This hotel was terrible!!! First thing i noticed was the condition of the parking lot, pot holes everywhere! The hotel was dirty, hall carpet was loose and lifting, wallpaper peeling, damage paint. My room was old furnishings carpet was dirty like it hadn't been vacuumed for awhile. In the bathroom there was two holes, one on the ceiling and one on the wall. Top it all off NO breakfast!
I do NOT recommend this hotel. It should be torn down!

The hotel was in complete disrepair. Landscaping outside was overgrown. Hotel shuttle had four flat tires and was surrounded by overgrowth. Parking lot was full of potholes. Hotel smelled like pot and urine. wall paper was peeling in hallways.

Our front desk attendent was very nice.

When we went to our room there was a squatter inside ! The outer door locks to the hotel were broken and there were several people lingering around. When we opened our room a man was already in it and yelled at us and told us it was his room. I went back to the lobby to address the problem and my husband said the man took his stuff and left so he was clearly squatting.

Our new room was fine — it was clean and the AC worked and there was hot water, but some of the wall outlets were falling off the wall. We did not feel comfortable so we bolted and blocked the door overnight.

Would never stay there again.

Three of the four lamps in my room had burned-out bulbs, and the fourth had a dilapidated shade that looked like it had been through the wars. None of the outside doors were locked or even latched all night — on the contrary, they were propped open! This place takes $100 deposit off you in case you damage anything— I’m still waiting to have that refunded from my earlier stay. No breakfast available, just disgusting burnt coffee. Oh, and the alarm clock was broken. Sorry, this place is an unsafe dump.

Very run-down property. Trash in the lobby when I arrived, and a cabinet behind the desk was hanging off its hinges. Upstairs hall was missing its baseboards, the wallpaper was peeling, and there was a hole cut in the wall. Candy wrapper on my bedroom floor, hairs in the bathroom, no shampoo, and the toilet kept running — until it started refusing to flush altogether. Mildew behind shower door. Desk light burned out. On the plus side, plenty of outlets, the AC and fridge worked great, I had no problems getting on the internet, and the bed was quite comfortable.

The place was filthy. There was trash over flowing out of every trash can and was on the floor. The parking lot had broken down cars and what looked to be homeless people hanging out. The carpet in the hallway was wrinkled and ir smelled awful. The guy at the front desk was helpful and kind and the room wasn't horrible. At least it smerld decent. Also surprised me with a 100 deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website. Was happy to get out of there.

The property was old and tired. The advertised breakfast did not exist - first thing seen entering the lobby was a sign saying no breakfast. We asked for more towels as there were only two. We were told to give the dirty towels before getting replacements - we went out and just bought skins towels. Finally, it was probably the slowest internet we have ever experienced in a hotel.

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at where I nearly turned and left upon arriving. We came in from a late flight so I booked it as it is close to the airport. The front doors were locked when we arrived. There is a sign to use the \"other door\" but nothing stating where that is. Driving around the parking lot, all the trash cans are overflowed. Garbage just sitting out. The parking lot itself is awful. That should've been my que. Finally I give up and call the front desk as I cant find where to enter. The lady tells me look for the door labeled 2. It is also locked. I have to call again to be let into the building. Mysslf and 4 others guests all were stuck outside. This is all before we have even checked in. Finally entering the building it is awful. You walk in and youll question immediately the smell and if it has bugs. The building is so outdated and the smell is so bad. Its after midnight and I decide to just suck it up. Bad choice. The rooms are worse. Stained comforters, showers that dont turn on, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades. Mostly because everything is so outdated but the pillows are yellow and the carpet isn't even layed flat. (Youll see what I mean) The hotel also doesn't offer shuttle service, be prepared for that. Overall I was hoping it wouldn't be too bad as just a place to sleep. I was wrong. Find literally any other hotel.

