We enjoyed our stay here. The pool and hot tub were great. The room was clean. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It wasn't great. We were expecting a hot breakfast with eggs and that kind of food. They did have a waffle maker but the rest was not great. Cereal, bagels, yogurt.. other than the breakfast, we were very happy with our stay. Super close to the mall of America and the nightly price was great!
Lovely

Room was clean and staff was professional.

It was very clean and good for the price. Room was very nice along with the bathroom, however the WIFI is advertised as free and does not work. Our TV did not work either so we resorted to watching TV on a MacBook that was connected to a hotspot. Other than that the place was very nice, everything was well maintained and clean. If watching TV and having WIFI is not a priority I would definitely recommend this place! We stayed to visit the Mall of America for a short trip and it definitely did its job! very close to the mall and anything you would need! There is construction next to the building, but we really did not notice the noise too much, my only complaint about the construction is that one of the entrances is closed due to it so we had to make a U-turn to get into the hotel parking lot when coming from the mall. This seems like a temporary thing, and really wasn't a big deal though. Overall I found this place to be nice with small inconveniences but nothing to make me say I did not enjoy my stay.
Maria
It was fine. Thanks

Great 👍

Staff was so polite and kind ! Property was clean and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Abdi
clean room good services
Tyeishia
It was a terrible experience we didn't even stay we checked in moved to a different room because the first one had a really bad smell which was no better
Kiley
We could use the TV because someone changed the input but the remote in the room couldn't change it and the stuff had no idea how to fixed it. We couldn't get the wifi to work either.
Josephus
Good area and very clean
Mokonen
No fridge no breakfast
Elizabeth
Room was clean, very quiet. First room we had the AC didn't work, but the staff was very accommodating and got us moved right away. The bathrooms were a little old, but clean and I like the dove soaps.
TIFFANY
Fine for the money. Wouldn't stay again.
James
It was a good stay no microwave or fridge in room. Shower tub could use a makeover. Other than that things were good

Wyndham doesn't require refrigerators or microwaves in the room- the man at the desk informed us. No coffee maker either, but the breakfast bar was available early in the morning. Smoke detector had been removed from our room prior to arrival.
Staff was polite and helpful. Good location, but currently a lot of construction next door.
Probably wouldn't stay again, but it was fine.

Our room didn’t have a smoke detector. The wiring was hanging out the wall. The hot tub needs maintenance. The staff was great. It smelled in the hallways but the room was clean.
Eric
The hotel is clean and improving. However, it is dated and worn.
Kristina
Arrive at 3 am due to a late flight and was in our room within 5 minutes. Clean and quiet. Would stay again.
Steve
Check in at about 4 o’clock was exceptional. The gentleman answered all questions gave me good advice got my room set up. Everything was great. I was expecting the rest of my family to arrive at 11:30 at night. Had arranged for this in advance. The night staff was just the opposite of the afternoon staff. Wouldn’t let my son into the hotel through the glass door. Wouldn’t give him the key that was explicitly requested on the sign in. Had to call me at 11 o’clock at night to verify not what we requested. We would not go back.
Stacy D
There was no fridge in our room and it was listed on my reservation staff was not helpful with making it right. I will not return here ever again. It was terrible. And there was construction inhibiting our entry to the parking lot
Jennifer
What you see for the rooms is not accurate. Breakfast is waffles, yogurt and other carbs. Hotel uses very strong chemicals to clean, triggered an asthma attack when there.
Desiree
For room 114, the light switch by the door doesn't turn a light on by the foor. That switch lets you turn on a lamp five steps away and in the dark. The paint in the bath tub was scraped off. Everytime I wanted to watch tv, I had to wait ten minutes for the channels register. It seem like that should only occur once a day and not every time I turn it on.
josh
Place was clean. Breakfast very limited ended to early no fridge, coffee maker or microwave in room.
Jen
We needed a quiet
Alisa
I think they are due for updates there’s no microwave or fridge in the rooms and it’s only one ice machine on the first floor at the end of the building
Dorine
Very old property!! Mold in the shower!!
Old and worn out towels and sheets!!
Loud with road work outside.
Next to a freeway with only a gas station nearby. No transportation to the airport.
I will never stay here again!!

