Elena
The rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, my whole family including the kids loved their breakfast. Everything was great.
Luke
Good hotel. Rooms a bit on the smaller side, but appreciate the kitchenette. Otherwise, location is convenient to the Mall of America. Rooms are clean and simply modern. Good sized tv and lots of plugs. Breakfast had an omelette bar, great coffee, and continental offerings. Would have preferred single-serving yoghurt instead of sharing tubs, but that’s a small quibble. Good parking.
Did not get to use pool or fitness center but saw a lot of families enjoying them.

A peaceful place to stay
Amy J
Clean hotel. Very loud from planes from airport nearby. Ok stay.
Eric
Great place, very convenient location. However, you do have to pay for parking.
Matthew
Pool area didn't feel very clean. Room was clean however they didn't come and empty trash or replenish towels and toilet paper. We had to go down to front desk and request.
Debra
Very nice room will stay here again
LaKeshea
The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and nice. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. Lobby area was spacious and inviting. Shower could have used more water pressure.
Would definitely stay here again!
Would definitely stay here again!
Helena
I really enjoyed my stay. My second room was cleaner than my initial room that was given to me. The breakfast was very nice and Pippin hot. Thank you.
Megan
wish they had a bar but this was a great hotel! breakfast could’ve been better.
Joseph
This is a very nice hotel, location, and the pool area should have a hot tub, honestly it should, breakfast was good.
All Hampton hotels should offer a even snack some do but all hotels should.

Claire
It's a very good alternative for a hotel stay near Mall of America. Inclusion of breakfast was good. There's a chef who could make omelettes. Only flaw in our stay was that the body wash was not refilled before we checked in.
Lisa
We have stayed many times, and the staff are amazing. They go above and beyond every time.
Brad
Always an amazing getaway, clean out together rooms that make you feel like home.
Holly
Really nice place with a great location and great gym and pool etc. but they went super cheap with something as simple as ice. Not a single ice machine anywhere and charged almost 20 bucks for a small bag of ice in their convenience shop. All items where insanely priced As no gas station nearby and the freezer in small fridge in room, now place to even put the bag Such a weird thing to be so cheap about
Beata

This was the 3rd years in a row we stayed in this hotel. We never had any issues. This year, when we arrived at 3pm the room wasn’t ready and a
Pillowcase was very dirty.
Pillowcase was very dirty.

Close to all I needed, was efficient, comfortable, clean, loads of amenities
Trista
I really wish that they would have cleaned our room and restocked it everyday. It would have been nice to have fresh towels and garbage removed.
Joe
We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working on Thursday night, otherwise good.

The room was very clean, the hotel lobby was a bit disheveled, as was the pool area. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working as well.

It was a nice hotel, but unfortunately our heater wasn’t working until the second day and it was very cold in our room.
Jamie
Very clean and beautiful modern rooms. Staff pleasant and helpful! With in walking distance to the Mall of America. Only downfall are the airplanes that start around 0600. If you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in this wouldn’t be a hotel for you. Otherwise 10/10!
Waseem
Great size room, clean, near by all major attractions!

Very nice hotel. Clean

The room was spacious, clean, and we loved the kitchenette amenities. The only downside was that it was freezing in the lobby. So much so that I couldn’t work early in the morning when I needed a quiet space while waiting for breakfast. Another gentleman said maintenance needed to turn the fans off. It was 35 degrees outside and felt like it inside! Pool was clean and kids loved it, breakfast and staff were the highlight, as well as the front row spot to MOA!

The only improvement for the breakfast would be a dedicated toaster for the gluten free bread.
Donnie
Very clean staff friendly and always able to find someone

The staff is super sweet and they went above and beyond after asking them to setup something for my boyfriend’s birthday. They were busy and short staff but went out of their way to have it ready when we checked in on the 27th ☺️
Barb
We walked to the mall, and walked back with no issues… the hotel is right near the airport so listening to planes and seeing the belly of airplanes overhead are the norm.
Breakfast was amazing…

Walking distance to mall. Clean spacious rooms. Good breakfast options and courteous staff.
Did not appreciate having to pay for parking as that should be an amenity for customers.
The room indicated a king bed and was charged for a king bed even though bed was actually a queen.
As being close to airport you will hear planes overhead from morning until almost midnight.

