We’ve stayed here several times now when visiting relatives in Eagan. It is conveniently located. Our only complaint was the seemingly new fee of $15 a night to park our rental car on the parking lot. T he at was a new one to us.
Loved the mini pretzel rolls on the breakfast menu!

I booked a king bed through Expedia but when I got there, they said they did not have that room so we got a queen bed. I would’ve preferred to get what I booked but it was ok. No complaints with the hotel itself or the staff. But I like to have the booking I requested. It seems like a systems error to me.

Our stay was great. Room was spacious and perfect for my family. Staff were very friendly.

Minor inconveniences they vacuumed the hallway outside our room at 8am which woke us up and only had one working elevator so longer wait times. Neither a huge deal but minor things.

The staff were really good. I have nothing negative to say about the employees I interacted with. However, our room was just not clean. It was dingy. The showerhead was like a trickle. The garbage disposal in the sink smelled terrible when we turned it on and the smell never left. The floor was sticky. It just wasn’t the standard I expected from a Home2Suites hotel. There was a nice pet area. And I will say the hotel seemed to be in a nice/safe area as well.

Staff was great! Jake was new and being trained and he was wonderful. Room was clean and the shuttle was on time and the two drivers we had were very friendly! You don’t run across that very often!

Airport shuttle was great on the way to the airport. On the way back from the airport it took forever to arrive and was hard to find and the van was very dirty. First room smelled like urine. They moved us to a new room. Over all vibe of the place is dirty. Front desk staff was very nice. But I would not stay again.

Was told hotel had been overbooked on arrival so our reservation had been changed. The change did not work for our family. They were able to make the switch and accommodate us back to what we had originally booked which was great. Room was clean. Pool water was cold. Breakfast was good, though we were staying for dance competition and had to be to the facility at 7am, so had to grab and go and couldn't enjoy.

Was not informed that we’d have to pay to park here. $15 a night - on top of that, they let people park there for the airport so we had to park all the way at the far end from the entrance to the hotel. Was also not informed that they over booked prior to us arriving to check in so they switched our room selections. The breakfast was meh. The toaster kept dropping our food out of the back of it onto the counter where we couldn’t reach it. Sausage was so tough and hard. The beds were like sleeping on a bed of concrete. We typically love home2suites, we always try to stay with their properties. I think this one is just a bad one in the bunch. We’ll book home2suites again, just definitely not this one.

Room was clean and spacious. Love the full-size refrigerator. Saff was friendly and kind. Beds were fairly hard. Would have liked if hand soap was mounted lower as my kids couldn't reach without difficulty. Toilet was also difficult to flush for children. Breakfast was good but staff was not very good at keeping items stocked.

Stayed here as a quick overnight before catching a connecting flight.
Room and hallways were filthy - dirty carpets that hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Bash curly black hairs left all over the shower walls and floor.
We arrived at 8:30pm and had to put our baby to bed asap so we didn’t have time to change rooms.
Shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not even an option with a 45min wait before pickup so we had to use Lyft. Was annoying since the shuttle was one of the reasons we selected this hotel.
Morning shuttle was fine, but due to our late arrival at check-in, most time slots were full already. They don’t allow you to pre-book your shuttle before checking in to the room.

I like the little kitchenette area. The pillows do need replace and I did mentioned as such with I checked out. The bathroom door was a pocket door that was very nice but it needs a handle on it. The door was hard to slide open and shut with no handle. Also, the walls were pretty then. Overall the place was very clean and staff friendly. The breakfast was all pre package and it would be nice for the breakfast to be not so processed food.