The hotel had a good location. Very quiet even though by airport. Pool and hot tub were ok. Needs lots of updates throughout hotel and in room. Shower pressure was not good. Staff were nice.
elizabeth
Nice place to stay with free parking, nice staff and comfortable clean rooms. Slept great with the comfy bed and pillow and felt safe staying there. Would stay there again!
Randy
Front desk staff was very nice.
Pat
There was an odd smell in our room, which got better after we opened the windows. Overall, this was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay and I would do so again.
Pamela
Breakfast was only ok, had toaster for toast and waffle machine. No other hot food, had yogurt, apples and cereal.
Sara
Hotel was a little bit outdated and the breakfast choices were slim. Another guest mentioned that some cars on the property were broken into and to make sure that ours was locked.
The positives:
The staff was very friendly. The pool/hot tub area was perfect. Overall a good stay for the night!

While the staff seems nice… note that its a run down hotel. Breakfast super light…. No protein. Room smelled like wet carpet and humid. Floor is dirty not because of cleanliness but because its an old place. There was hair in the drain. Idk. Its a super basic hotel. Like one you just sleep in and leave.

Elizabeth
The motel was clean, the room was the perfect temperature and the bed and pillows were comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good.
Tammy
The place was clean, bathtub wore out, curtains sewn in backing breakfast ok but not nothing special. Area was quite. Bed was comfortable, Staff ok parking good. To expensive for quality. Would not stay there again
Kenneth
clean
Tae
This place was so bad
Matt
Great place, only issue was a guy smoking weed in the hallway on the 3rd floor and it smelled everywhere.
Ken
One night stay. Good value for a basic hotel.
Joseph
The hotel was located in a spot that the road construction cut you off from civilization. You could see where you wanted to go but you needed to gps it to get there. Want a fridge? Too bad. Need a microwave? Go home!
Peter
Nice staff. Decent budget hotel.
Jovita
The room was clean and the staff was welcoming. However, the tub in our room had peeling paint/discoloration. The hot tub also had a lot of peeling paint. Although there is no microwave, fridge, or coffeemaker in the room, there is coffee available during breakfast and there is a microwave people can use.
Rick
Clean hotel and friendly staff
Erin
Friendly staff
Nancy
It was convenient and the right price for a mere overnight.
John
There was no protein available for the breakfast, all carbs.
Janice
Nice stay. Clean and comfortable bed. But the minute you open the room door you could smell a musty smell like cat pee. There was still hair hanging on the shower wall. But I did get a good night's sleep.
Elizabeth
Warm pool. Spacious hot tub. They honored my ADA request for first floor room. They had a luggage cart.
Sonya
Room was descent. Across from gas station. A block or so from mall of America. 7 minutes from airport. There was no refrigerator or microwave. Only one nightstand. Spotty internet. Staff was friendly
Job
It was clean and kept up well and we enjoyed the room service.
Mao
I think staff does their tries but the crowed this location attracts is questionable. I would not recommend leaving any valuable items in your car. The entrance smelled like urine. It made me question the cleanliness of this hotel.
Nathan
Room was clean and nice. No fridge, bed was very firm. Was quiet. Pool area was decent, hot tub could be warmer. Our AC unit didn't work at all. Only spent the night so I didn't complain. When you go to leave, push the flapper on the front door like it owes you 6 months rent. We thought we were locked in.
Dylan
Wasn't clean. Dirty sheets - stained (were they washed?). Moldy shower curtain. Hairs in the shower.
NATHAN
It was a well-maintained hotel. Great for a night.
Pamela
Nice hot tub, good gym, clean room.
Dasia
The room didn't have a smart tv, microwave or mini fridge. That saddened me but everything else was great!!
Richard
Convenient to MSP
Brynn
Clean, well-maintained, attentive, and friendly staff. Hidden gem for an affordable staycation.
Francisco
Great experience
Joshua
Dated, but about what you would expect for the Price. Quiet. Bed was comfortable with very limited breakfast options. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, that is cheap and safe, this is a fine option.
Javier or Brittany
I was surprised at the good rating. You get what you pay for. The property is very outdated. We tried a couple rooms and they all had a stink to them. The bathroom walls had hair on them and the tub was very discolored. The hot tub wasn't too hot. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast didn't offer much. I was grateful for the coffee. The AC worked very well and the shower offered hot water. No fridge or microwave or much counter space if traveling with more than 1 person.
Nancy
This hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast could have used more protein (e.g. hard-boiled eggs or some type of meat, or even peanut butter) but was good overall. A nice hotel for an overnight near the airport but out of the main stream.
Jay
The blow dryer didn't work at all, and within 5 mins housekeeping had a brand new one for me!!
Thomas
The breakfast was very very minimal. The tub bottom was almost worn through.
stacey
No microwave or refrigerator in rooms
Marcela
La habitación no tenía nevera en este tiempo de calor no microondas y el desayuno fatal
Leider
Buen servicio
Niklas
Pros:
Nice pool
Nice pool
Diane
It would have been good to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room
David
The room was great the pool an hot tub great parking never had a problem getting a spot to park the only problem was getting in the parking lot because they're main entrance the city was working on the road so it's really not their fault was there three days the weather was great except for one it rained all day
Wendy
Room was very outdated and shows a lot of wear and tear. Location is close to the airport but it is not walkable or nearby anything else.
Melissa
Yay!
Megan
The rooms were clean and the pool was nice. The room didn't have a fridge which is the first hotel I have ever stayed that didn't have one in the room. The breakfast was also disappointing. It was bare minimum. They had cereal (only 2 kinds) , bread, bagels, instant oatmeal and waffles. They didnt even have peanut butter to put on toast. Very disappointing as most hotels usually have a bit more of a variety
Luther
I had an unused diaper under my bed
Somasunderam
The WiFi didn't work.
On the sideof the bed particles of biscuits not vaccumed.

