Lisa
The property location is excellent. Being so close to airport and attached to hotel is a huge draw over the properties across the street. Rooms are great. Bathrooms have alot of space. The porters and outside car runners, bellmen are exceptional. Check in staff was not a highlight for me
Julia
The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was very conveniently located near the airport but also connected directly to the Mall of America. The rooms were very clean and modern, and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.
Cory
As expected, great hotel. Very nice rooms, facilities and staff.
Marcel
Rooms felt like at home nice and clean and staff was friendly and helpful
Susan
Location was great. Checking in easy and nice staff
Jennifer
The Staff was very Hospitality.....the lonely thing was no free WI-Fi.
Delena
It's located in the Mall of America, so there's plenty of said nearby, but I'd be watchful of staying here, unless you have a bank of money and don't care if you're double charged for your hotel stay.
Sarah
This property had the nicest staff. It was also very clean. We loved our stay.
Renee
My stay was great very convenient to access the MOA. I would stay here again
Dawney
Gorgeous property with such proximity to the Mall of America will definitely stay here again.
Laurie
Our stay at the JW Marriott was impeccable and elegant! From the world class service, wonderful food, highly tasteful decor throughout, easy parking, and very convenient access to the mall, we were impressed! And will be back! Maybe the best hotel experience ever. Loved it. Thank you!
ayneka
This hotel was connected to the mall. It was very convenient as we never had to leave to premises unless we wanted to visit places outside of the mall.
Pratik
Very great location and very clean property.
Megan
Great stay!
Marwan
Awesome, well rounded experience
Jennie
Clean, comfortable room. Easy access to Mall of America.
Rueshocka
The customer service at JW Minneapolis is the best ever!! Tayze(I may be spelling her name wrong) was very kind and professional and helpful. She answered every question we asked and because of her, we will be returning and recommending JW to everyone we know who needs a place to stay.
Shaquitta
Had a good time maybe keep giving towels
Adan
Whole experience was great
Heather
Spectacular! Top of the line customer service, clean, great pool area, quiet.
Athena
Overall great hotel. Location 10/10
Ronald
Affordable luxury!!! From my observation this hotel is a favorite of airline pilots - that says a lot. Our room had one of largest and luxurious bathrooms I have ever seen. It had a walk-in shower and the deepest soaking tub I have ever seen in a hotel room. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were very friendly despite us being very blue collar. If I had to come up with a negative it would be the food prices for room surface. Being connected to MOA is a big plus. I would book here again.
Kelly
The staff was amazing and kind. They accommodated our oversized vehicle and worked to offer valet. The location and mall access were wonderful.
Tracey
Girls weekend stay — great service and nice rooms. You pay a little more but worth treating yourself.
Jason
The hotel mislead us with regards to available beds. Staff was unwilling to make adjustments. Staff repeatedly screwed up simple requests for towels, bedding, and other basics. Room was uncomfortable, unkept, and the housekeeping staff made it more challenging. No fridge is a bit ridiculous this day and age. Only benefit was the proximity to the mall, however going forward we will use the Radisson. This visit at this hotel was far worst than the last.
Todd
Yes the room was very nice and clean . The staff was extremely nice and polite. The entire time I felt right at home and I would recommend it to my family and friends and yes I would return
Michael
Very clean room, great hospitality

Mary
This hotel is the best. Staff so friendly. Rooms are so clean and so much room in them. It's a wonderful place to stay. Nice and quiet.
Michelle
Everything about this hotel was great—clean rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly employees. The restaurant was so good, and the staff there were so sweet.
Deborah
Staff was to the highest standard, welcoming and friendly. Ni clean rooms, made out accommodations cozy.
Stephanie
I was pleasantly surprised by the level of design and upkeep of this property. I only gave 4 stars for area around hotel because it is connected to the Mall of America and overlooks a massive parking lot. Not the hotel's fault, just a circumstance of the area. The hotel restaurant is delicious! This is -not- bar food. It is deliciously orchestrated with interesting flavors and well executed dishes. I would eat there even if I wasn't stya at the hotel. Bravo!
Kent
The Hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful!
Dohui
Love that this hotel is connected to MOA. If you want to go to MOA for shopping and the theme park, this hotel is a good one to stay!
Ashley
We love JW Minneapolis!
We always stay here everytime we go! Very friendly and accommodating staff, happy it’s conveniently connected to the mall for our LO who is two so she can go for naps and we don’t have to worry about driving back and forth while my husband and son walk around. Very clean and spacious rooms and they gave us the end of the hall which gave off privacy and was quiet!
Ryan
For the price was not impressed
Luvlesh
They need to provide more water in the room. For the price they charged, there is nothing extra ordinary.
Monica
Brilliant hotel! So convenient and wonderful staff.
shannon lee
Loved the soaking tub and bath salts.
Room was quiet never really noticed planes or the festival noise from outside.

