The door knob thing was broken and the breakfast had no waffle maker which was sad but the room was spacious and the kitchen in the room was clean and better than I expected.
Patricia
The staff were very friendly and eager to assist. the weight room was closed due to a leak in the roof and a ceiling tile hanging down. The swimming pool was closed due to the water heater not working, but staff said we could swim in the pool of the hotel next door. The room was clean and the kitchenette was fantastic.
Joy
Everything was awesome! Next door neighbor very loud however. Could clearly hear conversation. Other than that perfect!
Donovan
Welcoming staff, clean property and great location. Satisfied my requests from original booking, first floor, near exit, etc. Breakfast was great as usual.
Carrie
Clean rooms in a quiet area. Just be aware at this time they do add on a few for parking.

Disappointed in room location, right next to laundry room and door from lobby.
Bathroom sink didn’t drain right away, no bathroom fan, just disappointed in overall price I paid for a sub par room.

Very comfortable spacious rooms!
kate
good location, nice things around, about 20 minutes to the U of Twin Cities. bedrooms were nice. Living room furniture could be updated, along with carpet to lvp, but hotel was still adequate . It was quiet, nice staff, comfortable beds, all more important and nice space!
Julie
Staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.
Cheryl
The room was clean but the furniture in the living area looking worn and outdated. Just fyi, the toilet is very low to the ground for those with mobility issues but do not need a handicap accessible room. The staff was very nice and friendly!
Ben
Nice for the price! Clean and cozy
Jason
The was clean. Had a very comfortable stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was impressed how fast they helped and the service they provided was phenomenal.
Colleen
Extra charge for parking, breakfast was in a different building, door to hallway was wrong size - could see light around the entire door, will not book a room there again
Judith
Courteous staff
Monique
The breakfast had choices to please adults and kids. The staff were top notched professional from beginning to the end. Amthey were always available if help was needed or questions had to be asked. The kitchen was equipped and they also have loaners as well. There is no way a non guest can access the building beyond the front desk area. The building is safe and secured. Oh!! and to top it off, everything you need as far as shopping and family fun is within ten minutes of the hotel. We also visited the Como Zoo which was only 30 minutes away. My family and I were very happy we chose this hotel and whenever we are visiting minnesotta again, this is definitely our choice.
Vivian
Yes staff was friendly and helpful. But we had no WiFi til before last day. Charge for packing. Was told we had two restrooms, but only one. The mattress on the sleeper couch is very thin and uncomfortable. But the staff was kind enough to give us more covers to add to current. Maintenance was very helpful. We expected a breakfast bar w hot food. No pool or hot tub/jaquzzi. There was a dog next to our room that barked but no excessive, annoyed by people on other of us noisy for a while waking us up couple times. Otherwise the room was decent and the beds were comfortable.
Cheryl
It would be absolutely awesome if they updated the furniture in the living area. Very old
Ashaundria
Rooms were clean, staff was very nice. Would stay again
Carol
The staff was very accommodating on getting us into our second room on the next day as early as possible.
We booked 2 different rooms.

Ratings didn't really match cleanliness and reality of room
Shaina
We appreciated the convenience of parking, cleanliness and friendly staff. Our rooms bathroom had moderate water damage to the vanity and flooring was peeling away from the vanity and wall due to that. Noise was also an issue coming from the room next to us before bed and early in the morning the room above us. Overall, we spent minimal time in the room and it met our needs for a brief stay.
Monica
Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean room.
NICOLE
Property was safe and clean. Staff was friendly. My room smelled very musty. I'm not sure if it was because the pool was right outside my window or if it was something in the AC, but I ended up buying air deodorizer and that helped. Parking was not free - I got a charge on my card after my stay. Mind you, it was only about $3/day but it would have been nice to know. The main sign for the hotel is hidden by a tree and there are no street lights on the road next to the hotel. Without GPS, it would be hard to find in the dark.
Mike
Front desk, very friendly and helpful room was very clean. Breakfast was good.
Martin J
Decent hotel when staying in the Eden Prairie area. Pricing was more reasonable compared with other nearby hotels.
Alex kalicharan
The property was good and it has close supermarket and hotel for shopping .Over all my family enjoyed the stay..

