Every time i called for room service or needed something i had to go downstairs for it and they don’t even have water in there hotel. Asked the manager to provide some he said u’ll have to order from doordash or uber. And please don’t rely on food deliveries they take some much time to get in this area I don’t know why. But room and bathroom was nice and clean.

You get what you pay for, but I'm not going to complain about it.
The hotel itself was under renovation while I was there, and staff was respectful and nice.
The biggest negative for me was the smell from people smoking marijuana in their rooms or the smell of marijuana in the hallway.
But it's like i said, \"You get what you pay for.\" Other than that, it's a good hotel to stay at if you're on a budget.

This hotel is undergoing renovations and does not look like the pictures nor was there any mention of renovations. The staff was as supportive as they could be but the room/ bathroom was dirty, their was not a hair dryer (even when requested), the TV didn’t work, and there was no phone to call the front desk. I attempted to call the hotel many times the morning/ afternoon before arriving for our stay and no one answered. I’m not certain that there is a phone there. Room lack many amenities that a budget hotel should have, like only one bed pillow. When i awakened in the morning i saw several bugs on the floor that scattered to the base boards. I was able to kill one and i brought it to the staffs attention upon checking out. I was told that the hotel is going through a renovation and the clerk at the desk said he would tell the manager. took none of my contact information. it seemed clear this was not the first time that had had this compalint. Very disappointing.

The only thing that I did like from here is that they go knock you the door and wake you up. If you reserve for today’s they should not do that because that’s what you’re taking a place to rent. So you can relax herself. Not someone come and knock you the door.

The while room had a very strong smell of detergent, literally someone juat poured the bottpe on the floor and didnt use water. When i ask the front desk for a mop they said they'll bring one up but never did, so i ended up having to cleaning it up myself which took 4hrs. Then the A/C sound like a lawnmower. The room had a kitchen but they charged extra for pots and pans. Then they had contractors go into my room to install fire alarms, after word left dry wall dust all over my room and bed so i had to clean that up myself. Then the power goes out for two todays. And when ever i ask to speak with the manager he was never there. Even for the times the front desk said he'll be in. And they dont even pick up there phones when i call.

Yea just not a great qaulity hotel. The alarms throughput the entire building woke me up like 5 different times throughout the night.

The night morning i woke up to one of the guys that runs the place in my room waking me up to ask me if i could do them a favor and leave so new people could come in but it was 9AM I WAS SO MAD! check out is 11am and it said that in the contract i signed!! I am beyond upset at this place. . And it stinks and things are falling apart

Please do not stay here if you value your safety. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, kind, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are broken down vehicles, busted out windows on cars, homeless people, inebriated and hard drug users in and outside of the property. We had 5 guys casing vehicles as we unloaded all of our stuff out on the cart. People watched what numbered room we entered, it was inner city scary. I am a woman, and I felt like I was the next to be taken never to be seen again. Someone screamed and ran above our room one night, seemingly was tackled to the floor; then no noise was heard from it again. The staff were friendly, the room clean, everything else...run.

This hotel is a joke...sink broken, no shower curtain, bathroom door lock broken, dog poop everywhere outside, fire alarm kept going off, kitchen with no dishes, bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, laundry room had water all over the floor, hotel under major renovation so everything tore up. Not a good experience at all.

There is no breakfast, only bad coffee and it is usually empty by the time you get to it (they will not refill the pot once its gone).
The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling.
The shower hose had a huge break, spraying water everywhere and there was plastic bags tied around it to try to stop the spraying (it didn't help). I told the front desk and nothing was done. The bathroom sink faucet was not secured and wobbled when trying to turn it on.
The whole place was not clean: the bed frame and counters had not been properly wiped off, there was little pieces of plastic trash left on the table and along the floorboards in the kitchen and bathroom. There where two large, half empty bottles of juice left in the fridge.
There were no wash clothes and the tv didn't work either.
The staff is friendly but ineffective.
I know \"you get what you pay for\", and they are \"renovating\", but that is no excuse for not cleaning a room before a guest checks in or having properly functioning plumbing.

