Nice renovated but location is not the best one does need a car. Gym not all that well equipped. Staff super nice. All in all a good experience.
Nancy A
The property is easy to access from the major Hwy system. It is nice that they have a restaurant in house but the prices they charge seem to be excessive.
Jonah
Room was clean and the stay was quiet. The building is wel maintained. There is no continental breakfast which is inconvenient but there is a Starbucks available in the building. The central courtyard is very pretty.
Denise
Very clean room. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Parking was not a problem.
Phillip
It was a great room for the price.
Kevin
Everyone was friendly. Staff took care of us, both our shuttle drivers, David and Jason were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was not included.

Excellent / effortless check in. Engaged and personable staff. Our room was just what we had hoped although if i had any gripes it was: 1) water pressure in the shower was quite extreme 2) no fan in bathroom so extremely steamy and 3) no continental breakfast or options (limited to cafe) was a bit of a blow BUT these were overall minute complaints for our overnight stay.
Ajay
Clean room and staff was excellent. Special mention to Betty who was at reception.
Full marks to her.
God bless her

No breakfast option. Terribly over priced Starbucks sandwiches and coffee. Go a mile down the street and find an actual Starbucks.
Paid parking only, and right under the airport flight path.
Bed was as lumpy and crap as you could imagine.

Nice quiet location. Friendly front desk staff.
Parking: I’m surprised and disappointed at the hotel charging parking fees!! And that too in your OWN parking lot?!
As a corporate decision, this is bad. It feels like you’re trying to nickel and dime the customers wherever you can. I know I know. It’s the corporate policy and all. There is never an end to greed.
I hope the higher ups actually read these reviews.

Very convenient to airport. Helpful staff. Nice bar/restaurant. Will stay again!

Parking was $10 a night, but that’s fair pricing due to the proximity to the airport
Courtney
We went for the night of the Morgan Wallen concert. We called to let them know we might not be able to get there by midnight, the show ended at 1140. They said they would make a note in our room reservation. However when we showed up the doors were locked and no one at the desk for 20 minutes and couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone. Needless to say our neighbors were loud and we were told they were tight on rooms, we reserved months ago. We won’t be staying there for our next concert. Parking is 10.00 which is insane considering the room costs at a hotel that smelled musty and old with new paint.
Alison
I tried calling for the shuttle from the airport but never got through. I took an extra bee and the hotel refused to even consider reimbursing me even though I showed them that I had tried to call several times and couldn’t get through.
Marci
Very close to the airport with reliable shuttle service.
Cathy
Shuttle was efficient; hotel lobby and room was extremely clean, bed comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately we had a mix-up about the prepaid breakfast, but the charge was removed. I would stay there again.

Great

Good location. Just a short drive to outlets, restraunts and Mall of America isnt too far either. It's a quiet area and felt safe.
Alberto
The staff was always helpful, specially during check-in when I had to extend my stay because of the weather.
The rooms were clean and the lobby was confortable.

What was irritating is that I had to pay to park when I was staying there. I can see if I was just using you as a extended park lot, but I was staying there. I will never use your place again.
John
Good location near the airport
Rondy
The bottom of the shower looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a year, the towels were like cardboard. Robin at the front desk was fantastic though, you should make her the manager
Brandon
First floor rooms are outdated and beds are positioned weird compared to the TV. Also, have to pay for parking in their lot even if you are staying there.
Conner
Typical Business Airport. Clean room
Riva
The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Ann-Marie
The room and overall property were great. My only complaint was that I called three times for the shuttle, waited an hour and 20 minutes. Finally called an Uber.
david
Check in was very slow, I arrived on a Friday evening lots of people checking in and asking questions about the shuttle and only one worker! Hotel was clean, beds comfortable!
Geonna
I didnt take the shuttle
Rachel
Friendly staff, even when an item was forgotten after checking out, we were allowed back to the room to retrieve it.
Peter
The Courtyard in Mendota Heights was fantastic. It was clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. I’m not crazy about the $10 parking fee with whole separate onsite registration to a third party, for place in a wide open suburban location.
Thomas
All good

“My stay was perfect! The staff were amazing—so helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable in every way. I highly recommend staying here and will absolutely return whenever I fly through MSP. A truly great experience!”
Kim
Clean room, great front desk staff
Elizabeth
Yes. Staff was great!