Julia
The room didn’t have a small fridge or microwave which would’ve been nice.
Johnny
Very clean room. Staff was very hospitable and helpful.
Ruby
Omg. This hotel is an older building but it's not just clean, it's immaculate!! Super fast check in & out. Note to self, don't wait til 10 min before breakfast ends to eat, only had waffles, juice and coffee left. Which still worked . I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in my room but the pool & hot tub looked great.
Melissa
Pretty dated rooms, smelled a little funky. Bathtub had several worn spots where you could see the metal on the bottom.
Gabriele
Property is good for its price.
Diane
The staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious. Unfortunately there was NO microwave or refrigerator!!! That was a huge bummer.
Evan
Staff was not responsive to messages through hotel.com and the wifi was so bad, it was unusable. There is also currently construction right next to the hotel, making mornings unpleasant if you're in a room near it, but i know that is just temporary so can't be too mad about it.
charles
The room was clean, but it was interesting to find a penny on the floor by a trashcan. The hot tub was fantastic. Parking was good despite the construction around the site which will time go away. The breakfast bar was a little short on warm foods. This is my second stay here they have made significant improvement since the first time I stayed here. I would stay here again. Can’t go wrong with location and price.I’m
Heather
The hotel is close to the airport. The young man who checked us in was very nice & courteous. The room was big & very clean.
Reginald
I did not like anything, the rooms were not good, the smoke detector kept going off so staff had to come and disconnect it mean I didn’t have any smoke detector that night. This is a place. I will never stay in again if I can help it. I’ve stayed in a lot of Baymont resorts, but this was horrible horrible
Leah
The room was clean and the staff was nice. Pool was good.
Mena
The hot tub great. Staff was great. Clean room. Parking was great.
John
I will say the pictures and prior reviews didn’t meet what I expected. Room was ok. Window was left open, no bag in the garbage, floor wasn’t vacuumed the best, still was some stuff around the night stands.
Staff was alright. Didn’t use the amenities of the pool or hot tub. Just didn’t look…. Appealing….. but suppose for the price you get what you get.

Everything was nice with this property

All good
Brenda
It is located in a very good spot, around lots of things but will need a car. Single female traveler and never did I feel unsafe.
All and all good experience and would stay again.

Stayed for one night while participating in the Get in Gear Race which was only 12 mins away. Good location, breakfast wasn't much. Cant complain for the price.
Tyler
Rooms were dated, small, toilet paper was like sand paper. No lotion containers, rooms smelled funny, Ac/heater ran all night when off button was pressed.
don
Good
Evva
We stayed 2 nights. Very close to MOA. The room and building in general were clean. Staff was very friendly.
william
Great location. Nice room. But I had no TV and internet and front desk seemed like they could care less.
