We were upgraded to an executive suite. It was incredibly nice!! Very clean. Well stocked. Great view! We had access to the lounge and there were many great options for food and drink. All complimentary. Breakfast was complimentary as well. I love that it is connected to the Mall of America. We saw a movie in the mall. It a short walk from Radisson Blu. I will definitely stay here again. I will be booking the executive suite. The amenities alone are worth it.

I don't remember requesting a handicapped accessible room, if I did, it's on me. The room is starting to show it's age. Chair at the desk was badly worn. There was actual tape on the carpet in an attempt to repair it. The bathroom design, while I understand it was handclapped accessible, left 0 room for anything near the sink to get ready in the morning. The sink design is terrible as it dosent slop enough to push everything down it.

Recently stayed at the Radisson Blu MOA and was pleased with the room, the staff, and the convenience to the Mall. The thing I can't quite get over is spending $461 for two nights and then being hit with another $48 ($24/night) for parking. The site lists \"off street parking\" but anyone who has been to MOA knows there is really no \"off street parking\". I would think a parking space in your ramp would be included in the room charge. I will rethink where I stay next time.

The room was clean, the beds are comfortable but we couldn’t turn the heat in the room down, so our sleep was terrible. We ate and had drinks at the Firelake restaurant and everything was very enjoyable. The two wait staff seemed very pleasant but rushed ( understaffed for a Saturday night).

We were upgraded to a studio and it was very clean, a large space and beautiful soaking tub with separate shower. It was very quiet and so nice to be able to walk out of our room and walk around the mall of America.

If you plan on using the light rail services and are returning back to the hotel after the mall is closed, you need to walk outside and around the mall to get back to the hotel main entrance. If you are alone, this can be very unsafe and the hotel staff (Scott) were absolutely useless in assisting, we were very disappointed with the level of service. For what you pay to stay at this hotel they should have a person who can meet you at the light rail station at the mall to escort you back safely to the hotel. This experience has tainted my opinion to ever stay there again.

Very swanky hotel, a bit high if you’re traveling with family but great location and very clean. The beds didn’t have anything but sheets on them so I froze all night and another guest mentioned the same thing. Also had a ADA accommodation request they didn’t fulfill which was to be in lower floor and close to elevator.

Was disappointed that the pool was closed and that our room didn’t have more amenities than we thought. It was super convenient being close to MOA and having a restaurant in the hotel but the hotel had an event going on which made it difficult to get dinner. Besides being close to the Mall, easy parking and clean that would be the only reason to stay again. We might find something a little more family friendly the next time we stay in the cities.

We arrived for a weekend at MOA and had chosen this hotel for the proximity to MOA and for the indoor pool. Upon arrival we noticed a sign at the front desk that the pool was under renovation. Obviously this was a huge disappointment as we had purposely booked this hotel knowing this would be an amenity. The front desk team was apologetic but were quick to be defensive about how it was “listed on their website.” Upon further research, it is in fact not clearly listed nor is their a pop up alert when booking to inform families of this renovation and closure. They did give us complimentary Mini golf tickets, but again, we could have stayed at numerous other hotels close by with a pool.

Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Not too happy about that. Otherwise, all of the employees were awesome! Special thank you to the front desk staff and Troy from room service for their care and compassion! Spring Break 2026 trip was pretty cool.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Was a bit worn down in terms of some of the furniture (some peeling of the covers, hard water stains in the shower) but nothing crazy. Overall super enjoyed our stay. People were so polite and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

Hi, this was the first time in many stays at the Radisson Blu that a staff member did not open my door and walk in without knocking.

I ordered breakfast from room service and it tasted great and arrived quickly.

The bed is so comfortable.

The room was okay but the linens and public use facilities were dirty and worn out. Staff did not include a concierge and staff was not knowledgable, could not recommend restaurants, spas etc. Spa on location was shut down. Dinner host could not provide any information on advertised special event. Shuttle to \"nearby locations\" could never take us anywhere we asked to go, we were told \"it is not possible\". Very frustrating.

Overall experience as a whole was great. Hotel location with a skybridge to the mall was very convenient. Unfortunately, Expedia did not disclose that their pool was closed and it was one of our main reasons for the trip and choosing this hotel. Kids were truly bummed out. Hotel comped our parking, but I would have preferred to know about the pool closure so I could look for a different hotel.

Pool was closed, as seems the current practice for many hotels who want to save money, my card was swiped twice for incidentals - resulting in two separate holds, and the carpet in the hallway of the 7th floor had stains and showed its age. The onsite restaurant was amazing and saved the stay!!!! Our King Room 714 was clean and adequate, but the room furniture and chair showed wear.

Just a bunch of unemotional staff. Always felt kine just another nimber or at times a burden to the staff. Shuttle drivers were great! Everyone else was terrible. Restaurant was iver priced and staff was not friendly. Rooms were very clean.

The staff are very welcoming and the newly refurbished rooms are nicely done and spatious. Only criticism is that the bathroom fan is permanently on, so if you're a light sleeper you'll notice that. Staff-was pleasant, welcomed me, but failed to explain which floor I was on. I did know the room number. Had to come back down the escalator to find out (was my first time staying there).

Shops nearby-Mall of America, what more can I say. Plenty of shops and places to eat minutes walking distance from your room. There’s also a IHOP across the street, and a IKEA a Uber drive away. Walmart Neighborhood Market is 1.2 miles away.

Air conditioning-only goes up to 76 degrees, but works well.
Convince is what you are paying for when you rent these rooms.
