Molly
The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was that most of the outlets were very loose and we were unable to charge our devices.
Mai
Nice staff. The manager let us check in early at 2pm which was nice due to exhausted kids. The hotel is a bit run down from the look of the furniture in the lobby and rooms but it was clean. Pool was nice.
Robbie

Great location - close to the airport and the Minnesota Valley nature preserve
Todd
Very friendly and efficient staff. Hotel was clean and welcoming with good amenities and a convenient location. Positive experience all the way around!
Tanzania
My stay was quite amazing, pet friendly, very clean. Staff was welcoming and had no issues with assisting. My only cons is there were no microwave in the room or ice machines on floors. So you have to continue to go up and down to warm food and get ice bags. It’s a bit inconvenient when you are dealing with health issues. Besides that, I’ll stay again! During me and my dogs difficult time we were able to finally relax in peace. Thank you Hilton!
Alexandra

Great overall experience
Kevin
The room was wonderful. The entire property is well maintained and clean. We ate at the restaurant on site for dinner and it was really good.
Jessica
Staff was great. It was a well located hotel near the airport and various expressways.
John P.
You need to follow up with your taxi service. The staff placed an order for me and checked on it but the taxi never showed up. I switched to Uber which worked well.
Heather
It was an average experience. Comfortable beds and a hot shower. The pool is cold (maybe 67), the hot tubs have been sealed, front desk could have been more proactive asking about digital keys and parking passes to avoid multiple trips to the front desk, in room hvac is very audible going on and off all night.
Susan
Great hotel close to airport. The food was good and the ease of shuttle to airport was seamless. We will stay here again.
Nancy
Friendly staff, very accommodating.
royal
Great stay
Anna
Parking, staff and clean rooms were our top goal and we got above and beyond that! Will definitely stay there again
Gary
Super friendly staff, clean comfortable bef
Meshalai
Great customer service , love that they provide airport shuttle and the hotel is located in a good area near public transportation if you don’t want to uber
Bill A
Overall, a nice room, but the bathroom was small. There was one faux leather chair that had a covering that was dilapidated. The staff we interacted with were quite helpful. They were even able to print out our flight boarding passes for us.
Rudy
Convenient to the airport. Restaurant and bar were very good. Waiters and bar staff were excellent.
Candace
Close to airport. Didn’t like paying for parking in their lot when I paid to stay there.
Sanjeev
A good full service hotel near the airport. Rooms were a bit dated and need updating. Good, comfortable stay otherwise
Jeffrey
Excellent hotel near MSP airport. Airport shuttle from 4:00 AM. Everything was nice but no restaurant and the room service menu was limited.
Beverly
The hotel was very comfortable and clean
We had dinner in restaurant. Our waiter Thomas was very good and the food was good.
We had to take a shuttle at 5am and we were very disappointed there was no coffee in the lobby to drink while we wanted for the shuttle.
We would stay again

Comfortable and clean hotel. Good food at the restaurant - bar.
Margot N.
I highly recommend this hotel. Our room was beautiful with fuse a great bar and pool area. I thought the prices were high at the restaurant, but other than that, I give it an A+.

Very helpful staff. Convenient and safe parking option.
Lora
Food and drinks were very good. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable rooms.
Jennifer
Easy access to airport
Jackie
The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would improve is to have more electrical outlets and/or modern device chargers available in the room. There were very few electrical outlets, and of those that were available, two were so loose they were unusable -- the plug would fall right out as soon as you let go of it. There were some old-style USB charging options, but most devices don't use that style anymore, so unless you bring your own adapter, they aren't usable.
Thomas
Breakfast was a mild disaster. Many people trying to get in just finally turned around nd left after being ignored for over 15 minutes to be sat. Some of us waited it out and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes to even be waited on. Friendly staff, but maybe understaffed? Only 13 people were trying to eat and could hear kitchen staff loud in the kitchen but 2 wait staff just not maybe enough for the 13 patrons trying to eat.
Juan
Easy check in and o site restaurant. Plenty of free parking with a quick friendly route to the airport. Shuttle is available as well if needed
Kari
What stood out most was the service we received from our waitress each morning at breakfast. Megan was phenomenal! She was always very friendly, welcoming and attentive! It was a pleasure dining, when she was helping us!
John
Malfunctioning climate control with apathetic staff response.
Kathy
The bar/restaurant staff and food were a plus. The room was cold: heat was turned off for the summer and we had to request a space heater and extra blankets. The bathroom sink had debris in it. We cleaned it and more horrible particles appeared. I could not even brush my teeth. Looked like bed sheets had been used.
Michele
Welcomed us at 12:45 am with no complaints.
Laurie
nice place to stay
John
Dated property but was sufficient for a quick airport layover stay
JEFF
Check in was quick and the staff was very helpful. They didn't take anything for granted even though I have stayed her many times before. I was granted like a valued customer.
Bao
Friendly staffs and room is cleaned.
Dara
The room was too warm at night and the air would not cool it down.
John
The facilities were as good as expected, the only downside was the tub would not drain. I would Ssggest the buffet for breakfast as the everything bagel was overloaded with butter making it quite greasy.
Amanda
We used the airport shuttle. Was great to the airport but on the way back, we waited for 45 min then ended up getting an UBER. Tried to call the hotel but all I could get was AI agent or automated system. Frustrating. But clean hotel. Great location
Mark
Everything was as it should be.
Mike
Close to airport, but 2 negatives:
1. the commode lid would not stay up for me to pee
2. we called the desk and asked for a wakeup call at 5:45. It never happened, which could have been disastrous for us if we had not woken by ourselves to catch our early plane.