The positives: the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels seemed new.

Notes: if you stay for more than five days, they do provide a one time cleaning but its only on Wednesday.
Also, the stove top is conduction only so you have to have a special pan or cast iron if you want to be able to cook.

There are some very scary people living? and helping at the Front Desk...when there is someone at the Front Desk. Had to report marijuana to said Front Desk as a present smell, one morning, to get rid of, & coming home, clearly smoking was, too, impacting my clothes. Running, slamming doors, an unknown man throwing up in the middle of the night not far from my door. Almost no amenities. No phone, few outlets...I did like some of the new fixtures and furniture they were choosing, but many had stickers/tahs on them. Bed was clean, but sheets were pilled/had a hole on one side...They did a nice job in ensuring my room, specifivally, was very clean, upon arrival, as requested. 2 Shampoos, no Conditioner. Cover missing altogether over Bathroom vent. Room #217, I believe. Towels seemed clean!

Someone from the hotel called me late morning that I was to check in and informed me that due to maintenance issues they had to cancel my reservation. Call was not from the hotel phone number, and offered no assistance in any form. Said to call hotels.com to arrange a cancellation and refund. it has been over a week, and still no refund!!

Where do I start? Tried to check in at 238 pm. Guy at front wasn't even the clerk just said I don't know what to do. I returned at 5 pm and it smelled like marijuana in the front entry. The hallways were littered with garbage and food scraps. I wouldn't shower in rhe tub and the kitchen area was disgusting. The bed was hard as a rock snd the TV very tough to work with a broken stand.

I received a call about 5 hours before check-in time to cancel my reservation. I had made the reservation two weeks prior, and they canceled at the last minute. The caller said it was due to a problem with the tub and that they had no other rooms available. I had to make a last minute reservation at another hotel and ended up paying $34 more per night. It was a very frustrating experience, because we had to be in Minneapolis that day to help our daughter move into her new apartment.

I understand that they are currently undergoing renovations, which is fine and didn't cause any issues. The problems were the fact that the carpet in the room was stained, every time entering the elevator it smelled very strongly of marijuana. The biggest issue was that 3 times throughout the night the fire alarms went off. The first time the fire truck and police arrived however they didn't show up the other two times it went off. When I asked the front desk if there was an issue they stated that there was nothing wrong just the crew doing the renovations kept setting the stairwell alarm off and they were working on fixing it. Also heard another customer tell the front desk that the previous week he had seen someone smoking in the stairwell and the front desk's lack of reaction stated that it happens often.

This property cries of health code violations and potential for infestations. The first room offered was filthy, the bathroom was an afterthought and was missing a shower curtain, towels and the tub was absolutely dirty as if it hadn't been properly cleaned/sanitized for years(pictures available). Tile floors were unclean, too. The next room offered wasn't much better. The halls still reeked of the smoke of Marijuana like downstairs. Every hall hadn't been vacuumed for a long while-just dirty. After entering a room where the door had to be pulled shut firmly, the bathroom had towels and a curtain, but the bath tub was just as filthy as the first room. I saw a newer cook top and flooring, but the floors were tacky to the touch. Both refrigerators had exterior rust and were not level. After staying for about an hour, I checked out. I mentioned to the new checkout clerk I was checking out and she stated she wasn't able to offer any refund because she didn't have access to that part of the system. This was highway robbery. You offer an unsafe, unsanitary accommodations and still keep the money. Expedia: I would drop this property immediately. I hold you complicit in this property's condition. Why would you risk losing business with such a property?

This place smelled horrible. Unfinished remodel. People live there long term. Unsafe. The door was broken and just barely tepaied so it was hard to open and close. Unsafe to be outdoors worried constantly about vehicle in the parking lot. Police constantly driving around through the parking lot. Matresses barely fot on the ved frame.this was the absolute worst place i have ever stayed. The smell was terrible. The cabinets didn't have doors. The closet area unfinished. The bathroom smelled horrible.