Family Getaway
Great place to stay. I stayed with five of my sisters in one suite and we had plenty of space. It was quiet, clean, safe, and within walking distance of a lot of great eating places. Only complaint the six of us had is that the pool was outside and there was no hot tub. It was cool when we stayed there so we never got to use it.
Verified traveler
Breakfast was average. Rooms are spacious but need a little upgrade.
Jessica
It was conveniently located by a grocery store and many other stores. It was kept very clean in the room and around the whole property. The breakfast area is small but has a good selection of food and everything looked fresh and clean area.
Rosalinda
Perfect 2 bedroom suite for our family of 6. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.
Sacha
Breakfast was great. Nice big place
Bethany
Will stay here again
2 bedroom suite had plenty of room for my group of 6. Kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffee pot and stove were a nice touch, only needed to use the coffee pot tho. We always check for bed bugs and there was no sign of any however we did find an old chicken nugget under the pull out bed in couch and 2 empty nicotine cans between the mattress and box spring on one bed. They were nice about giving us extra towels and everything else was great. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. My husband and son did use the fitness room and said it had enough to get a decent quick workout in. We will stay here again if ever back in the area.
Kayla
Worth the stay
Great place to stay very clean the staff were super nice and helpful. Good price also
Amy
The staff is so friendly and accommodating! Every single staff member treated us like family during our 2 week stay. Kitchens are lightly stocked with essentials and the Cub Foods next door has whatever you need. We loved the grills and outdoor chair space!
JOSH
We stayed here for a week long vacation. The staff was great from check in to the cleaning staff!! All went above and beyond to making everything great for us!! Definitely a must stay again place for us!
Christine
Like that it's close to a grocery store and a mall with a good food court. Like that we can bring our dog. Having a small kitchen was nice. We made dinner a few of times. It's our favorite hotel to stay at in the area.
Jeffery A.
It is a quite area. Grocery store near by is very convenient

Week long stay at this Towneplace with our kids. Great service, great breakfast (best hotel scrambled eggs I’ve ever had), great location. Unfortunately, no hot tub and pool is outdoors so our time there was limited. Overall a great stay.
Bradley
My son said the eggs were “mid”. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the linen plentiful. Daily breakfast, while not extensive, offered an acceptable variety of drinks and morning foods. I would stay at this hotel again. Eden Prairie is a very nice area with plenty of stores and food option very nearby with easy access to roads. The roads… OMG… could they have more roads torn up in and around Minneapolis. Be prepared for heavy delays when driving anywhere near Minneapolis.
Alyscia
It was was a great place me and my family loved it. Such a vibe.
cavelli
We had minor AC and satilete TV issues, which were corrected promptly after desk staff was notified. The walls are thin, which could lends itself to noise exposure. The kitchenette was great.
Tammy
Great place to stay!
My friend suggested this hotel because it was inexpensive and close by my conference, so I booked my room last minute and I got a great price! My room was very clean and smelled like fresh soap so clean! It was a little gem! The room had a kitchenette and a nice little couch with an ottoman that had a little table attached very convenient for my work. The bed was slightly firm but comfortable. Continental breakfast was good and the service was wonderful. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.
Kenneth
Place was really nice
Risa Suk Kuen
I would come back again. Nice room

This property is in a prime location directly off the freeway and near all accessible stores( Cub foods, Eden Prairie Mall, Asian Mall, Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, etc). Not even including all the food options, gyms, other retail stores Best Buy is next door. It was perfect for a visit from out of town not knowing where you are going.
The staff Sheena, she was extremely friendly and helpful! She guided us every way we needed to go. Great directions. The pool just opened and the families were able to enjoy.
The only downside was the noise level if your on a lower floor and have nose makes for neighbors. There was a lot of police patrol and action at the grocery store across the way one night. A) it was great to see a presence for protection B) not so sure if that type of behavior I was keen to. I definitely don’t want to be in area with crime.
But overall it was a great stay!

