Room service was ok. Old hotel.

Super clean room and very comfortable bed. Downfall was the water pressure from the shower.

Alexandra at the reception was helpful and informative.
Ruby
Beautiful, clean hotel with the most friendliest and helpful staff. 100/100 recommend! We will definitely make this our go to when in MN!
Mohamed
Our stay had a rough start due to an unpleasant interaction with one of the front desk associates. However, a later encounter with a different associate completely turned things around. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel valued and helping us put the initial experience behind us. We also truly appreciated the hotel manager reaching out to personally address our concerns. That level of care and commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and grateful for how the staff handled the situation.
Darlise
Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was not great.
Juan Manuel
Clean room, helpful staff, good parking.
Jennifer
Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful. It’s a great option for staying the night before an early flight and being able to leave your car there while gone. And the warm cookies were an unexpected bonus! Will definitely stay here again.
Candace
Overnight stay. Close to airport. Nice restaurant and coffee shop.
Alister
wonderful place and cookies were amazing like always!
Katherine
The hotel is very close to the airport. Maybe a 6 minute ride. Park and fly thus hotel is where I would stay.
James
There is a secret microwave near an ice machine on the 3rd floor of one of the buildings.
rhonda
It was very clean
Robin
Toilet made loud noises when flushed, bathtub was very worn, very dirty frame under sides of mattress, poor selection of local tv channels.
Scott
Booked two rooms. One bed in one room had a stain on it. In other room there was some sort of bug crawling on top of the bedding. Older property. But convenient if flying out of MSP
Kylie
Staff was very friendly.
Valerie
We were able to check in early with no problem. Ice machine was broken on our floor but the restaurant happily gave us what we needed. Love the cookies!!!
Jennifer
Easy parking, great location.
Laura
I booked a two bed room online but when I got there only single bed rooms were available. However the staff was very nice and brought a roll away bed to the room
Nora
Overall, it was pretty clean, but the pillows smelled like they put clean linens on old, overly used pillows. The cleaning staff is too loud and talkative and slams doors before 8:00 AM and woke us up every day. The on-site restaurant is very over-priced, but the waitstaff is very pleasant. We checked out the pool, but didn't see a locker room and many people paraded through the halls wearing their swimsuits, so . . . And what makes it really bad is that the hotel is also a convention center, so you have that activity with people walking by, dripping wet, in swimsuits, wrapped in towels. It was just alright, but we won't stay there again. Not enough handicapped parking spaces.
Pamela
Room was available and clean. Nice staff . Airport shuttle was on time and driver very helpful
Debra
The staff was helpful and the food was good
Lynn
The hotel gets a lot of use so close to the airport and it shows a bit but the staff is excellent and very helpful.
Janice
Open and inviting Lobby area with coffee shop. Close to mall and they have a shuttle to the mall as well. Very nice restaurant. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Nice room. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing a bit odd was the elevators seem old and out of place for this nice hotel.
Tyrone
The hotel
Carol
Great stay at the Doubletree, wonderfully pleasant people at the desk and Bistro.
Amanda
Good hotel however they did not give us what we paid for. We paid for two double beds and they gave us a king, friendly staff, and helpful cool people, though love that there is a shuttle to the mall of America.
Kyle
Nice room, conveniently located. Would stay again!
David
Honestly everything about the stay was great
Randi
Stayed one night for a family event. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.
Jessie
Clean room fast transportation to airport
KATRINA
Not the cleanest; but I've seen worse. It's ridiculous they don't even give free coffee here - you have to buy it from their coffee shop. There are many other hotels in the area that are nicer; so we most likely won't return here.
Jessica
Hotel staff was great, hotel was clean, plenty of parking and there is a little restaurant. Right across from ikea and a short walk to the mall
Daronda
Nice place to stay
Laci
Location to Mall of America was fantastic. We walked each time and it was completely doable. Flights were very loud as the airport is very close.
Connie
Thought I’d hear air traffic in the morning but didn’t. Got a good night’s sleep.
Dorine
Van never came to pick me up at the airport...had to get an Uber. Nobody would answer the phone.
Hotel was old and dirty!! Can't belive I spent over $240 a night!! I will NEVER stay there again!!