Very nice room, easy check in and out, and nice breakfast
william
Heater in room sounded like a ice-maker. Swimming pool has glass ceiling that's fractured and ready to fall out of frame and slice anyone swimming in the pool. Very dangerous. Tried to buy a coffee from onsite bistro and that failed because they don't accept Legal Tender. Tried to buy a snack (ice cream) from the front desk but the front desk tattoo-woman couldn't unlock her work-station. A day after I checked out my debit card suddenly had several unauthorized charges. Had to cancel the card and reissue.
Timothy
Nice place, good shuttle service
Kimberly
Nothing really stood out
Brian
Everything above, love they had a outdoor patio, I would definitely stay again
Curtis
The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable for our one night stay - what more could anyone ask?
Also the shuttle to the mall and airport was excellent!

Truly, this hotel was very nice and exceeded my expectation given what I paid for the hotel room. It was worth the value and the only reason I rated great verses excellent as it was not that caliper of a hotel to warrant that rating. The room was clean, conveniently close to the airports and had some nice amenities.
Patrick

Staff very helpful & friendly .. shuttle to airport a plus ..

Busy check in time with one person but she handled it smoothly. Clean with friendly accommodating staff. Good location close to airport. Shuttle service on time. Will stay here again.

The staff was excellent. All were very friendly and hospitable.
Breakfast was very tasty, maybe a little pricey, but wonderful just the same.
The rooms were very fresh looking.
Beds were maybe a little to soft for my taste and comfort.
Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Newly renovated
Room was beautiful! I had a terrible experience at another area hotel last year and was thrilled to walk into this lovely facility. Was there only overnight, so I did not use any facilities; but for my purposes, it was perfect.
Robert
This place sucks
When a hotel says \"Free airport shuttle,\" you expect the shuttle to show. After waiting an hour at Terminal 2 and calling 4 times, being told the shuttle is \"20 minutes away\" every time, I took a Lyft. The rooms were tiny, the rooms were not insulated from the sound of the airline traffic, and the staff could not be bother to give a single whit.

Clean room and new facilities

We stayed in room 139. The bathtub drained very slow and the shower head flow could have been better. It would be nice to have more charging plug ins on the night stand, too. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
Richard
Loved the access to trails nearby, convenient to the airport and MOA, quiet location and the shower pressure was to die for!!
Brandy
Perfect Weekend Trip
The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, went out of their way to help make guest feel welcomed and well taken care of. The food was delicious!! The area was perfect, not too busy, parking was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience 10/19
Andrew
Staff was out standing, very polite, and helpful!
Todd
Quite commercial/business area, right off the interstate and other major hwys for easy excess to the area, convenience store just south of the hotel on Pilot Knob Rd. for gas or items, other food options even further south. Have never had a problem when staying here.
michele
It was very nice and the rooms were beautiful.
Kari
The property is incredibly clean, friendly and welcoming, would recommend.
Linda
The staff were all very nice and accommodating. They were able to pick me up from the airport and take me to the mall whenever I was ready. On my last day, they took me to the mall after I left my luggage at the hotel and when they picked me up they had my luggage so that they could take me directly to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.
Aryanna
The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and nice. I wish there were a few more pillows on the bed.

Situated near the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport in a quiet area. Hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable. You will need to drive to other areas for food and activities, but that is the charm of the place making it a quiet place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of other hotels closer to the airport.
Tradyn
We arrived at 1 am and was told they did not have a room available to us. They had to “clean” a room and it took an hour before we were able to get in. When we got in the room there were food crumbs on the chair and floor and dirty towels still in the room. We just accepted it due to the late hour.
Staff was apologetic and I felt bad for them.

Quite and clean even with close proximity to airport.

Quiet, Clean, and Efficient
We had a 5am flight out of MSP and needed a place with a 24 hour airport shuttle. The hotel was quiet, check-in was a breeze, and the shuttle was on time and efficient. The only thing that was weird was the formation of the furniture in the room. Made for a different vibe.
Yolanda
I’d stay again
Joseph
Very customer centric staff and environment. Terrific staff who were always a pleasure to interact with.
Jose
good for a very short trio
It was good, the bar closes way too early, and not even complementary coffee
Isaac
Very nice and helpful staff
Gary

This is a very nice hotel convenient to the airport, it was very clean. The staff was friendly. I have a really bad neck and low back and the mattresses excellent for me. The condiments for For the coffee had not been restocked, but the front desk gave me what I needed. The one thing I will say is they don’t have microwaves in the room, but that was OK for me. The shuttle was convenient.
Todd
Have stayed here multiple time with no problems. Location is near major hwys for easy commute to the Twin Cities or other locations. Will stay at again
Sara
We were greeted by front desk even though we came in after midnight. she got us checked in quickly and got us bottled water to take to our room. thank you
Mary

Hands down the nicest night shift person I have ever encountered in my travels.
