Nice staff and good breakfast selection.
Rolando
Really enjoyed the breakfast and staff was very friendly. Love the room we had too!
Susan E
The breakfast included was excellent. There were some dusty baseboards, but the room overall was clean. The kitchen area had a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher.
Jacqueline
Great breakfast and staff
CeraSierra
Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Breakfast offered plenty of options and clean dining area. Kitchens were stocked with majority of the things we needed. Loved the 2 separate bedrooms. Carpet may need some refreshing and dining furniture in the hotel room may need some refreshing. If we visit again, I plan to make this my place of choice every time.
Denise
Staff was always super nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok with the selection being decent and have definitely had much worse! Rooms were very clean but could use updating. We have stayed at several Residence Inns due to having a large family and love the 2 bed 2 bath option. I am very picky about this, anThis was the cleanest one we have stayed at and the beds were really comfortable. Did not like paying for parking, and pool and restaurant were in hotel next door, but it worked ok.
Javonte
Room was comfortable
Cheryl
The room was clean, bed was comfy, quiet area. A little dated, low sink and toilet in bathroom. Staff very nice.
Meiwun
The property was clean but it needs an update. We arrived after midnight. The young lady at the front desk named Sem (not sure of the spelling) was very helpful and unflappable even though my husband was being rather difficult after 24 hours of travel. She had already checked us in and helped take our begs to the room and also helped us get set up with the WiFi. Hotel management please be informed that we very much appreciate all the help from this young lady.
Amber
The stay was ok, the room was big however you can tell the carpet is not vacuumed daily amongst other things noticed. Was disappointed when pool was closed and was told we had to walk to other hotel next door to swim. Staff however were pleasant.
Tracy
Rooms need to be updated the carpet was dirty and very worn throughout the hotel. Stairway was very dirty. The breakfast had a great variety and they were monitoring and replenishing. Staff was friendly and efficient. Location was great for what activities we were doing.
Charlene
The room was clean and neat. I liked the kitchen
Surya Krishna R
Sofa bed very old and not stable and No Blanket.
Nickolas
Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect to give us our own privacy and quiet nights, with the rooms in good condition but some of it a little dated. Nice fireplace and having the kitchen was a bonus for the longer stay.

Diana
Conveniently located, comfortable beds and good food.
Samuel
Great to have a place with two bedrooms and a full kitchen.
MICHELLE
The rooms were extremely cold. We tried turning up the thermostat and the room would not heat up fast enough. The breakfast area was a mess and there were condiments for eggs, but no eggs on the buffet. The room needed some updating/repair and was very basic for the price we paid.
Gaurav
Good stay. Near to mall of america and also provide shuttle service.
Mary
Very professional staff, quick and easy check in.
Antoine
My only thing is I wasn't informed I had to pay for parking until I checked out. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
George
Comfortable, clean, and wonderful staff.
Jacquelyn
The staff was very pleasant and polite always willing to help!
Jennifer
Super friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast. The bed was pretty hard and the room and halls were worn but perfectly functional still. The only real downside i had was the suite setup looked nothing like tge picture...the one tv could swivel to face either the sofa or the bed, meitger of which were suitable for 3 people to sit and relax together. I would stay again but would ask about the setup at checkin.

family friendly stay
The room is spacious and family friendly. It is equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of plates, bowls and cookware, so you can make your own dinner during the stay. Breakfast includes plenty of choices, scrambled egg, sausage, ham, biscuit, waffle. Coffee is good!

Brought my 15 year old granddaughter We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms full kitchen and a walmart near by for food instead of eating at the mall all the time. Also shuttle to and from airport and mall really nice people at front desk.
Jeffrey
Great check in process. Very friendly. Hotel is nice and clean but could use some fragramce. Smells Damp in room which could be due to heavy rainstorm
Roel
The check in person at that night was not accommodating and was not friendly. I asked a question and replied, how could I know that. And told us that there was charge for parking like we already know it for a first time visitors in MOA

Comfort and Convenience
Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Good, hearty breakfast. Comfortable and spacious room. Nice atmosphere in the public areas. We stayed for 10 nights and we appreciated the staff, from the front desk managers, to the maintenance staff, to the cleaning crew.
Amy L
The staff here is fabulous and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious. They will give you a refresh if you're there are for a couple days.
My only complaint was this. During the refresh the cleaning lady seemed to be in a little bit of a rush and forgot to give me toilet paper. I assumed she would have checked but she did not. That was the only thing that was icky. I fortunately was able to run down to the front desk to get more toilet paper when needed.
Overall a great location to stay at with many amenities

Kind staff and great set up!
The highlight of this stay was the hotel staff who all went above and beyond and did it with a smile and kindness! Every person we encountered wanted to help however they could.
The 2 bedroom set up was exactly what we needed to be together and maintain privacy. We will stay again!