Ruslan
This hotel is maybe a 3.5 star. Overpriced by a lot.
Brandon
Super friendly and helpful staff. Try clean nice room. Only thing stopping from 5 stars are awful pillows and the entire pool area need reworked, updated, more convenience for guests with children like seating areas and such. Regardless, would recommend this place 10/10 times.
Jennifer
Proximity to mall and attention to detail
Myrna

Emily
Staff was fantastic and enjoyed the rooms.
Jill
Excellent property! Always clean and super convenient to shopping. Location is key!
Kathleen
We enjoyed staying here very much! Tim’s convenience is unparallel with the US Bank stadium, airport and mall of America. We loved having everything close!
The check in process was the only hiccup. It took longer than anticipated and there was some mix ups, but all in all, our stay was wonderful.

Very clean and nice and i liked the convenience of being connected to the mall
Laura
Wonderful restaurant and bar. Excellent staff.
Teresa
Beautiful property, great staff
William
Loved that it was attached to the Mall Of America. So convenient in that aspect. Only things we didn’t like were there was only 1 ice machine in the whole facility and it was on the 2nd floor. Also, the robes and towels were much more rough and stiff than expected for price of room.
Carla
It was very quiet and the room felt clean. The pool had lots of kids at night, but quiet during the day. The staff were so nice! The restaurant is also quite good, but a bit too artisanal, but what we ordered was good.
Brandon
Restaurant staff and food quality exceeded my expectations.
kimberly
Beautiful room with extremely easy access to the mall.
Jasmine
I will visit again. The staff was excellent and room was clean.
David
One thing I was disappointed they said that they had Wi-Fi when you go to set up there’s a charge for the speed and per day. There’s also no continental breakfast. There’s also no microwave that was in our room for a hotel that says that they had free Wi-Fi they don’t.
Dohui
We had a very last minute stay in MSP, and it was a good stay!
James
Great accommodation and easy access to the Mall of America
Larissa
the power went out for 3 hours from 12am to almost 3 am and they didnt offer any sort of compensation, like a payment deduction off of parking or anything. ALSO i really do not think we should have to pay for daily parking if we have a key card for the hotel to enter. We are already paying over $600 a night to stay there
Leslie
Great location- friendly staff.

Great location and stay
We had a great weekend. Beds were very comfortable and location just can’t be beat in the Mall of America. Housekeeping did not bring enough towels, even after calling them 2 times, but other than that issue, we had a great stay.
Mubarak
The property is good and at a good location. We love it. It says on Expedia that the internet is free but the hotel wanted to charge us. We copied the page where it says that then it was let go. Parking is $24 daily, just consider that if you are driving. But overrall is a good hotel.
Eileen
Beautiful, clean hotel and so convenient for shopping!

Very nice hotel adjacent to mall of america, very nice rooms, friendly staff, indoor pool for the kiddos
David
Did not like that you had to pay for wi-fi... and that there was no complimentary breakfast

Beautiful
Amazing property. Convenient when spending time at Mall of America.
Nicole
Awesome stay!
The room was perfect! Clean, spacious, kept a child temperature. The staff was very kind and helpful
Anna
Clean and spacious
Angela
The beautiful fresh flowers were a great and unexpected touch of elegance.
Arielle
The hotel was a typical mall property, nothing special. Room was a bit dated with tattered pillows on the couch. We had a pull out sofa in the suite for our 2 toddlers and the blanket that was provided was one of the roughest blankets I’ve ever felt. I would not stay here again.
Julie