Food and bar service was great
Room - you could see in the room where repairs and maintenance had been done
The air was very moist and humid even away from pool area

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
My flight was cancelled and rescheduled later in the day well after my checkout.
They allowed me to comeback to the hotel after my morning meetings and work from the lobby using the hotel wifi. I later took the hotel shuttle to the airport. Very convenient.
I would stay here again.

The plastic flowers outside were awful. The 2benches in the front were partially unbolted from the ground and hazardous.
We found the pool music inescapable from when outdoors- too loud all over!
We stayed in the room late each day and Housekeeping only managed to come for brief visits 2 days… we had to request things every evening from the front desk- including toilet paper, which they promised to leave a note about , but which had no effect. Glasses were never washed or replaced. And in addition to running out of toilet papet, we also ran out of Kleenex and washrags and hand towels.
HOWEVER, everyone at the front desk save one, was extremely pleasant and helpful. (Even tho they couldnt help us with our boarding passes.) The wait staff was great! We hope Jeanie’s bee sting is better.

The rooms are always clean and fresh at this Hilton. The checking process was quick
Rebecca
The property was clean; staff helpful; and the bed very comfortable!
Patricia
Dry convient to the airport especially for a one night business trip.
Gregory
The property was clean and staff was courteous and helpful. However, I had some issues with maintenance. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. And, alarmingly, my card key didn’t work after I stepped out for breakfast. I had to wait for security to come and open it, causing me to delay my departure for the airport where I had a flight to catch. I didn’t miss the flight but I was disappointed for this being a Hilton brand hotel.
MICHAEL
First time I stayed at this property was around 20 years ago very nice. Stayed here 2 or 3 times since. Property and rooms are showing age big time.
First thing I notice is broken tile as I enter the lobby, my bathroom sink was leaking and old. Room 1101.
Time to get it back in shape.

The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay.
Kelly
My room was filthy. I had a late check out, but didn't use it because the room was so dirty and shower clogged so water pooled at ankles
Josh
The bar and the restaurant have very good dedicated staff, all have been there for several years.
Tammy
Got in very late and they were very accommodating and got us into our room quickly. The bed was amazing and room was clean and quiet.
Amy
Fantastic staff! I communicated with the hotel regarding the airport shuttle before my overseas flight departure. It isn't 24 hours, but I had the coordination within the drive time that ends at 11pm. My travel companion was much later, so at least I could tell her she would have to find other means. On arrival, I arranged for a late checkout, luggage storage, and for her to pick up a key at the desk when she got there. In trying to use the shower, I actually pulled the handle off to turn the water on (the cartridge was sedimented stuck). When I let the desk know, they called maintenance right a way to fix it. Someonepromptly arrived at the room. We didn't use any of the amenities or restaurant, but it was a great Hilton stay after a long haul flight.
Roger
Everything was top notch. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.
Wate
I don’t feel like this can be called a Hilton pretty ghetto vibe
Yvobert
Breakfast was good.
Sharon
Easy ride to airport for early departures. Clean rooms
Theresa
The hotel and staff were awesome and helpful—just the type of friendly professionals one would expect from a high-end business.
Lina
The employees at the front desk were so helpful. Great staff.
The restaurant wait staff weren’t as helpful. They were not friendly and attentive to our request.

Airport Shuttle is great!
Jennifer
Bed was very hard. Bathroom very tight quarters and water pressure was only so-so. For the price and being Hilton, I expect more. Many details missed that wouldn't be as big of a deal if this was a Motel 6. They tried but it didn't deliver to my expectations.
Noreen
We have stayed here many times over the padt 15 years. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Room temperature is always a challenge; never able to cool it down enough.
Steven
This is a pleasant hotel with decent, clean and quiet rooms. Everything worked as expected. The restaurant was a disappointment and it is not easy to go anywhere else if you don’t have a car. The menu is very limited and the food was just OK.
sarah
Decent
ROSLIN
Everything was wonderful and the staff were super
Todd
Nice location, close to the airport and Mall of America. Also, there is a wilderness preserve right across the street if you want to hit the trails, which was a pleasant surprise.

Friendly and clean property

Last minute stay due to missed flight. Airport shuttle was easy to arrange, even with a late evening arrival.

Overall, the Hilton in Minneapolis Airport was very clean and the stuff was accommodating. We enjoyed the restaurant bar after we had arrived late in the evening.
We had an early morning flight and the shuttle driver was the most kind and accommodating person we had meet during our trip. A very nice person.

Jolene
It was clean, but we needed to get a space heater for our room since the heat was not turned on in early April in Minnesota. Also inconvenient to have to go down to the front desk to get ice.
Angela
Sadly the hot tub is no longer an amenity. Didn't state that on the website during booking. Was disappointed that it was no longer a feature. The pool was nice.
Sarah
One thing to keep in mind is that this is a cashless property and they charge for parking in a parking lot that is not covered or protected at all. I was unaware of the cashless restaurant/bar and had not brought my card down, so I had to charge to my room. Was also frustrated on the cost of the parking, as it made zero sense since I was in an open lot and it wasn’t downtown or anything. Room was not super clean in the bathroom, as I saw mold on the ceiling and the shower didn’t drain. Staff was awesome. I especially loved the bartender and the front desk staff. Overall, the property is a bit older and could use renovations. The staff makes up for it, just remember to bring your card or be prepared to charge food n drinks to your room.
Troy
I almost always stay here when I fly out of Minneapolis.
Jon
Poor airflow in room. Temp barely worked. Out dated. No hottub in pool area anymore. Disappointing Hilton is becoming such a cheap brand.
Travis
Great place to stay.
Nancy
We were there only overnight. Ground transport in the morning to the airport was prompt and courteous.