Do do not I repeat do not stay at this property. This hotel was the most disgusting place I have ever entered in my life. My room was so filthy. I refused to even shower in it. I checked out after one night immediately went to a different hotel before I would clean myself. There was mold in the bathroom. There were stains on the sheets that looked like fecal matter and potentially make up stains. The walls in my room looked like someone had vomited on them, not cleaned up, and there was streaking from the centerpoint of the vomit. There were bugs on the walls. The TV had a volume limiter that was set so low you could not even hear it while sitting in bed. Seriously save yourself a whole lot of headache and do not attempt to spend a night at this hotel.

What I didn't like? Everything. Very dirty room. Smelled like cigarette smoke, so I had to request a different room so my wife can breath. Parking lot is terrible, full of pot holes, but perfect if you want to destroy your front suspension. Another patron while I was checking in was complaining that there is shuttle service to the airport, but they actually don't. Front door was broken, I had to enter through the back door. Surprised Wyndham puts their name on the property.

Oh and to top it off, security deposit was not returned. We didn't use anything. We bring our own soap, shampoo, toiletries, etc.

Just don't. You will thank me later.

First, just don’t stay here. It’s not worth however little you are paying.

Check in was easy I guess because the guy only asked for ID, my credit card, and if I had pets. Then he slid me room keys and told me which door to use to get to the room. No greeting, no anything.
To get to the back of the property where our room was we had to drive through a parking lot that had HUGE craters in it. If you have a low car beware. When opening the door to get to the hall for our room we were met with a very strong marijuana smell. Then you notice the walls are literally crumbling. Our actual room smelled musty. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns in the bedding and curtains. The shower, ceiling, and curtains were all dirty. The only good thing was we never saw any bugs (surprisingly). There also wasn’t any “Do Not Disturb” sign for our door but that’s ok because we never saw any cleaning staff in any of the halls while we were there.
When I booked it said they served breakfast but there was a huge sign in the lobby stating there was no breakfast.
Sadly I have nothing positive to say about this place.

There is no elevator. The bathroom had mold in the corner of the shower. We didn’t feel safe. The property was not maintained as there were weeds around the building and the parking lot was riddled with potholes. There was no breakfast. The overall experience was no more than a two star hotel. When we return, we will be staying at another hotel.

Literally got to my room and moved the pillow to get in bed to find mouse poop. Not just a little mouse poop. I had already paid an Uber to pick me up from the airport and drop me off here because there was no shuttle. When we got there the front door (main entrance) was broken so the Uber had to drive me to the back where it was a little sketchy. I needed a room for about 6 hours, but was not staying here! I gathered my things and went to the front desk. Handed them my key and said I was checking out because there was mouse poop in my bed. He didn’t seem all that surprised. I had already called HGI who sent their shuttle over to pick me up!!! Do not stay here!

The room didn’t have a bar of soap, nor cups. Weak toilet and the TV didn’t work. Despite the website indicating a free shuttle to the airport, there was no shuttle service at all. The website said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast. It ended up costing me much more to stay here because of the transportation costs I incurred. The only part of my stay in Minneapolis that I disliked was this hotel.

The parking lot is awful. The whole hotel smelled like an old smoking building. The beds were curved and sunken in the middle. The shower was leaking water out of the shower doors. The curtains didn’t close and were broken from the top. Huge mold or water stain above the window on ceiling as if top room above us was leaking water. There was no sense of security as in hallway doors were unlocked and open so anyone could walk in at night. Nobody was at the lobby when I arrived to check in. Parking lot had animal crates outside and trash everywhere.

Most of the amenities that are claimed on the Expedia website, such as shuttle services and free breakfast, were not offered. They did provide wifi, but it was so bad you couldn't watch videos.

The shower barely worked, the mattress should have been replaced 10 years ago, the office chair was missing an arm rest, most bedside lamps didn't work. There was nothing redeeming about this place.

