We were in the older wing of the building so there were some architectural issues that come with older properties, but the room and common areas were clean and well kept. It was a really good value all things considered. Staff were always pleasant and efficient.

This was the hotel recommended to us for our hockey tournament and during our time, it was also a N.A. convention. Terrible parking. Bad atmosphere. Several hundred adults for this conference all walking around and smoking cigarettes. Things getting out of control with the pool… very disappointed.

The room was older and small. We were happy with the microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom didn’t have any counter space and no tissue paper. Front desk did give us a box of tissues and a cookie. We paid for the extended parking and clerk was not very patient with us asking her for the details of the parking. Overall one night here was fine. We did prepay for extended parking and had a free shuttle to the airport.

The hotel was packed with kids from high schools around. I would have thought they would have put our room not close to them. Hearing them run around and shut there doors all morning and night was bad. Next time put your vacation guest not next to a bunch of kids. Also pool experience was aweful. Kids ruined our vacation with the pool and hot tub area.

The room was not clean. Alot of homeless like characters in and out of the hotel. Seemed more like an apartment than a hotel. Room was dirty, not clean. Bed was horrible. Woke up with a stiff sore neck. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Standing shower stall curtain is short due to which water splashes all over the bathroom. Very annoying and is a slip.hazard!

I've stayed here several times in recent years and this most recent trip was by far the worst. The industrial toilet was a trip back to elementary school with an oversized handle and a stubborn refusal to flush so much as a drop of urine. The shower clanked and rattled while someone down the hall slammed their door for twenty minutes straight. The bed was a torture device out of a Victorian novel, replete with ghostly creaks and a sense that one was being swallowed into its center at any given moment. The insolence of the front desk person when I checked out was unbeatable. They could barely speak above a whisper but rolled their eyes when I paused to process what they'd said. What happened to this place in the last six months?

Room reservation was posted as accommodating 5 people. We entered our room to find 1 double Murphy bed. Front desk told me there were 2 couches that could be used. There was 1 dirty couch which was not a sleeper couch. Front desk told me the rooms do not go by how many people they sleep but how many people are allowed based on the fire code. They found 3 roll beds for us to use. The reservation page on Travelocity was very deceiving.

Clean Odor Free Comfortable Restaurant Available

The room was clean & odor free. 20th floor. There were no extreme signs of wear & tear. Lots of pillows with varying comfortability. The bed was comfortable as well. TV stations were normal for a motel. Check-in was simple & the staff knew their business & hassle free. Free cookie was delicious! Parking had no extra fee. Nice restaurant in house. I'd choose this hotel again.

The beds were very hard with no extra blankets or pillows. Towels were not replaced or anything in our stay, nor were sheets.

Cleaning staff lingered sitting in the floor of the hallway by our room for hours and made fun of us when we said hello in a different language than they spoke. We had to step around them and they didn’t seem to care.

The hotel has seem to go downhill. We have always used and loved this hotel while traveling to the cities. This time was NOT the case. The air conditioning in our room didn’t get below 71 degrees even though we had it set to 65. The room was Old and outdated. 2 of the 3 treadmills in the fitness center were broken and unusable but didn’t even have out of order signs on them. The hot tub was lukewarm and was filthy. We will not be back unfortunately.

I stayed here 2 years ago and it was great. This time I found the staff at the front desk aloof and not welcoming. My room was ok but needs to be renovated, especially the bathroom. It had rust in various places, bathtub wasn’t clean, there was a large cobweb very visible under the sink, and I found trash in the room upon arrival. The beds and pillows were very comfortable though.

Checking in was ridiculous. There were two people checking in, but those same two people were also checking people out if they wanted to buy a water or what not. Mind you, there’s about 10 to 15 people in line trying to check in. At it was at 10pm. I could not believe how busy this hotel was. The rooms were just mediocre no curtains no carpet nothing special the air barely worked during the day and then it was freezing at night. The breakfast was great with real bacon and eggs. Pool area nice.

When checking in, the room was already paid in advance and this seemed to confuse the guy checking us in after handing us the room key I asked the best way to get to our room and he just pointed and said the rooms were \"that way\". After grabbing our bags we went back in and found elevators that did not go to our floor as it was 21st not 2nd like we thought which wasnt told to us either. Get to our room and there was eye make up trash and a dirty q tip on the floor. Told the front desk and they said it was late and they would have our room cleaned the next day. It was cleaned when we went out but the same mentioned garbage was still on the floor. Upon checkout I told then I was not impressed and that since I booked through expedia there was nothing they could do to fix it. Will never stay at another hilton after this all around poor experience.

Front desk lady did not say “welcome” or “hello” or “thank you” once while checking in. She acted like I was an inconvenience for her.
The lady bar tender that served me on two nights was fantastic!
The pool side rooms with fold down crappy mattresses was not good so had to change rooms and had a helpful gentlemen do that for me while the lady still acted annoyed that she had to work that day.

I love tht the hotel has a shuttle bus tht picked you up and drop off. When we arrived the checkin was easy and smooth. My room was very clean . Breakfast was for a fee my only dislike if they had free breakfast tht would have been a bonus. My kids loved the pool area

Worst Hotel Experience Ever

This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, we were charged twice for our stay, and when we brought it up to the hotel, they said there was nothing they could do about it. When we contacted our bank, they told us it was the hotel’s issue — yet the hotel continued to be rude and dismissive, refusing to take any responsibility.
To make matters worse, the room itself felt dirty and uncomfortable. The bedsheets were itchy, and the whole place just felt off — definitely not a clean or welcoming environment.
The next day, we went back to the front desk for an update and were told they were “working on it,” but nothing ever got resolved. We were just sent back and forth between the bank and the hotel, with no real help from either side — especially not from the hotel, who showed no urgency or care for the inconvenience they caused.
I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible service, unclean rooms, and a complete lack of accountability.

I had such a bad experience staying here. The customer service provided was awful. The systems were down from 2am until 3pm and no one could get checked in. We were given contradicting information regarding being able to get manually checked in and then told we could not after we left where we were so we could get checked in, while we witnessed multiple people getting manually checked in and given room keys. We wanted to check in early seeing how our flight arrived early but couldn’t do so with the system outage. The staff were very short and seemed to be irritated with the mess that was going on. Multiple guests had been waiting to check in since 2am and could not. Once we were checked in we were given the wrong type of room (1 king bed when we paid for 2 queen beds in an oversized room). Upon getting to the room we noticed it was not oversized and the beds were a double standard room. We were so tired and had no energy to go tell them yet again they did not give us what we paid for. We stayed only one night and it was so noisy due to some sort of championship thing going on with kids that were staying there. Definitely wish we could have stayed elsewhere and would not recommend this location to anyone we love.

Our poolside room was not actually poolside nor did it even have a window to look outside. We were literally looking at an elevated platform which had events so we weren’t even able to open our curtain without people staring into the room. The room was dark and depressing because there were only 3 dimlit lamps in the actual room area. Even getting it at a discounted price through Expedia I think I paid too much.