April
I enjoyed my stay
Caitlin
We came with a group of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for their vacation to Mall of America. We did have a smoke detector go off in one of the rooms at 2:30am, we did not have hot water in one of our rooms' bathroom, and no A/C in another room, but the one available handicap-accessible room we were able to snag was wonderful! I do wish the hotel had a continental breakfast and an accessible shuttle to the Mall, but we went to a restaurant for breakfast at the Mall of America and transported ourselves just fine. The rooms were neat, tidy, and clean. We were able to get most of our rooms together, which was ideal for our vacation with our individuals. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The positive experiences here outweighed the negative. We definitely would come again.
Dolly
I appreciate having the shuttle service and parking. It helps to elevate some of the pain points of traveling.
Larry
Room was excelent construction noisr in the morning hallways and elevators were not clean
Gregory
Condition of hotel is below normal Hilton hotels. Outdated rooms for technology and USB ports. Doors etc are in poor condition.
Jason
Very clean, welcoming for guest and professional staff. Very nice pool. Great for families.
Kerbie
Overall okay. Room smelled like feet. Could be the carpet. Bathroom can use some upgrade as well.
Heather
Close to the mall and airport
Miguel
It’s a clear hotel to stay in for the weekend or even a day. Clean room, excellent staff and very helpful at all times.
Christi
We stayed in the old portion of hotel. Dated but quiet. Ok for one night
Janet
Excellent location for flying out early the next morning! Our room was so quiet and comfortable, I wish we’d had more time there! And who doesn’t love their warm cookies at check in?!!!
Amanda
Good place to stay if your flight gets delayed or canceled. Love that the bar and restaurant were open late.
Suzette
Too damn cold!! They gotta turn off their AC!!
Blanche
We had four rooms...The air conditioning didn't work in one room requiring a change of rooms, another room did not have running hot water in the shower requiring a maintenance call...the carpet in all the rooms were dingy and dirty. The rooms we had visited were long corridor walks to a working elevator since the one servicing our rooms was out of order. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the hotel needs some serious updating/maintence. Similar priced accommodations we explored in the area will be our next accommodations.
Frank
The hallways smelled of mold. The towels were thin and scratchy. A couple of the many elevators performed erratically/made me feel like I would take another one instead next time….
David
Stayed 1 night after arriving at airport at 11,45 pm. Missed the shuttle, but all else was fine.
Kelly
I am so surprised that this hotel is ranked so high. My room is building D was not good. The curtains were stained. The bathroom shower was not good! The furniture was worn, chipped and in disrepair. The room was not very clean. The bed was comfortable, the staff kind, and the shuttle service is great.
Irving
The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable.
Matt
Shaun on the bar absolutely makes the place great welcome and is consistently the same having met Shaun several times across three visits in the last four months
Eli
Pierre the front desk manager was very helpful and nice to talk too. The place was very clean and convenient. Would stay again.
Llyle
The employees were super friendly
eduard
Everytime i check in, i have no problem at all
Mary
When I first got into my room I unpacked and took shower the air conditioning wasn’t working switched rooms and then toilet wasn’t working
Carlos
Hospitality was great 👍
Mary
My husband is disabled so we had to have a handicap accessible room. My husband always sleeps closest to the bathroom so I had the side by the window. In the room was a rack on wheels for hanging clothes that was in front of the window and near the bed. I tripped on this rack getting up to go to the bathroom and bruised my toe as well as scraped the top of my foot. It is an awkward layout at best and a horrible layout when you trip and get hurt on it! Makes no sense at all. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Just be careful on the handicapped rooms....
Beth
Your satisfaction is dependent on which building you are in. Building E is outdated. The shower felt like acupuncture. You have to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the elevator so you can go up to the various floors. The onsite restaurant is excellent.
Joshua
The ac is in one of those closets with a board over it for a door. Lots of rattling and the ac sound would resonate to excruciating tones within that little sound-box closet they put it in.

Overall the room was fine. The bathroom looked a bit old and outdated but fine. The room temp did not go below 70 which was too hot for us but the front desk brought us a fan when we asked for one so that was great. The front desk was very helpful and quick at check in. It's also a 3 minute drive to the MOA so that was neat. Would stay again.

Terrible stay.
5:00 pm - checked in to room 1. AC did not work
5:45 pm - moved to room 2. Strong odor. Toilet flush did not work.
11:55 pm - suggested a alternate room 3. Did a walkthrough and toilet did not flush.
12:30 - moved to room 4. Realized AC not working. Room temperature was around 75 and did not go down.
With all the luggages to pack and sleeping kids decided to stay. Was so warm kids was fuzzy and we did not sleep the whole night. Vacated the room around 8 am.
Provided all this information at frond desk who promised a call around 1 pm when a manager or a supervisor comes in. 9:30 pm yet no calls or follow up.

Charging $3 for a bottle of water seems exzessive.

Check in was abysmal. The front desk person barely spoke; they seemed very run-down and just didn't show a lot of care or interest that I was spending money and staying with them.
Cynthia
I liked everything.

Don’t go there to have fun people in that building always ruin it you can’t even play a little music without them complaining and I had 2 noise complaints just for listening to music when it was already a bunch of other teenagers in there having fun I doubt they knocked on their doors

Front desk staff members were very warm and inviting. Bartender Sean was a hoot.
Our room's bathroom had a couple of issues. Toilet flushed very slow and would keep running. Also the faucet shot water out the back onto the mirror when you turned it on.

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. You can tell the staff genuinely care about their guests. This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!