Everything was great with very nice service and stored super closed to the hotel

Very close to Mall of America. Also appreciated the outdoor seating area and basketball court, definitely would've used these areas if the weather had been warmer.
George
The stay was very nice. Overall the room was conformable and clean except for a couple little things. Staff was nice and helpful.
I was not made aware at checkin that they charge $10 per night for parking.

We were traveling as a family and wanted 2bedrooms and a kitchen. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room and hotel itself is in need of updates.
Krista
We were not notified that the in-house restraunt was closed for a private party.
Deanna
Nice and quiet. Well kept
Tina
I’m from Wisconsin the only thing I didn’t like is that you have to pay for parking at the hotel.
Velma
The staff was great!
Elise
Ran my fingers across the bathroom counter when we arrived and it left white residue on my fingertips, had to wipe down the counter myself. One of the towels had a crusty stain on it. Lotion/sink tray definitely hadn’t been cleaned either. Market snacks and drinks were outrageously priced. Only good thing was the breakfast spread.
David
The windows were very drafty
Joyce
Comfy
It was a great stay. We will return.
Jonathan
Very convenient to airport and the mall
Melanie G
Loved the receptionist, she was truly amazing!
Dennis
Was a convenient place for staying close to MOA
Joe
Nice and comfy
Janette
The customer service at this hotel is top-notch. We were surprised to get a two bedroom-two-bathroom suite for an affordable price. Our daughter's flight came in at 11:30pm and they offered shuttle service for airport pickup for that time. The shuttle driver went home sick however the front desk staff immediately called a Lyft and she was picked up at the airport without a hitch! Complimentary breakfast was great!!! Will definitely stay here again when we are in the airport area.
LaVerne
Dirty room, trash left outside the doors because of poor housekeeping
David
I don’t have any bad thoughts about this place I would come back to stay there the next time I’m here
Cheryl
Hotel is clean and quiet. We needed a two bedroom suite, it was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. The pool was not operational but guests were allowed to go to the sister hotel next door and use theirs (we did not do this however). Price was reasonable.
Joe
Nice rooms for a great price. I’ve stayed at places for almost twice the cost of this place and it wasn’t nearly as comfortable. Two thumbs up
Edgar
Quite and essy transportation

Upon arrival (after a 2 hour delayed flight) I was greeted by Oscar and his pleasant smile. He helped me out with an accommodation I called ahead for that wasn’t noted as I was informed it would be. He got me into a room, but it wasn’t satisfactory (smelled of mold). He was very kind and swiftly got me into another room. I was able to rest and fully enjoy my visit. His staff was equally friendly. I ran into smiling faces EVERYWHERE! I loved my visit. Felt like home.
Brittaney
We tried this place out for the first time as we wanted more space with having two kids and it was nice to have that at home feel. The fridge was big enough to actually big enough to fit all our leftovers in from Grandma's house and still have room for a case of pop and water. We didn't use the stove or dishwasher but it was a nice option to have if we had brought more of our own food to make a meal if we needed to. The breakfast was a hotel breakfast so nothing special just ok.oher the staff where great! Very nice and helpful. I called a few days before my stay just to make sure the booking was in the system and that the room had a bath tub/ shower combo and the gal that answered the phone was very nice.
The bad.
Well I stayed in room 219 and something was wrong with the window as it wouldn't seal all the way so the cold air was just POURING in so the heat was running all night and we had to keep the curtains close just to block some of the cold air coming through.

Close to airport was reason we picked this place, but didn’t realize the place was as old as it was in our room at least. Half the outlets worked in there, the vanity one kept shorting out when my wife tried to use the dryer or curling iron. So one of us got to charge our phone through the night. The toilet was tough to use and very loud flush. The shower and toilet area is separate from vanity is nice but it is dated and pretty dim in the shower area. There is no free parking like most of the other similar hotels in the same area, which I did not realize otherwise we would have stayed elsewhere.
Darren
Check in was pleasant and quick. Room was slightly aged but clean. Well appointed with reference to kitchenette. Beds and bedding were comfortable and fresh quality. Parking adequate but stay was week night. It would surely be tight when closer to capacity. Dining and bar adequate in other building.

Comfy beds. Quiet except for the plumbing. Rooms had small issues (trim not nailed down, interior door shutting issues, one tv wouldnt work) but overall great stay. Wonderful breakfast. Shuttle service to the mall greatly appreciated.

I didn't know I had to pay for parking until after I got there, because when I put my filters in for FREE PARKING, your hotel still came up. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic!

