Great Breakfast. Rooms were clean.

Pros:
Close ( walking distance ) to MOA, clean, AC works great, water pressure is strong. Full kitchen. Free Shuttle to and from airport and MOA is a plus plus, drivers are awesome. Breakfast buffet is sufficient (but nothing to rave about).Tea and coffee are available all day. Towels are crisp and new and bright white. TV is easy to navigate. Comfortable bed, soft pillows.
Cons:
Front staff are unfriendly as if they are being forced to help out. I have never seen any of them smile and I stayed for 6 nights. The front lobby is sometimes left with no attendant.
No complimentary bottled water or slippers. The shower floor is slippery so it needs a mat. I always look forward to the amenities like the little pack of sewing kit or shower cap. None of them in this hotel. No restaurant on site. $10 to park overnight. You have to constantly connect to the internet. Need more hangers available to use. No grocery stores you can walk to nearby ( bought bottled water in Walgreens inside MOA, much much cheaper than The hotel.

This may be the only Hotel that I didn’t have to clean bathroom… I love clean things around me. It was comfortable nice older overall there is 10 stars for real.
Trina
The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very spacious.
Mark
Actually a pretty good hotel for families. Also good breakfast. My problem had to do with management. I booked the wrong day for our room and didn’t realize it. I showed up a day earlier than my reservation. They got me a room for that night but wouldn’t refund me for the next day’s room. I paid twice. That’s petty and way below Hilton standards.

Overall it was great.

A great location to Fort Snelling which every Memorial we visit. This hotel fits for 5 very well with room size and beds.
Only negative is sitting outside you have a plane fly overhead and for a few seconds of noise. You never hear them in the hotel.

All the staff we came in contact with were wonderful! The breakfast had a good selection and the room was in excellent condition!
Janell
This hotel and staff were top notch in every aspect during our stay
Ranjeet
Great breakfast selection and taste even though there was a long line and the food is all unnatural as any hotel breakfast. Attentive staff. Parking charge was unnecessary.
Mirko

The room was clean when we went But they did not come and clean while we were gone The breakfast could have been better But there was just too many people going at once And it was hard to get what I want The room we were sleeping in Above us there was a child running back and forth all night Kept me up

First of all, I have to say I’m 70 years old and I have been to a lot a lot of hotels in my time so spending a few days at this particular location was a blessing from God. It was clean as I’ve ever seen anything be clean!
I have to say the staff was a tremendous. They always had a kind word to say in and out of the building during the day and evening, and they were very helpful. Whatever I had a question.. I believe they spoiled me so I don’t want to go anywhere else but a Hilton home2 to suite.
Breakfast was plentiful, hot fresh and very good huge variety of things to choose from. I was very impressed.!
We didn’t use the laundry services however that full life-size refrigerator in our room was the ultimate unexpected treat. Thank you for that.!
Never will I stay in a different hotel if I ever get back to Minnesota thank you for a lovely time. I appreciate you

The hotel was very clean. We walked in while the lady was cleaning the pool area. She was very meticulous. Simon at the front desk was amazing! Breakfast was a great addition. Normally i dont attempt the waffle maker, but i did and now im hooked. So good!
David

I booked here for a weekend getaway with my kids. I am blown away at how clean everything is. The staff were friendly. The pool was well kept. The breakfast was good. Definitely thinking about staying here again.
Stephanie
Perfect family hotel
Laila
Everything was good.
Teresa
Breakfast was mediocre. Fruit was not fresh. Other than weak breakfast, stay was good. Game area was nice and staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean.
Antwonette
Breakfast was great and the establishment was clean.
Jayce
Everything was okay besides everything feeling like they were shoving a (app) in Your face
debbie
This was a great stay. The room was large and having the kitchen was a big bonus for us. The hotel was spotless as was our room.
Linda
Staff was excellent
Jennifer
Breakfast could have been a little better. Toilet paper in the rooms should be fully changed with new rolls at check in
Britni
Staff was very friendly. Perfect for our mini getaway!
Megan
The hotel was a little less than what I've come to expect from Home2Suites and our ac unit was working very funky but in the hotel's defense - I did not notify them. I knew they were sold out.
Shafin
Very clean rooms and property, kind and friendly staff.
Jesse
The air vents in the bathroom didn’t seem to work, which resulted in a somewhat humid room.
Mohammad Ali
Breakfast was nice and simple, very clean room, great staff and amenities.
Amie
This hotel wowed us! The lobby area was beautiful and very family friendly with spots to hang out and play games. The rooms were very spacious and clean (we felt at ease having our toddler crawl around the room). The kitchenette with a full size fridge made meals with young children easy. Having on site laundry was amazing! We will definitely look for this hotel chain wherever we travel from now on.
veasna
It was a nice place to stay, right across the street from MOA.
Alexandrea
The hotel was clean, the room and amenities were spacious, and the staff was accommodating. Truly impressed with the staff and upkeep of the facilities, all at a very reasonable price. If you are planning a trip I highly recommend staying here.

