance - the elevator shaft door on floor two doesn’t close all the way and the call light indicator has been damaged.
Overall, due to the additional fees/runaround, I would not stay again.

There was a nearby basketball tournament; check in took over an hour with only one overwhelmed desk attendant who was going the best she could with the onslaught of guests. Kids running everywhere, parents not caring until about 11:00, then just loud parents in the atrium. I would suggest getting a room over the pool which closes earlier.
Staff was great, very attentive during breakfast too.

Had a great experience at this Sheraton. Had a club level room which included a club lounge with breakfast, and all day snacks and water, soft drinks and juices. Nicholas at the front desk was one of the sweetest, genuinely nice people I've met. He went above and beyond in every way. There is a small store with snacks, drinks and sundries in the lobby. Breakfast can be purchased in the lobby restaurant. There's a bar that also serves food in the evening.. The rooms are well appointed with a fridge, coffee maker and great batth products. I'll definitely be returning.

Room was clean, hotel was quiet. The bartender gave amazing service and went out of her way to get to get us the dessert we wanted when it was almost time to close.

The fan in the bathroom did not work room became very humid after a shower. Staff allow me to grab a chip/snack from the snack shop for free.

Between Expedia and Sheraton, I ended up having to pay an additional $60. Expedia said I got 2 breakfasts for free, so I paid for 2 more for the kids when I booked it. Then Sheraton says that this was not correct, and I had to pay another $40. Now they are charging me 5 days later for an additional person, even though I booked it for 4 people. Just plain rude and they completely screwed me over. Screw you, both companies.

Very low toilets…no grab bars…

Old cabinetry just repainted…

Outside parking lot and walking areas never plowed…very greasy snow…

Won’t ever stay here again…
