Fitness center is over the top for a smallish hotel. Rooms were great. everything you need. Hotel felt to be fairly new.
Timothy
It is a very nice hotel. A microwave would have been nice. The check-in was slow. The staff said it was a computer issue.
AMY

I was somewhat satisfied but they advertise breakfast is included with your booking but it's not. You have to lay $10 a person per day for breakfast. Also, they don't make you aware that there is a $15 fee per night for parking. Room was clean and so was the hotel but it costs more than advertised for the final bill.
Jeanne
Nice clean hotel. Great location.
Tyler

We had Mike Check us in. He was very helpful, gave us all the information we needed. I would stay here agin and would recommend if you are planning to visit the Mall of America as it’s a 10 min walk. Plus the pizza place near by has some delicious pizza.

The food is crap - its not breakfast food. Its like wanna be european food.
They need to insulate the hotel, all you hear is planes taking off.

Excellent. Clean, comfortable, modern, easy to get to. Only negative it's the only one of the Marriott related hotels in the area that doesn't serve free breakfast and given the rather sparse breakfast buffet offering, it really seemed a little bit chinzy.
Garrett
Very nice property and exceptionally clean and nice room.
Arslan
Very clean
Jessica

Angelica

Kay

JEN

LYNNEL

Bartender was amazing
Justin
Did not like that I could not control the AC in the hotel room. It was way too warm. It was colder in the hallway and lobby. The music was blasting way too loud in the lobby area. I did like the little freebies. The lavender pouches and shower steamers were nice. The coffee was good.
Adam
Great value for a beautiful stay. Thank you!
Kristopher
Everyone was very nice and accommodating and we had a great stay. Rooms were nice, clean and roomy. Would recommend to friends and family.
Tammra
This is the first time staying at an AC hotel and I love it. Great experience.
Christina
Another hotel please not this one ever again
We thought breakfast was complementary. We realize it wasn’t. There was flies on the food. The young lady did change out one tray that the fly was actually on, but she didn’t change out the other two..
Didn’t understand why it had to pay for parking in a hotel where I was staying

The property was excellent! Location was great for us! A little noisy in the morning but we were right across from the elevator.
Stephen
Excellent overall experience and not iverwhelmi gly crowded despite jts proximity to Mall of America and the Airport
Tim
It's a newer hotel and it's beautifully built. I am disappointed that the hotel tacks on $13/night to park in the ramp overnight.
Sally
Best stay in Minnesota. Everything very high end and the rooms super comfortable. The staff and front desk were excellent, super professional and friendly.
However, the only things I dont like is the cleaning of the rooms every other day. They will clean at request but I feel this is an excuse to limit the expense of payroll.

Great location
Great stay, perfect location
Brittany
High quality and great location
This hotel was greater than what we were expecting. The overall aesthetic and atmosphere is elegant and modern. There are a few restaurants just next to the hotel in addition to what the hotel offers. WiFi was manageable, but wouldn't be great for heavy use or upload/download or streaming unless you pay to upgrade. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again if in Minneapolis. Also super close and convenient if going to the Mall of America.
Meghan
Rooms were amazing and within walking distance to the Mall of America.
Traci

Aimee
Perfect location! Friendly staff and clean hotel.
Valerie
Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and convenient location
Augustine
The only negative that I have is that the walls appear too thin. Combine that with children, Be certain rooms are set for a long night.
Sara
Very modern feel.
Nora
Great stay
Andrew
Friendly atmosphere
Carol
Parking and microwave in the room will be help
Senad
Everything was great but the mattress. Be prepared to sink in, i woke up with a stiff hip and lower back. If you have lower back problems keep that in mind, like i do, keep that in mind.
Robert
Nice hotel, but extra charges, what the heck
Renee
Great hotel, very modern amenities. Walkable to Mall of America. Nice selection of restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean, only drawback is the windows don’t open in the rooms. Unfortunately you can’t even ‘crack’ the windows open, not an option. Otherwise very nice.
kaylee
Quick and easy check in.

This hotel is top notch! So reasonably priced with fantastic service and friendly staff. Great location and I highly recommend the restaurant next door!
This was my first time staying here, I've stayed at many hotels surrounding the mall and this one definitely has been my favorite.

This is a newer hotel that's convenient ly located near the airport and the Mall of America. I thought they had great food at their bar in the lobby. Will definitely stay again
Luke
Airport hotel that is also attached the a mall - super modern, good facilities and clean spacious rooms. Breakfast a little limited but fine nonetheless.

Nice place
I really liked this hotel, it was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the door to the bathroom in the room, is a glass swinging door with about an inch and half gap all the way around it which offers very little privacy in the bathroom.
Zachary
5 minute walk to the MOA. Nice lounge area.
Airplane noise is the only issue.
