Oh, where do I begin? My advice is simple: avoid this place.
I booked this hotel for a 5-night stay, and it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. Upon arrival, the bathtub was dirty, and since we arrived late and my daughters needed to shower, I had to clean it myself.
The next day, no one came to service our room. We assumed housekeeping might come every other day, but after speaking with a housekeeper, we were told we needed to request service through the front desk. My husband did exactly that and was assured the room would be cleaned. When we returned that evening, nothing had been done and there were no fresh towels.
The following day, my husband went back to the front desk and again requested housekeeping. Once again, we were told it would be taken care of. When we returned that night, the room was still untouched. We eventually ran low on towels, toilet paper, and body soap, and my husband had to go downstairs to get supplies himself.
By the end of our 5-night stay, housekeeping never cleaned our room or restocked basic necessities despite multiple requests. We visit Minnesota every year with several volleyball teams, but we will never stay at this property again. Guests should not have to clean their own bathroom or repeatedly chase down basic supplies. I would not recommend this hotel to out volleyball teams or to anyone.

It took a long time to check in, the front desk person kept leaving while helping another guest, the other front desk person was on their cell phone in the back. It was hot in the lobby and hallways, the room was nice and very clean. The bar/restaurant was closed one of the nights. The luggage cart was broken, the wheel bent. The hotel overall felt a little run down, and chaotic, and loud.

The property was well maintained, it’s right off a major highway, and close proximity to local businesses for entertainment. The staff were friendly all around. We were delighted with a clean room, bathroom, and working A/C. Swimming pool & hot tub was put into good use and they provide towels. Overall, we had a good experience.

I had a mixed experience. The room was on the smaller side, but it was very clean and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I slept well once things quieted down.
The biggest downside was the noise level. My room was located in an area where there was a lot of noise, which made it difficult to fully relax at times.
The staff was courteous, but the service felt average and didn’t particularly stand out compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at.

So I was not told of $100 deposit for the room. In fact the website it said stated at what you see is what you pay and so when I got there since I’m under age, my mom and dad were finding on the next flight I actually was visiting for a soccer game so I can stay in my hotel room because my parents are still in mid flight and I had arrived early to the hotel so I had to sleep in a bus terminal and the staff, but he didn’t really help as much as they could have in fact they turned me away and they said sorry for the whole ordeal. Then later on only could refund me for half of a day even though I didn’t spend any time at this hotel at all breakfast would know about it cause I didn’t get to eat any of it and run well I only get to see the hotel building and the lobby so I don’t know you judge know about this. Thanks. Peace out. love you, ciao ciao

Our stay was for 1 night. The location is good as its located conveniently off 494 but we couldn't hear any traffic. Check in was easy and friendly. Our room was smaller but manageable. The door to the bathroom wasn't tight, would turn sideways when opened/closed and wouldn't lock. The shower pull wouldn't go from tub to shower mode when pulling it up. We fiddled with it and got it working, but needs to be looked at. We were told at check in that adults is $8 for breakfast when our booking site said contie tisl breakfast and didn't say it was for only 2/4 of us. Glad we didn't pay the money as both our high school boys came upstairs and were not impressed with breakfast at all. Sausages were hard, eggs had so much water in the bowl the eggs bits were floating." They did say the French toast was good but that was the only thing that was positive. The boys brought me a milk and it was expired from 4 days ago. Pool awas warm and hot tub was hot which was perfect. Overall it was not the worst place we stayed but I will stay elsewhere next time. Staff was really friendly.

The parking lot was covered in ice and no ice melt put on it. I fell, but I guess that is my issue and not hotels. I would not stay again given all this. Over priced.

The hotel as a whole was ok, but the particulars need to improve. The charge rate seems high to park my car every day on their lot and also to have breakfast on the facility. Also the hotel was pretty noisy at night with a particular honeymoon couple next door to me and my friend’s room; it may have been thinner walls or the door between the two rooms but it did catch our attention at night. Staff was ok and considerate throughout our stay so would come back with certain rate adjustments for the additional amenities being offered because location wasn’t bad.

I didn’t appreciate that there was a fire alarm in the middle of the day and, after standing outside for a bit, went inside to the front desk where I was informed “it was a drill”. How about letting people standing outside know it’s safe to come in? I am glad the breakfast buffet was complimentary as the eggs and potatoes were cold; the fruit, granola and yoghurt were fine, though.I loved that there were shops and restaurants right across the street.