Great place
Cassie
It’s Meh.
There were zero amenities in the room. Our set up was two bedrooms and a mini kitchen and there wasn’t even enough silverware or plates, etc for our family. There was also no kitchen soap to wash anything - when I called the front desk she said, “We are all out. We don’t have any.” The bathroom was VERY worn out. Majorly chipped tub, toilet was stained, walls banged up. We needed bedding for the pull out couch and she never brought it up. I had to go get it myself. We could also hear everyone’s door shutting. The breakfast was nice. It worked for what we needed it to - but I wouldn’t go back with my family.
Mark Gerald
Not a five star but it was clean; staff was friendly; good technology in the rooms; breakfast was good each day; plenty of room to stretch out; great location!

Had to check out early. Staff and management are rude and unhelpful. Don’t stay there.
Troy
Would never go back again! Promised a couple things and never received them. Save your money and go somewhere else!! Would NOT recommend!!
James
We booked many rooms at Towne Place Suites by Marriott for our son's wedding weekend. From check in to check out, the staff took amazing care of our whole family! The hotel is clean, safe with all the amenities needed to make our stay carefree. We highly recommend Towne Place!! From the bottom of our hearts...We appreciate their personal care and help in making wedding weekend a total success!
David
Safe area. Decent rooms (with kitchen) and ok breakfast.
Kyle
Quiet, clean, perfect location. If the guest laundry was free it would be perfect
Grace
complimentary breakfast, nice staff. I disliked that the Light went off
Lorri
It was comfortable and enjoyed the room
Ashutosh
All good.
BARBARA
Facility was in need of some refreshing. It’s been around for a long time and need some serious updating. Not quite up to Marriott’s usual standard. It was clean and appreciated having laundry facilities available. Hallway is needed to be repainted. The unit window surround was correct, stove, not quite sure how it could be used since the coils were not in place.
Erika
Check in was very easy. Staff very attentive. They answer desk quickly. Great value. Room is beautiful. No residual smoke smell anywhere. Garbage not overflowing.
Alison
The staff was great. They were all friendly and helpful. I had a long stay, and they all greeted me with a smile every time they saw me. It was SO NICE!!
John
It was great all around!
GAEA
Mold on the ceilings. it was raining outside and massive amounts of rain coming in the closed, locked, and sealed windows. Disgusting!! Do not stay here!!!
Deborah
The staff at this motel was terrific. Housekeeping, breakfast area, and front desk - all were friendly, helpful, just all around a good atmosphere. Room was clean and comfortable.
Justin
The door frames have a gap around them, so they let in and out a lot of sound and light. Very clean. Probably needs some fresh paint and updating within the next couple of years. The 2 bedroom suite is very spacious. Bathroom is small. Lots of grab and go type breakfast items and a couple hot items, not that great but better than nothing. Only about 10 minute drive to the Mall of America and a lot of shopping and dinning within a mile.
Nancy
Clean room with plenty of towels. Had to wait at check in desk for quite awhile for someone to come and check me in.
Barb
Check in was super easy and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind!
Then, the next morning breakfast was wonderful and the front desk staff were super nice! It was a great experience and we really liked the separate bedrooms in the suite we had.

Was nice but some flaws
Had a great stay! 5 nights-the wood flooring seemed to be unfinished. The bathroom was a bit small for a handicapped person.
Erika
Room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy. Overall area was very safe.
Kathy
Location very good. Rooms have kitchen and Grocery store is next door. , shopping and dining within walking disance. Next to main roadways.

Needs some work.
The suite that we stayed in was a little run down. The eyes didn't fit properly on the stove. There was a chair in the living room that had Doritos crushed underneath the cushion that had not been cleaned.
On the positive side the people at the front desk were very nice. The area was safe. It's within a good distance to a lot of nice things in the city.

When they charger the credit card for the stay, we were overcharged. Desk attendant did not have a answer why when checking out. Had to call the next day to get corrected. Will not stay there again.

Overall good experience. Dead beetle squished on the wall right when we walked into the hotel room and some repairs throughout the room done in a sloppy manner.

Nice property. Breakfast included in stay.

Only thing it lacks is indoor pool, also not enough utensils etc in the room, I think there was 1 fork and 1 spoon and no glasses, we had full kitchen; also room had 1 small couch, it would have been nice to have another chair
Heather
very nice

I did feel safe and the hotel was very quiet in the evening. Heard the people on the floor above only once during the evening. It was convenient to where we had to meet people and to where we had to go the next day. We had an issue with the stove and that was promtly taken care of by us relocating to another room. Thank you for that correction.
