Lots of snack choices. Large containers of ice cream would be nice.
NOT LIKE
1. No waste basket by the mic.refridge.kitchen workspace
2. NO TV CHANNELS!
3. Would have been very nice when both the individuals I spoke with actually knew what no t v channels meant. Bringing me up, a list of channels?Does absolutely no good when there are NO CHANNELS.
ALL I GOT WAS A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THERE WAS NO ANTENNA.NO INTERNET NO ANYTHING.
Neither the manager nor the individual I spoke with on Wednesday night understood what I was saying.Show me how to operate the remote is not gonna make there be any channels.

Frustrated with trying to get an answer about checking in early. I told the person just say not right now but you can check back instead of “ma’am I can’t make that commitment. Several people have called to check in early.
I called THREE time and finally stopped by and said I’m going to my medical procedure now do you have a room early or not!!!! He started saying the same thing and I said just tell do you have a room NOW - im standing here asking because I am going to have a procedure done and would like to rest after.
He put us in a room immediately.
Very frustrating communication.
Once checked in it was great

Actually I wasn't sure if this hotel going to work when we pulled up, but looks can be decieving right? I booked based on the lots of positive reviews and I think I made a right pick! Room was small, but clean and well maintained. Hotel situated very close to the highway, but we had no issues with nose, plus shopping mall and restaurants within walking distance. Pool was nice and clean, picked right time better checking out on Sunday, so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was great and tasty, oh my goodness, yes coffee was great, probably best hotel coffee I ever had all because some smart person decided to invest into a real coffee machine with grinder in it. I know.. I'm a coffee snob. I'll recommend this hotel.

the room was very clean -the bed was very comfortable. All was neat and tidy.

However, the bathroom needs some grab bars or some type of support in the shower/tub - the tile is pretty but has nothing to hold onto - i.e. grab bar etc. Dangerous for folks who may have some unsteadyness or a bit unstable on their feet etc. especially when stepping in or out of the tub/shower.

Fun

Everyone on our stay was extremely polite and friendly. The breakfasts were constantly replenished so that there was enough food at all times. They didn't run out of anything that I know of. Fresh fruit is usually a problem and they had fresh fruit out each day, no matter what time you had breakfast. The breakfast were clean and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The room was small but very clean/well-kept and had a newer TV as well as a tub. We had an issue with someone’s children purposely trying to open multiple other guests doors, which was promptly taken care of by management. Appreciated that there were multiple entrances close to the elevator. The included breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

What a great place to stay long term. Staff is very accommodating to any need you may have. Hot breakfast is very hot (along with the coffee, too) plus a variety of options. Had one of their suites which had a nice living room space with two TVs. In addition a great feature is that a suite has two bathrooms. Used the fitness room which has an adequate amount of exercise machines and is very clean. For extended stay they also offer an in house laundry so you can clean your clothes! Great location because you're only a mile away from many eating establishments!! Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express and Suites when in town.

We were just there visiting for the weekend and it’s a great place to crash. The breakfast was really nice and unexpected. The staff was incredibly friendly. If you just need a place to crash while you’re out doing things, it’s an excellent place to stay.

Upon arriving the outside was deceiving but once inside we were greeted by friendly staff and our room was large, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was good with a great selection.

We like this hotel. We typically rent a suite. The front desk staff are helpful and kind. This is the 4th time we have stayed here in the past year. We appreciated the addition of the new indoor pool and shower area. We recommend the hotel.

The hotel staff was really nice. The greeted us with smiles and were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. During our stay we were the only ones both nights at the pool. They kept the towels in the pool area stocked, the pool and the restroom/shower area was clean.

Yes, I would rerurn here.
Nice clean and updated room and beds. Lot's of standard breakfast choices.
Nice small pool.
I forgot that an Express facility meant rooms with not much space to move anound in. About 2' x 3' floor space in bathroom. About 2' between bathroom wall and 1st bed, about 2' between beds and between beds and cabinet/table.

This was my first stay at this property but my husband stayed here once before. Very clean & well-maintained. I had a king room- not huge but sufficient. Breakfast was decent & well-stocked. Loved the 24-hour coffee in the lobby. I would definitely stay at this property again.