Thumbs up
I ordered a room with fireplace but I think I should have been told the fireplace doesn’t work until Winter time though it was in the 40s as far as temperature.
The carpet had large stains in several places
Other than that I must say that I enjoyed my stay with husband and teenage daughter. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

We liked being able to walk across to Jake’s dining @ Courtyard for omelette breakfast buffet.
What we didn’t like- pool advertised / not in service. And We were billed for parking for each night we stayed as extra fee when checking out. That seems bit ridiculous.

It was a very nice hotel except the bug we foubd in our bed in room 307 that but my wife and we got no compensation. We gave the bug in a baggie to the front desk when we checked out in morning. This Was August 17th 2024 .

Very nice hotel. Close to Mall of America.

The hotel was very close to Mall of America, and it also offered complementary shuttle to the Mall. The staff during the first shift was great, they were very kind and explained everything/scheduled the shuttle for us and even gave us coupons book for the Mall of America. The staff the next day was not so great, we called for the shuttle, and they forgot to tell the driver, so we had to wait at the Mall for the shuttle to pick us up. Breakfast was free and pretty good. The room was good but outdated and thus not very pleasant to be in it.

This was a great hotel for a family of 5. We love the kitchenette area and the ease of location by the Mall of America. Breakfast was good and we will stay here again for sure!

Family trip
Pull out couch and one bed were not comfortable. TV kept turning off and glitchy. The room was big and fit our family of 5 well. There also was not a hot tub and the pool was cold.
Norwil
Great place for families! Very conveniently located near restaurants, highways and the Mall of America. Complimentary breakfast was a nice option. Outdoor tables/seating was a nice place to relax and keep an eye on the kids. We would stay here again.

Wonderful, except a funky pull out couch
Everything was very tidy, very nicely done. Kitchen was well appointed and dishwasher tablets were provided. The only issue we had was the pull out couch was in disrepair so my son just slept on the couch itself. Room and area around the hotel were very quiet. Very easy to get to the Mall of America and Ikea, but they also provide a shuttle to the mall.
Randy
Affordable and convenient location. Close to Mall of America and easy to get to downtown Minneapolis.

Good for multi day stay
The hotel was very good over all. They had plenty of options for breakfast and everything tasted good. The staff was very nice and made both check in and out easy. The bed was not necessarily to my liking but it is a hotel after all and they can't make the perfect bed for everyone, however the mattress on the sofa bed was horrible and really isn't fit for anyone to sleep on. It was extremely thin and every bar in the folding mechanism you could feel. My only other complaint would have to be the tub and the bottom shape, it was like a \"v\" shape and made it extremely hard to stand. Either way even with the quirky tub and terrible sleeper sofa it wasn't to bad.

Oscar and the new guy working with him were very helpful in helping us navigate to the sites we wanted to see. The hotel staff was helpful and arranged Lyft rides for us several times. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. The room was very spacious and I loved the set up. We will stay there again. Loved that it was just a few minutes from the Mall of America

Stay 6/19-6/22
Stay was good. Staff was super friendly and accomodating. Only negative comment would be having to pay for parking in the parking lot. Don't understand that at all. Underground? Yes-but not just to pull into the parking lot. Take that into consideration when you're comparing prices. If it doesn't say \"free parking\", expect to pay at least 10.00/night. Breakfast was delicious with good variety.

Our first time staying and absolutely enjoyed our stay for 3 days. Less than 5 mins driving from Mall of America and can take the shuttles every 30 mins which was super convenient if that’s you prefer. We would definitely stay there again!

Pay to park.
The pay to park is BS just put that in price of room. Just used to make it look like rooms are cheaper.

Great place to stay
It’s was amazing to stay in this hotel the room is big and clean. The shuttle is a plus that can pick up at the airport and dropping off to the mall of america. Has a free breakfast is a plus too when I come back in Minnesota I will definitely gonna stay here again.
Jessica
The rooms were a great size with everything you'd need for a small kitchen. Breakfast offered in the morning was very good with plenty of options.
Mela
Great room and friendly staff! My father required an accessible unit with a roll-in shower. Room was also a close walk to lobby which my parents appreciated.

Room was amazing and clean . I will stay here again

Good clean safe place to stay for the money. Conveniently located near the Mall of America.

Best accomodation for airport/mall area
I was in town for business for a few days. I neede a room with a small kitchen and onsite laundry. This hotel was perfect! The front desk staff were so polite and friendly, and the shuttle service to/from airport and mall were right on schedule all 3 days. Great job everyone!! Definitely will stay again!!

Good place to come back

Our stay was fine. The staff was nice. The room was nice. I liked the shuttle service to and from the mall. The room we were in had some unsightly water damage stains and the desk lamp didn’t work. Also, the plumbing for the toilets need to be checked out. They made the loudest noise each time they were flushed (and I say ‘they’ because you could hear other toilets from other rooms whenever they flushed). Also, keep in mind this facility is pet friendly. We had to endure a barking dog right next door, for about an hour before the owner returned.