I booked this hotel 3 months in advance to attend a concert. I arrived, and when I approached the desk and asked to check in, the guy back there just tapped a sign that said they were out of rooms.

Considering the fact that I had booked in advance, I pressed and said told him so, and he just rudely responded \"Nope, we don't have any rooms.\" Then he rudely told me to \"check that I had my dates correct\".

Which I did, I checked right there in front of him, and my reservation was for that very night and the night after. He just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do, turning his back and getting back on his earpiece. No refund offer, no voucher, no list of alternate hotels. I also noted there seemed to be people arriving as I walked out and they were being helped.

I contacted Hotels, went through two agents, and waited 72 hours to be told that it was too late to be refunded. I might be paranoid but I'm pretty sure this hotel is claiming I checked in and stayed, when I 100% did not.

I didn't know you had to call and make sure a room you reserved 3 months in advance. I know hotels don't like Hotels.com bookings but it's a little extreme to give a room away when you have a reservation in the system.

I don't mean to sound like an overdramatic Karen, but when you're told your room was given away, and the hotel doesn't call you, or try to help and all but tells you to kick rocks, then the website shrugs and says they can't offer a refund, it leaves a person salty.

When we checked in our room was not ready we had to wait an extra 40 mins. The room definitely did not reflect what we seen online. The bathroom had stains all over the bath tub. The kitchen area had no pots no pans refrigerator was dirty. The second day the power went out for almost the entire day. There was no hot water for 24 hrs. I will never stay here again. Nasty not worth the almost $700 I paid

The place is under construction, so gives off eerie vibes for a woman traveling alone. But weird smells, the tv was on when I opened my door, which was a bit creepy, seemed like someone else was in there. The bed and table tops were clean but hair on the floor in the bathroom, popcorn on the floor in the main room, didn’t seem well cleaned. And then creepy multiple hand prints on the wall.

I stayed here for 10 days while in town for an event. As a single female traveller, I can say I felt safe & my experience was good. The building isn't fancy & you can tell they are in the middle of a remodel, but despite a the cosmetic imperfections--everything was clean & functional.,I had plenty of hot water & good water pressure. It was great having a kitchen & good sized fridge and I enjoyed cooking. I did bring my own dishes & utensils, after reading the reviews. Overall, I enjoyed my stay & I was very comfortable there. . The front desk was also very helpful & friendly as well if I needed anything.

They were remodeling the hotel and worked until 9 pm on Saturday night and started banging loudly on Sunday morning at 7:30 am. No towels in the room, only 2 wash cloths. 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no extra. We asked at the desk for a room closer to the elevator, and he told us it was, but it was all the way to the other end of the hallway. We have disability issues. Never anyone at the desk.

The property is under renovation, and the room had light fixtures that didn’t work, broken drawer on dresser, broken mirror frame, drywall broken behind door, and many cleanliness issues and wear issues. Asked staff if there was a better room, and no response other than to say they were rehabbing the property. This property is not as advertised on Expedia, and should not be allowed to market on Expedia until the renovation is completed.

Avoid if you can

The hotel gave our room with two beds away to someone that wanted to extend their stay, even though our room was already paid for. They gave us a room with a queen bed for the same price- they would not give us a lower price because they already charged my credit card?? There was nothing else available in town in our price range so we had to take it. So the THREE of us (me, my son, and husband) squeezed into the bed each night.
The room itself was not that great- lamps that didn’t work, one was missing a light bulb, torn curtains, and trash under the bed.

Very friendly staff at check-in who plays a lot of amenities good breakfast lot of room for parking close locations places cleaned in the staff was nice nice place to stay at.

Do not stay here. We stayed in the room long enough to book a different hotel and I still felt like that was too long.