Bathrooms at check in out of order, had to wait until got into filthy room. Slept fully clothed and wouldn’t dare use their shower. When I arrived:
First, the parking lot was in total disrepair and very dirty.
Second, When I went to the Front Desk, the Receptionist told me I was at the wrong Hotel and sent me to another La Quinta 4 miles away. That Hotel sent me back saying I was at the right Hotel initially; and they have sent me to a wrong hotel. ! So an hour and a half later, when I returned to La Quinta at Nicollet Ave, the Receptionist
checked me in efficiently.
Third, the Room and bathroom were in acceptable condition.
Fourth, when I returned late evening after a tiring meeting, the front door was shut with a shutter and a sign asking guests to use the back door # 2. Had to walk around the Hotel Building to get in.
Fifth and last and most important, when I booked, I chose the option which \"included breakfast\" at the Hotels.com site. There was a big sign at the reception that there is NO BREAKFAST.
What a disastrous stay. Please do not put La Quinta Hotels on your website for customers.

The place is a complete Sh**hole. Parking lot is a mess, junk and garbage everywhere. Front door broken, had to drive around to the back dodging pot holes and garbage. Not a family friendly hotel. Went in reluctantly to inform them that we would not be staying there. Front desk attendant was too busy on the phone and talking to two very scantily dress women. In our opinion they were looking for a place to conduct business. We were so disgusted we left and went to a nice clean family friendly hotel.

The place was not well maintained! It appeared there were homeless people sleeping in the lobby. There was a sign stating that there was \"No Breakfast\"! The parking lot was full of large potholes. The front door did not work so you had to enter from the rear. A man pushing a cart approached us at the counter and said that this was a \"great place to stay\". The clerk allowed us to cancel or reservation. Do NOT consider this hotel!!!

When I arrived to check in, there were four police cars in the parking lot, with officers coming and going from the hotel. Naturally concerned, I asked the front desk if everything was okay. The only response I received was, “It’s fine, it’s safe to stay here.”

The property itself was in poor condition. The parking lot was filled with potholes, and the hotel appeared dirty and poorly maintained. My room had mold on the ceiling, the mattress sagged noticeably in the middle, and the shower fixture was barely attached to the wall.

Around 2:00 a.m., guests were repeatedly slamming room doors, and people were constantly walking up and down the hallway, making it nearly impossible to sleep. When I called the front desk to report the noise, I was told there was nothing they could do about it.

Overall, the condition of the hotel and the lack of response to guest concerns did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, or customer service.

This is an inexpensive but adequate hotel close to the airport. The parking lot is full of deep pot holes, the front door doesn't open, the carpet in my room was wet (wall to wall), and one pillow and some areas of the room reeked of what smelled like urine. However, the room was only $50. No breakfast or coffee ingredients in the room, but it was quiet and roomy inside. I had no delusions as to what it would be like since the price was so cheap. The outside doors did not lock (except for the front door, which was locked and had a sign telling people to go around to the back door for entry); nonetheless, I felt safe.

Breakfast was non-existent the day I was there, just coffee. Not a great place, but nothing I could complain too much about since the price was so cheap. This stay was an absolute nightmare. I arrived alone at night to find the main entrance completely broken and locked. The parking lot was pitch black, riddled with potholes, and had no painted parking spaces. There was no signage, forcing me to ask loitering men in the dark where to check in. I was told to walk to a side emergency exit. I felt incredibly unsafe.

The room itself was disgusting and broken. It was boiling hot because the AC barely worked, and the curtains were dragging over the unit. The bathroom sink drain was broken and full of random dark hair. The carpet was torn, and there wasn't even a basic alarm clock.

Don't be fooled by the advertised amenities. The \"complimentary breakfast\" does not exist—they only have coffee. The fitness room was a sweltering 90 degrees with only three machines. When I complained to the front desk, the two women were rude, defensive, and refused to get a manager, just handing me a scrap piece of paper with an email address.

This property is unsafe, unmanaged, and completely rundown. Do not book here.

