Staff was very helpful and accommodating, needed late checkout, breakfast was good, loved having free shuttle to airport.
Genalin
Breakfast is very good
Brian
We had a good stay. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.
We did not use the pool or gym.

The room was spacious and very clean, but apparently a previous guest had put dirty wash clause with makeup on them inside the bag with the blow dryer, and of course, housekeeping would never have thought to check the bag with the blow dryer. The rooms smelled musty. Other than that, the stay was great and I would like to give a shout out to Stephanie, a server in the restaurant, who was amazing.
Samantha
There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Other than that it was pretty good. Bed was super comfortable. The tv was good. Shower didn’t have great water pressure but good enough. Parking was super convenient.
Demi
The rooms were spacious
Howard
Decent transient hotel near MSP airport. A bit noisy from the nearby freeway but decent rooms and comfy beds. Only negative: the breakfast wasn’t very good.
Sandra
Convenient to the airport as I had a short trip. Coffee available all day! Shuttle to airport was appreciated. Room had everything I needed. Comfy bed! I would definitely stay here again.
Lynda
The airport shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel and it did not disappoint. Our driver, Vick was very helpful, professional and appreciated.
Melody
Nice hotel. Friendly staff, and good breakfast options. I dont like that you have to pay for parking, but I understand a lot of hotels are doing that now. It's ridiculous to do that to already paying customers.
Armand
Room and facilities clean, staff extremely courteous and helpful, shuttle driver and service timely and professional. Very enjoyable !
Caroline
Great place to stay. Breakfast was wonderful as was the staff. Close to airport.
William
Efficient check in and helpful front desk.
Ian
Convenient location. But the shuttle only runs once an hour. The room felt very unclean. The carpet was darn right gross. Breakfast was horrible. The room at night was super bright. Made it hard to sleep the lights outside of the room blasted into the room and the curtains did practically nothing. But on the positive side, the bed was super comfortable.

A very dated non maintained hotel. Staff was less than friendly when inquiring about airport shuttles, the main reason for its existence and the entire facility was dirty.
HARSHAL
Hotel was excellent, Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and specially the ambience was very good. Overall very good for families.
Lee
When booking the room - we were NOT informed that there would be an additional parking fee.
The breakfast bar was nice as it had scrambled eggs and fresh fruit options of mixed berries and also melon. But it did not have any yogurts which would have been a nice addition to the fruit.

I may have had my expectations set higher than they should have been. I was expecting it to be a similar level as a Hampton Inn or Spring Hills Suites but this property desperately needs their renovation to be completed. The good news they are in the process of renovating - I'm hoping the room I was in has not been updated yet.
Good news is that their staff was very helpful when I checked in, but they seemed spread thin trying to wait on bar customers and also check in guests. The room was supposed to be a king room, but I ended up getting a room with two double beds, THESE ARE NOT QUEEN beds. Surprisingly though the bed was quite comfortable. Again, I'm hoping the room had not been updated yet because the carpet had gaps where it did not meet the transitions and left the underfloor showing. The lighting in the room wasn't great. The AC struggled to keep up at the temperature I set. The TV was frustrating as the guide button did not work and the instructions on their site that came up when you scanned the QR code did not work. The TV seemed to have a Roku stick attached to it but no Roku remote. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful but a bit of poor execution on food quality. The seating area definitely needs to be addressed. The large couch crowds the tables on the far side of the lobby. Overall, I'll likely give this hotel some time to get their renovation completed then may consider another stay.

This placed served our purposes for a one-night stay after a quick trip to Mpls. This place definitely isn't fancy, but it worked. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The beds were definitely not queen beds but doubles instead - glad it was just two of us. Comforters were lumpy and need to be switched out for new ones. TV was hit or miss - we finally found a channel that worked after searching for quite a while. Breakfast was the highlight with lots of options. The seating area for breakfast is extremely limited with only a very few tables, all of which were taken when we arrived, so we sat in the lobby on a couch. They also charge $15 per night for parking, which we didn't know until we arrived but I may have missed it in the listing. Overall, I would stay here again for a quick overnight, but nothing more.
Nicole
Staff was friendly, they had a shuttle for the airport that was easy to use, and they had good selection of breakfast items, hot and cold available.
Christina
For a quick night of sleep, this place was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful.

Convenient location to the airport.

This property was undergoing renovation when we were there. It was an ok stay. We waited for a bit for someone to come to the desk when checking in. The room looked clean.

The hotel is being renovated. The staff didn't seem to know what floors were rentable. Was given a room on a floor that was not done.
Otherwise, the stay was good. However, I have never been in a room with so few electrical outlets with many inaccessible

Jeremy
We had an excellent stay and appreciated the services.
Ann
A basic, near-AirPort stay, but had all the basics for a quick night. The pool and fitness center were very basic but clean and nice. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The place needs updating in the nooks and crannies but sounds like they are working on that. My only complaint is the styrofoam plates and plastic forks in the dining area! I thought styrofoam was banned. But overall, a great short stay
Jenni
Not the quality level you would expect from this brand.

Clean, convenient to airport and MOA. Reasonably priced and helpful staff. breakfast options and above average hotel coffee.
Sara
Room was clean and comfortable.

Shuttle service was amazing
James
Room had candy on the floor and food in the refrigerator. The shower head kept falling off and the AC was very loud.
Hannah
The hotel is currently under construction, and the breakfast was not very good. I would recommend going out for breakfast instead.