1. Went to breakfast buffet a half hour before buffet closed and had very little warm food and juices were just ice water...just not a quality breakfast
2. Room ac/heating VERY noisy
3. Taking a shower and all lights in bathroom went out...had to grope dripping wet across dark room for light switch
4. Reservation was for a king bed but got a queen
5. Came back to room for the evening and tv and desk lamp didnt work...i checked breaker panel and a breaker had tripped...i reset breaker...15 minutes later breaker tripped again...
6. Parking situation is a expensive and inconvenient at best

Last minute stay
Great last minute stay at a very convenient hotel next to the Mall of America.
Anna
Everything was great, just no convenience store nearby, unless it's in the moa . Not the hotels fault.
Nilufar
We enjoyed our stay, stuff was friendly and very helpful. Will stay there again.
Nathan
Excellent place to stay.

The breakfast is amazing at this hotel, there were lots of options, delicious food. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. There are really good dining options on the same lot. And also the Mall of America is right across the street, with the public transit station right there too. The pool area was clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. We stayed there for 6 nights and we would recommend this hotel.
Jeffrey
Great hotel & location. Only negative is the $12 nightly parking fee. Last year we stayed at another hotel one block away and they did not charge for parking. Something to consider when making a reservation.
Ken
New. Nice design

Well be back
Tracy
Hotel was very clean and nice. Friendly staff. Breakfast is the typical free breakfast.
Be prepared to hear lots of planes all night as it is close to the airport.

We had a great day stay!

Nice clean room and kitchenette with good soundproofing. Courtyard us lovely. Easy parking in invluded parking ramp. This hotel and two others form a safe little area with parking and restaurant across the street from the East parking ramp of the Mall of America.
Steven
Overall a good visit with a nice hotel experience. My main issue was with the extra charge for parking my car at the hotel. It wasn't disclosed until I got my bill after checkout and saw a $12 cost per day for the privilegeof parking my own car in the hotel's lot. A courtesy email stating a cost was associated with leaving a vehicle in the parking lot would have been nice and appreciated. Not a fan of extra mysterious surprise expenses.
Kathy
One of the best hotels!
I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Excellent service from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance and the dining area. They keep it spotless and smelling fresh. The complementary morning breakfast is really good with hot items, a yogurt bar and various bread products. I love that they have fruit infused water available daily and in the evening hot herbal teas. The design is contemporary and whether sitting in the lobby or outside, the seating encourages you to stay a while. I loved sitting outdoors, and watching the planes taking off overhead. Please be aware that there is a $12 night parking charge. My only recommendation for this hotel would be to offer more vegan products at breakfast.
Catherine
Beautiful hotel
Hannah
The hotel was VERY clean and seemed basically brand new. There was a great pizza place next door and it was easily walkable to the mall of America. Will definitely stay here again!
Jake
Great restaurants right next door and easy walkability to the MOA. Free breakfast was good, and the 24/7 coffee bar was great.
Nattanicha
The hotel was modern, clean and in a safe area. Mall of America is a 3 minute walk away. It is centrally located to museums and public parks.
Emelyn
It was a great stay.
Mariah
The element is clean, fresh and an overall great stay. A quick walk to the Mall of America, close to the airport, a lovely continental breakfast. Highly recommend!
Matthew
Was a great hotel will stay here again
Tarley
Nice and clean.
Martinez
Location to mall excellent. My cons parking in non cover spaces shouldn't be a charge. Also breakfast items all need to be covered and maintained.
Abdisatar
I was safe area quite and people were there to help me and nice

I stayed at the Element Hotel Bloomington for 3 nights with my family of four, including two young kids. We booked a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived at 11:30 PM, we were told our room wasn’t available due to overbooking, which, shockingly, is part of their policy. With two tired children, being offered to move to a different hotel at midnight was not a realistic or acceptable option.
The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive. The hotel was also not adequately clean—trash bags sat in the hallway for more than 24 hours during our stay, which was both unsightly and unhygienic.
Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience. I expected much better from a hotel at this price point. I do not recommend staying here, especially with family.

Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast had many great choices. Rooms have small kitchen area with a drinking water faucet which is a really nice feature.
Erin
Friendly staff. Lots of amenities. Loved that they offer assortments of tea at night.
Pool and hot tub were clean. Appreciated that they offer adult swim hours.
