The 3 only problem i had with this hotel is when I call to let them know, late arrival, phone kept ringing prolong time and finally someone pick up. Then, telling him of my late arrival he hung up on me. Second problem, got there late and nobody was there to assist us, me and my friend until 20 minutes later.
Third problem. The staff housecleaning lady had an attitude towards my friend, Telling him he can't take any food up to the room, when it was for me because I was too sick to come down to fix my plate. I did address this issue to I think it was a manager or another staff and what this Indian man said in a way the camera is watching and no he couldn't and $100 for upstairs. I guess he was talking about to leave them a $100 tip, because they have an evelop in the room stating 'Housekeeper' Or. They was going to keep my $100 if he was to take it upstairs.
Overall everything was ok, including the hot tub.
Thank you 😊.

We stayed on the first floor, and unfortunately there were a lot of ants crawling all over the table in our room.

It also seemed that the hotel expected guests to bring their own toiletries. The room had only one small bottle of shampoo and no conditioner or body lotion. These issues made our stay less comfortable than we had expected.

Our reservation was mixed up and the hotel and/or Expedia could not respond within 72 hours which unfortunately was when we needed to be checking in and off on our weekend events. We ended up staying at a nearby hotel because the hotel was full. They did not want to commit to refunding our money even though there was no room available to stay at. We spent two nights in another hotel and have been home for a day and an half and still waiting for a response regarding our reservation mixup.

There only one night. I stayed at discounted price. Would not stay there at their regular rate.

Only saw staff upon check in. He didn’t seem too happy to be there but was polite.

Room door has to be pushed shut to latch.
Chair at desk was stained.
Makeup stain on pillowcase.

No phone in room to connect with staff. Is this a new thing?

Breakfast was ok.

The room was spacious with plenty of storage space since we stayed for a week, that was important. Bed was comfortable and the room was for most of the time quiet.
The insulation is not the best, we could hear the people above us filling the hot tub and running it, the first time it was midnight.
The breakfast room is nice and was cleaned but like we expected the number of choices was limited, no surprise this is not a high-end hotel. The staff did pretty well in maintaining the coffee in the lobby fresh about 90% of the time.
We will stay there again considering the rate per night and our travel budget.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, just a little outdated and could use some updating. Beds were very firm so good for those that like that. Good location with plenty of restaurants and little shops within walking and close driving distance. Continental breakfast was limited on options but was good. Climate control box in corner of the room was hanging off the wall with wires exposed, but it appeared to be an old unit that may not be utilized anymore? Mini fridge didn’t appear to be cooling properly either and there was no where to adjust the temp. Quiet though and no one disturbed us.

The property is well located with many options for dining and shopping nearby. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooms were of good size. We booked two nights here while attending a show at Chanhassen Dinner Theater and will not be returning.

The hotel feels dated, smelled unpleasant, and was not clean. The luxury vinyl floors in our room were filthy. After wiping up a few drops of spilled milk with a napkin, the napkin came back completely black with dirt. Even walking around in slippers, the floor felt sticky.

The toilet seat was extremely loose and shifted side to side when sitting down. The flush handle would also stick, causing the toilet to run continuously unless manually lifted back up. When I reported both issues, staff came to the room but dismissed my concerns and said nothing was wrong.

We arrived about 75 minutes before check-in and were charged a $25 early arrival fee. Despite the cleanliness and maintenance issues, no room change or accommodation was offered. When I raised my concerns again the next morning, the response was unhelpful, and I was told I couldn’t receive a detailed receipt because I booked through Hotels.com.

Breakfast was disappointing. The fruit selection was limited, and the sausage gravy appeared overcooked around the edges and watery.

The beds were among the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. I woke up with sore hips and shoulders, and the pillows were lumpy. There was also a loud exhaust fan connected to a corner desk area that vibrated and disrupted the room whenever the light was turned on.

For more than $350 for a two-night stay, I expected far better.

The hotel could stand a refresher. Our room door stick as though it was twisted and didn't fit correctly, there was a large clump of hair in the shower/tub, the sink faucet leaked when the cold water was turned on, the floor outside of the bath area sunk when stepped on. a few other things that needed work but cannot think of them at the moment.
Great location though.

When I first checked in I had to wait for a staff member to show up at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet constantly ran. Reported it to the front desk it was never rectified. There was blood stains on one of the bath towels. I mentioned it to housekeeping but when she brought different towels there were several black stains. I would have left but I was from our of state attending a wedding for a close relative and no other lodging was available close by.

Hard to remember a more poorly kept motel room in our 65 years of travel. 1. While turning on the sink water the handle came off in my hand with only hot water flowing. (Ever brush your teeth with hot water?) 2. Only 1 of the 2 lamps by the beds worked. 3. I tried to use the phone for help....it did not work. Turned out some one had pulled the plug. 4. Some time during the night the switch changing my hearing aids stopped working. Only things working well were the beds & the AC. Are not cleaning people supposed to check all things? We'll never go back?

I did not like the bathroom in my room. The bathtub was unsafe. It had no grab handles for a safe exit out of the bathtub. The inside tub was very slippery when exiting with bath water in the tub. I needed to literally roll myself out of the tub to the bathroom floor. The inside of the tub had no anti-slip safety. There was no tub water plug to keep water in the tub. To take my bath, I plugged the water drain with a washcloth and held the washcloth down with the back of my heels while on my back.
My first night I did ask the room attendant for a tub water plug.
She told me she didn't have one. No photos, check the bathroom yourself.

Pros:
Nice people, some good updates

Cons:
Room hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time-buildup in corners of mirror frame, counter, and bathtub.
No sink stopper-lost a small hair clip down the drain, couldn’t reach it-fortunately the coffee maker stir sticks worked to fish it out.
One lamp globe was broken, so bare bulb.
Hot tub only slightly warmer than the pool.
Due to allergies of wheat, eggs, and dairy, there was nothing available for me to eat at breakfast. Some fruit at least would be great.

Bad: The room needed repairs. Broken countertop by the sink and window frame was scratched and faded. Sheets had stains, we had to ask for new ones to make the bed ourselves. We couldn’t get the internet to work. Front desk reset it and it worked but found out we couldn’t log in to any apps, even though they showed Netflix, Paramount and Hallmark channel on the TV when you turned it on. Staff said they were just advertisements?!
Breakfast was not good. Sausage gravy was plain and runny. Coffee had no taste. Orange Juice was bad. There was no yogurt.

Good: The staff were nice and helpful. Parking was excellent.

Overall, I would not stay here again for the price we paid.

The mattress was comfortable, location good, front staff efficient and courteous. The pillows are terrible - soft and shapeless or hard and unforgiving. Several of the bath towels were yellow stained. The bathroom floor had black buildup of something that was at least six inches deep to the baseboards. The shower leaked - not from the shower curtain but from the floor and water ran all across the floor. The toilet wouldn't stop running after being flushed. We had to take the tank lid off each time and guide the float so it would not continuously run. When you sat on the toilet, the whole thing moved; the shim they tried to use to level it was not effective. There were multiple patches in the walls that were unpainted so obvious. I am extremely surprised they rented this room in this condition as the remainder of the hotel did not seem in disrepair. The breakfast was no less than nasty - old, dried out bread products, scrambled eggs in cubes that disintegrated when trying to get on the fork, limited beverages. We left and purchased breakfast elsewhere.