I rarely write a negative review, but if someone would've written this and I saw it, I wouldn't have stayed here. This place is a hot mess. I love Hyatt and Hyatt Place, but this is NOT what you would normally expect for a Hyatt Place. It's either one of the first ever built (and it shows) or its lipstick on a pig from another independent hotel acquired. Yes, it has some construction going on, but it wasn't that. The rooms are horribly dated, the bed has coil springs coming through, the elevators actually seem dangerous and the front desk staff... no bueno. When I brought up my dissatisfaction to them (within 30 seconds of arriving in the room) asking for a refund and I'd go elsewhere, they responded with "you've already used the room". We walked in, put our bags down and I picked up the phone. Nothing was "used". They know how bad it is and must just be told to hold firm. Don't get fooled by the cheaper price like I did. Not worth it and half the price!
Jamie
The only thing we liked about this hotel was the pool for the kids and the shuttle to MOA. I can see why they are renovating this hotel- it needs a lot of work. Its old and needs an upgrade. The pictures online made it seem like this was a really nice place but very misleading. The lobby is very small along with our room. The carpet in our room was just gross. Didn't want to sit on the sofa bed. The "free" breakfast was disgusting and very limited choices. Should have stayed at the Embassy suites across the street. Would never come back here, sorry to say.

Great!

Really enjoyed our stay (6 rooms). Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Camille
Great place for hitting the airport in the morning.
Sunnie
They had a nice bar to sit and have drinks. The food was decent as well.
Kristina
You have to pay for parking
Barbara
The fridge was full of half eaten food when we checked in and no apologies were made as waited for someone to finally come clean it out - they did so begrudgingly. The shower was full of hair from previous guests. We wonder if the room was even cleaned.
Jean
Clean room , helpful staff
Richard
No comments. Hotel was under remodeling
april
Airport noise but otherwise very comfortable room - roomy and included everything you could need. Staff members were all super friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was exceptional.
jess
There were no covers on any of the ceiling lights in the room.
The bathroom floor tile was cracked in several spots.
The room was remodeled at some point and the carpet still had pieces missing where there was once a wall.
There were big tears in the wall paper in the hallway.
Breakfast was pretty good.

I got in late, so didn’t get to use any amenities, bed and pillows we’re comfortable. Didn’t make it for breakfast. Staff was very friendly.
Ceeria
They are under construction and I totally understand that as they’re update the hotel, but the parking lot and the view that we had from our room was nothing but like garbage bags and trashed and like was it cleaned up breakfast was decent I can’t complain about that the ice machine by our room did not work so we had to go to the next floor. We also were there for a tournament and requested to have rooms close to our teammates because we book well in advance. We’re checking in we were told for our all by each other and we’re actually spread out bike. Far from each other was kind of sucked for everybody and we’re still trying to stay close as a few.
Joie
They are remodeling so there is a lot of noise during the day. They do have signs up letting guests know they are renovating. The breakfast was limited.
Michelle
Great staff great help easy check-in very clean. Very spacious. Great property don’t bother staying at the Hyatt Regency across the way. Stay at the Hyatt Place.
Susan
Comfortable room and good location if you are flying out early. Check in and check out were super fast. The hotel is being renovated so my room was a little worn, but clean.
Carol
Everything was great besides the strong sewer smell in our room and in the elevator.
Miguel
Terrible experience, I am a frequent visitor of the city and they tried to charge me $40 per car for parking, no other hotel on the area does that
Thomas
Strange shaped room with a useless window and strange odor in the room. Breakfast was okay, no breakfast meat except tortilla filling. Didn’t like finding out “after” reserving the room that there would be an additional charge of $14 to park there!
laura
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious room. We used the shuttle to the airport and it went smooth. We didn’t use the pool but it looked awesome. Will for sure stay again!
Wendi
The room itself was very nice. Very clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and responsive to needs. The hotel was under construction which was not advertised so the lobby, elevator and such were is disarray-hence the lower number.
Mohamed
Customer service and the staff was excellent
Robert
Staff is super nice and friendly, breakfast was better than I thought it would be. Definitely a older hotel and the rooms have some wear.
Cathleen
Very clean and helpful. Breakfast as soon good. I stay here every time I have to fly somewhere.

Huge room for totally responsible price. Only downfall was outside light of hotel was bright and airplane sounds. 100% would stay again

The property is being renovated. No mention on any site. Not terrible but rooms have missing thresholds, non working outlets, holes in the walls, etc.
Staff is great and property is liveable.

Nice room and great breakfast
Michelle
Nice stay for price and area.
Lori
We did not know the hotel was un construction when we booked our stay. Not that it bothered us at all. The hotel definitely needs a refresh. They had issues with public restrooms the free breakfast was okay. Staff was nice.
Julie
The two gentlemen at check-in were helpful, friendly and fun to talk with. The room was clean and spacious. I was only there overnight and left very early in the morning so I cannot speak to the breakfast offered. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.
Jehana
Everything was good. The one comment about cleanliness was that the toilet wasn’t cleaned before we checked in. The bonus was that the hotel provided a shuttle to pick me up after my car rental drop off and also airport drop off. I made sure to tip the driver as he was friendly and kind. The breakfast spread had a variety and the room was so spacious for the money I paid. Will come back again!
Katrina
Stayed with our 3kids and room was clean. The walls needs to be repainted and couches should be replaced.
Alia
The stay was okay . The room I stayed in the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.