Complete dump - false photos - no functioning shuttle, no complementary breakfast, they lock the public bathrooms near the lobby, room was dingy and run down (two lights out, dirty curtains, walls, sheets on backwards, furniture damaged/marked) front door blocked and ‘not functioning’ major potholes in entire parking lot. Smelled like weed in the hallways and seeped in under our door. Seriously, probably the worst motel we’ve ever stayed at. Pay the extra $20 and stay at a decent place. Also - shame on them for completely false advertising with beautiful photos of the amenities.

Parking lot was dark. Entry door wasn't working and had to walk around outside in a dark area to enter the building. Saggy beds. Didn't feel safe.

The parking lot is full of potholes. The main office is hard to get into due to construction. The building and surrounding area are in poor condition and appear aged. The office, hallways, and interior are nasty, dirty, damaged, and smell gross. The room was abysmal. Everything was dirty, broken, in poor condition, and extremely aged. The room smells terrible

This place is a total dive. The parking lot is an off-roading track. Items in disrepair are left in that condition. If you are looking for a deal, this is it. Remember, you get what you pay for. Goodluck.

NEVER STAY HERE!!! On their website it says that they have shuttle to the airport. This is specifically what I rented the room for. When I checked in, they said they no longer do airport shuttle. They said instead that I had to pay for an Uber which supposedly if I email the management, they will reimburse.

When asked what I should do with my car, they said to leave it in their parking lot at a fee of $15.00/ night. This will not be reimbursed!

They didn't ask me for any information about my vehicle (make, model license plate #), I had to bring it up to secure that my vehicle won't get towed. They gave me a blank piece of paper to write the information down on. They didn't even have a form or anything for me to fill out. Pretty shady if you ask me. I also had to ask for a receipt for the money I paid for parking.

When I told them that they are doing false advertising by saying online that they do shuttle, they had the nerve to say depending on when I booked my room, the website was correct. When I said I had just booked it two days prior, they had no words.

The hotel is a dump. The parking lot is all potholes. Things didn't work everywhere you looked and overheard from other guests. The carpet in the hallways was all stained and in one spot looked like bleach was spilled on it. Our room was on the second floor and of course, they don't have an elevator.

I have NEVER had such a horrible experience at a hotel!!!

Broken windows and doors all around. Windows near check in counter were so dirty you couldn’t see through them. Filthy carpet and missing trim looked like it was torn off. Smelled skunky like stale pot smoke. They advertised airport shuttle and when we arrived we were told they didn’t have that. I didn’t care about a refund; just glad to get out of there. Went to a different hotel.

The basin had water leak. The bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work. No morning breakfast was available though it was in the advertisement. No airport shuttle available. Reminder that there is \"No elevator\" - in case you have heavy luggage and they offer you room upstairs.

I wasn't even willing to try the breakfast because of too many issues from get go. Main entrance/handicapped pk area blocked off, forcing us to walk around the hotel to a back door; rediculous amount of potholes in drive way, didnt have the 1st floor room requested a month in advance. toilet pressure so low a plunger was requested/didnt have one-had to switch rooms; worst bed Ive ever slept in a hotel-every spring felt. Four fans set up in front of our room door for some unresolved leak. wallpaper falling from lobby walls, all the curtains needed rehanging. it was HORRIBLE. SHOULD NOT HAVE THE LA QUINTA NAME.

Drove up to the front. Door was busted and entrance moved. Very hard to enter.
Also, not your fault, but road construction made it hard to get to. The parking lot was full of bad potholes.

I wish there had been some warning.

The door to the room would not close. I had to lift it to close the door. The free shuttle to the hotel was horrible. It said you need to call for a pick up, so I did. They said the van would be there in 10 to 15 mins. Myself and another guess waited 45 mins with no one showing up. We tried to call the property and no answer. We then payed for a lift. When we got to the hotel the doors were locked. It to a while to get someone on the phone to open the doors. When we got in they said they the person driving the van stopped at 10pm. The place is really run down. I will never stay there again.