Melissa
The room was spotless and breakfast had great choices.
Dana
Everything was perfect; great sized rooms, nice amenities, and very clean!
Charles
Check in was ez. Pool is small for tye size of the hotel. Staff dimmed the lobby lights and told us we cant play pool or games in the lobby . Breakfast was horrible. Pancke machine barley worked and always ran out. The staff would took 4 ever to refill. Coffee wqs cold. Parking was challenging to find a spot. Otherwise park far from entrance. Shower pressure was low. Room was clean.
Amanda
Room was clean. Staff friendly and awesome hotel breakfast
Maira
Great experience, all clean and the staff was extremely nice, definitely we will be back!
Luis
This property was welcoming to pets. The room was very nice and clean. It is a very nice place to stay as a family as well. The only problem that I saw was that some of the staff could be a little more friendlier, and with a more happier look on their face.
Craig
Everything was as stated.staff was very professional
Zinnia
The room was very clean and spacious, the AC/heating system was very efficient. The space truly felt like home away from home. There was a convenient shuttle that took us to the mall and anywhere that we needed that was close and it picked us up. The staff were helpful, sometimes didn’t seem extremely inviting, but did their job to assist guests when asked
Rachel
Our stay was very nice. We had everything we needed.
Cindy
Sad to learn no hot tub at premises....pool water was cooler than expected, never warmed up while swimming
Even though shuttles were available, had to pay each day for parking in hotel lot, added expense which is uncalled for

Louis
Excellent place.
Christa
Spacious rooms, ease of check in, loved the shuttle, friendly staff, clean rooms and huge breakfast area, along with the location
Hristo
Not very friendly staff! Never been in hotel that charges parking fee before. They could describe that in their website
Arnd
We enjoyed our time there. Everything was perfect!
Saul Guerrero
Breakfast is good. Great hotel if you only plan on resting/sleeping there and nothing else.
Justin
Clean room. Good staff. Pretty good location.
I think it’s a little pricey compared to other hotels of the same level. And I think parking should be free. It’s a large parking lot, not valet or anything.
Otherwise great. Stayed here twice this month as a musician traveling for shows. I’ll return.

Clean room, lots of lobby space, friendly front desk
Greg
Clean room, great breakfast and nice amenities. Can’t beat location, close to the MOA and the Train to go to US Bank stadium.
Justine
Parking lot very poorly maintained. Slipped on way in. Breakfast stale, multiple items. Poor and unhealthy choices. Only cereal for gluten free option and hardly any fresh items/low fat. Room sheets smelled like urine.

Friendly shuttle service and huge suite room. I just flew in from Tokyo. A 3-star hotel room with only 1/3 of the size in Tokyo costs more than this hotel.
The shuttle service is convenient. Especially in the winter time with snow on the ground.

Great staff! Very accommodating and attentive!
Beverly
Everything about our stay was excellent. The rooms were perfect in size and cleanliness. Staff were so helpful and the shuttle service was amazing in a blizzard.
Teresa
The room was very clean and spacious. There was a full-size kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. There were dishes and silverware. The price was very reasonable. From now on, this will be my place to stay every time I go to Minneapolis to visit my son.
Cody
The breakfast was better than most I've had. The room was nice and the pool was fun, however housekeeping never came when we were gone for 7 hours so that was disappointing had no shampoo in the shower, again disappointing but outside of the failures of the staff the hotel itself was nice.
Jessica
Very comfortable and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. My 10 year old son loved the shower so much, he asked to take one as soon as he saw it and again before the end of the night (not like him at all). Loved the large table under the desk that we could move around, wish every hotel had that! Kid's absolutely loved this hotel!

Best 👌
Holly
Spotless room, complimentary coffee/cocoa, and the outdoor fire pit made it the perfect stay!
Sierra
Pleased with everything, besides bed was quite uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow most importantly! Front desk staff was quite rude the evening of check in. The rest of the days were very pleasant.
Katherine
Staff was great from the front desk to the shuttle driver. Highly recommend.
Tara
The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming!!! What great customer service!
Katie
Clean rooms, helpful staff and good location. However the breakfast was not very good both mornings.
Christina
We were very disappointed with our check in. Prior to booking, we called and were told that park and fly would be $10/day. It was not mentioned that we would have to book a particular package to get that rate. We specifically were told there was nothing special we needed to do to be able to park and fly. Upon check in, we are now informed that it is $18/day or else we would have needed to book differently. This is literally the reason why we booked this hotel and are disappointed in the miscommunication. There is a sign outside the door that claims $10/day park and fly! Not sure there is anything to do now but hopefully this can be more clear for others in the future.

Clean room
Jennifer
Staff was great, room was clean... very nice stay
Angela
Rooms were clean and spacious, my boys really enjoyed the pool and they had cool games in the lobby as well
Meng
The hotel was pleasant, clean and homey. If you’re looking for something that has a nice breakfast, this isn’t for you. Probably through no fault of its own, the options are limited and the food are refilled at times, slowly. But you get what you paid for and that’s why it’s still to me, a great place to stay! 4/5!
Wendy
Nice, very clean
Chuck
The staff was very friendly and it was a great stay.
Dawn
Clean room, convenient location, always pleasant to stay wwith Hilton
Emily
Room was super clean and the staff was really great and friendly. Loved it here
Cyrille
Free breakfast with lots of options, clean rooms with foldout couch, still plenty of room with 3 beds set up.
Inez
Hotel was very nice
Erin
The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was very clean, and I honestly have zero complaints. We will definitely stay at this same hotel again if we return to the area!
Joshua
Rooms were clean, front desk staff was nice. Only negative was that we showed up for breakfast at 9:10 and they were down serving and the staff wouldn’t even make eye contact with us.
